We had the best time! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with amazing views of the sea. It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what we needed. The villa was super comfortable and had everything we needed, but what made it extra special was how happy our dog was. She loved having space to roam and nap in the sun, and being so close to the water made it easy to go for long walks along the shore. Antonis was incredibly kind and helpful—from recommending local spots to personally helping us get groceries when we arrived. That kind of hospitality is rare and so appreciated. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a laid-back, scenic escape—especially if you’re traveling with a pet.

Everything was absolutely perfect

Its exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Note that there are a few steps you have to take to reach if you have booked one of the villas, but it is fairly closeby and not too much of a hassle. we did have a lot of luggage but the Antonis was kind enough to help. The location itself is at a not so crowded beach, so it was good to have a relaxed time and unwind in the jacuzzi/hot tub. the place is fantastic and the owner is very welcoming and makes you feel cared for. we booked for about 3 days and we had someone come in and clean as well.

The basement rooms were a little small, but we stayed out most of the time and spent time in the living room at outside only to go back to sleep in the night. so dint really bother us much. You have to plan to travel a little if you are staying here, convenience stores or the towncenter and other more party beaches are about 20 mins drive away. it is a beautiful drive though.

Antonis our host was the most helpful, kind person. He gave us lifts to the local village and would pick us up when needed.Nothing was too much trouble. The cleanliness was exceptional.

As the holiday season hadn't quite started there was no where locally open to eat as there will be in the summer season. As we wanted a chilled holiday ,it was not an issue as Antonis took us to the supermarket where we bought enough food. The cooking facilities at the apartment were enough to prepare meals. We were also able to order food to the apartment.

Antonis, the owner/manager of Sea Side Studios & Houses made our 2 weeks stay the most relaxing holiday in a long while. Antonis is super welcoming, friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate any requests/enquires we had, (super knowledgable about Mykonos/Greece and answered our hundreds of questions). He also upgraded our room without even us asking it and gaves us many lift to the shops/resto. The 180 degree views of the beach/sea from all the studios and villas are absolutly stuning.

The property (bathroom/kitchen) are starting to show their age, but major refurbishment is planned for this winter. Next season they will be brand new.

Traveling to Mykonos has to be with the express intent of relaxing on the beaches and enjoying the local food. Kalo Livadi has great beaches - a little lacking in the food department - at least locally. The host at Sea Side Studios & Houses was so friendly and gracious. He made sure we were comfortable, and helped with any and every request we had. He arranged our rental, and he even drove us to the local town (Ano Mera) to shop - twice!

Choice of restaurants and the distance to shopping, if rental is not an option.

I loved the simplicity and rustic charm of the apartment brought out by the use of natural materials such as wood and stone and what appears to be a labour of love, and respect for the natural materials that Mykonos has to offer. This adds to what one might consider simple unhurried-backto-basics peaceful life. It was a home away from home. Antonis was a very hospitable, accommodating, and knowledgeable host. I will definitely return to Mykonos and to Seasise Studios and Houses in the very near future.

I found no faults. it was perfect

Sir Antonis is one of the most attentive hosts I've known. I can't say enough how far he went out of his way to give me a wonderful vacation. The room was nice. The bed was comfy. I cooked by myself when I was lazy to drive for five minutes to wonderful restaurants in Ano Mera square or just fifteen minutes to Mykonos town. You can expect the beautiful sunny Kalo Livadi beach just three minutes walking right in front of your room. I also drove to a lot of other beautiful beaches close by. Otherwise, I found it easy to access to the accommodation. It's safe for my car park. It's easy to manage a round trip to other islands around, etc... Once again, many thanks to sir Antonis and your hospitality! I absolutely will come back. See you!

Host was amazing and tried to help us in every single way. The studio was awesome beautiful view of the bay and the mountains. It was a quite area and perfect for those who like to stay away from the buisness of town. The beach is virtually 5mins walk. It is about 2.5km walk uphill to Ano Mera the closest main square where one finds all the necessary things shopping cafes and some great restaurants. Beds very comfortable

You definitely need a car to go around the island. The showers are charming to look at, but hopeless to have a decent shower.

It is more than we expected. The owner wait late till we arrives and carefully explained all good-to-know informations about the island. Also help how to order food and rent a bike, both are very well rated shops.

We arrived a day later than we planned but Antonio the host/owner gave us a great upgrade to a Seaside Villa. It was huge, well equipped with a jacuzzi, loungers, garden table and chairs and I loved the elevated position of the accommodation. We spent many hours relaxing in the jacuzzi whilst staring at the ocean - beautiful!

I'm struggling to find something to critique but it would have been great to have the shower hose attached to the wall in our villa. Apart from that everything was wonderful and we will be back!
