We stayed at Koukoumi Vegan Boutique Hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and without exaggeration, it was the warmest welcome we have ever experienced. A huge thank you to the team for the complimentary upgrade in honor of our special day and all the thoughtful touches that made our stay truly unforgettable. For example, a breakfast dish that was no longer on the menu was specially prepared just for us. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is the highest priority here, and the kindness of the staff is absolutely genuine — everyone we met was truly warm-hearted and caring. The food was consistently a 10/10. Every evening we struggled to choose what to eat because everything on the menu sounded (and was!) amazing. We were genuinely sad to leave after three wonderful nights, but one thing is certain - this was definitely not our last stay at Koukoumi Vegan Boutique Hotel.

We spent 6 wonderful nights at the Koukoumi Vegan Hotel and absolutely loved our stay. The morning yoga sessions with Alexis were a highlight—his gentle spirit, intuitive flow, and kind nature set the perfect tone for each day. After yoga, we enjoyed the incredible breakfast buffet: completely plant-based, beautifully varied, and consistently delicious. The food quality was exceptional throughout our stay. The entire team at Koukoumi was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was always at a pleasant temperature, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud.

Couldn't have had a better honeymoon hotel experience anywhere else but at Koukoumi! The reception staff and the restaurant staffs welcomed us with nice drinks and snacks, which felt so good to have after an early-morning flight. Our room was so spacious, nice, clean, thoughtfully prepared and equipped. The pool facility felt like a little resort oasis. The food and drinks created and curated by the restaurant are divine! Vegan fine dining at its peak, I must say! We love the fact that there's a fully vegan buffet available daily, with new selections of food each day. We tried food from both lunch menu and the dinner menu, all were delicious! All members of Koukoumi: from the owner, the reception staffs, the restaurant staffs, the housekeeping staffs; were all friendly and helpful. We felt like everyone was above and beyond with their hospitality and we're grateful for that! The hotel environnement feels like a home away from home, a peaceful social club where everyone can chill and relax without any worry. Overall, we loved everything and definitely would come back whenever we come back to visit Mykonos.

Hotel staff was just great, helping us with whatever we needed during our stay. We have travelled quite a bit around Europe and we can say with confidence that this is amazing value for money. We have got an upgrade of our room free of charge when our flight was cancelled, while the communication with all employees was polite and smooth all the time with no exceptions. We truly enjoyed the hotel and its amenities, cleanliness, spacious rooms, food, cocktails next to the pool, yoga classes we received from them as gifts on top of recommendations what other islands to visit around... You will never go wrong with this hotel, one great 10 for the hotel and its staff - this is an example how tourism is done!

The breakfast!!! What can I say? I was absolutely delicious and has inspired us enormously since we came home to be even more adventurous with our plant based cooking. The omelettes and scrambled eggs were extraordinary, and the cake... well it was utterly scrumptious. There is a huge selection of savoury and sweet food which is an amazing demonstration of how limitless the diet of vegans has become. We came to Koukoumi for complete relaxation which is exactly what we got. A stunning haven away from everything with friendly staff to chat to if you want to but who also are very respectful of your private time. I lost count of the amount of people taking photographs of the pool and the eating area, it's such a beautiful environment. The selection of sunbeds is inspired. Seems a small thing but there are lots of different varieties and all very comfortable in different ways, so if you are literally just taking time out to be by the pool then you get to work your way around and enjoy a new aspect every day. The room and the bed was soooo comfortable. Just imagining myself back there is bringing a wave of calm and peacefulness! We mainly stayed in, but did take a trip out one day by bus into Mykonos town which was very easy with a bus stop about 3 mins walk down the road. We chose this venue because as vegans it's not pleasant to find yourself in a meat-eating environment with all the associated smells, and witnessing the over indulgence of animal produce on your holidays, and it definitely relieved us of that. Being around like minded people in a compassionate environment was wonderful. The food and the atmos is AMAZING however, whether you are vegan or not, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

The food is really good but breakfast was seriously amazing. For vegans it will likely be the most options you've ever had, the mini pastries are so good. The decor of the hotel is amazing especially the rooms (even more so given our free upgrade!). Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating given my partner was pregnant.

Although lunch and dinner were good, it would've been nice to have some more basic lunch options (many of the breakfast buffet options would've also been great at lunch, pies, sandwiches etc). The beach not as close as we hoped, shuttles to and from the beach were crazy expensive (€30 each way). It would be nice if the hotel could organise a daily shuttle too and from the beach (we spoke to some other guests who also felt this too)

The food was out of this world, incredible, both to me as a gluten intolerant vegan, and to my husband as a non-vegan with no dietary requirements! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and pool area were beautiful. Such a wonderfully relaxing and luxurious stay.

The hotel and everything about it was wonderful! Just note that if you want to venture outside of the hotel and pool area, there are no full pavements, so be very careful on the roads. It would be easier if you rented a car (which the hotel can arrange for you).

Amazing and friendly people who work here and the best vegan / plantbased food in all of Europe! A must for any vegan wanting to experience a vegan food on a level that is unheard of anywhere else. Really nice rooms with everything you need. Super helpful reception and property management if something needs fixing !

Nothing really! Renting a car or a quad/atv is a really nice addition to be able to experience more of Mykonos.

Koukoumi Vegan Boutique Hotel is where dreams are made. Everything was absolutley amazing!! The staff could not do enough for you and were all so friendly and helpful... we loved them all and I miss them haha. Our room was beautiful, shower was great & very clean. All the other guest were so lovely, and so nice staying in small hotel with only a few guests. And the food WOW, it was amazing. So much thought and effort went into the menu it was tremendous.

My only very slight grumble is the balconys aren't private at all, so I wouldnt pay extra for a room with balcony and its is quite expensive but SO worth it!!

We spent a week at the hotel and would go again anytime. Everything is perfectly coordinated in this hotel: Greek-modern architecture with a wonderful pool with many inviting seating and lounging options. The rooms are modern, spacious and tastefully decorated. The varied (vegan) breakfast buffet is a dream. The hotel's own restaurant offers the highest vegan top cuisine - which is unparalleled worldwide. For excursions, the kitchen even offers take away. The 9-course dinner is next level! The hotel staff are accommodating and make the stay very pleasant. This hotel is a treat for the mind and the (vegan) body.
