This was the best possible vacation stay. The property is family run and they take care of you the whole time like you are family. The place is beautiful, a 5 minute walk from the beach (and 10 minutes from another beach), the pool was great, the views were lovely, and everything was so clean and well taken care of. There’s also a bus station right outside and the property gives you the bus times and multiple maps so I could have the best chance to see everything. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

9.5/10 - possibly my highest ever rating! A fabulous 6nt stay with kids of 8 and 5. The hotel is stunningly understated in every aspect. Loved the vibe and decor, the elevated outlook, the welcome and service - a boutique with personal touch, exclusive yet sociable. Really great room space with separate connecting room for the kids. 2 small balconies with view of the pool and sea, well stocked kitchenette very useful, sound bathrooms and AC, and great internet with TV apps to log in if you need. Really enjoyed the great value table served breakfast; healthy and good quality. Location works very well; great local restaurant with excellent pizza and local dishes, convenience store, beaches for swim, regular buses from the front door. Parking if you need. A great place for families and couples especially. All recommendations from the family were great, especially the boat taxi hop on/ hop off at various beaches for €20 per adult per day, kids free. Much appreciated the lift for the first boat at 10am! What a kind family and lovely business with exceptional attention to detail. Mykonos is an expensive Greek island with a buzz everywhere; every beach a party, a town full of young beautiful people in the evenings, mega yachts in the bays, but this hotel was a sanctuary and perfect home/ base for a week in a lovely island with the most gorgeous clear sea. Take a snorkel and suck it all up!

We would definitely recommend and return to this boutique hotel, but the island isn't as family orientated as other Greek islands. Transport is expensive and roads small and hectic in August. The beaches are almost completely privatised with expensive sunbeds (€25-170 each!) and sometimes clashing sound systems, which might not be for everyone. But we worked around things with buses and generally found space for a towel on the beach, it's the sea that's the main draw!

Where do we start! The owners and their staff are so attentive and courteous. Even before arriving there, Marios arranged a private transfer from the port to the hotel that was like clockwork. Marina greeted us on arrival and gave us a comprehensive guide into the island , its beaches and recommendations for restaurants in the various locations. We decided to book breakfast each morning. Wow, I have never seen a spread like it I cannot describe it fully as it would take too long. The staff are amazing, work nonstop, and can't do enough for you. We only had 3 nights there, but I feel that even after such a short time, we left as friends, if not family! Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful experience , I sincerely hope that we can return sometime soon. David

It would be impossible to find anything to dislike!!

10/10 Unforgettable Hospitality and a Perfect Mykonos Experience Our stay at Lithos by Spyros & Flora was simply extraordinary. The hotel itself is gorgeous — modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. But what made it truly special were the people: Marios, Marina, and Farhat. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, they made us feel more like friends than guests. As locals from Mykonos, they introduced us to the heart of the island — far beyond its party reputation. Thanks to their recommendations and personal insights, we experienced Mykonos in a deeper, more authentic way. It felt like discovering a hidden side of the island, full of charm and stories. Thank you! This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience :*

The property was fantastic. Great seaview from our own room, a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double sofa bed for our children in the living room. They had their separate bathroom. The bed was really comfortable (and so was the sofa bed). The breakfast was amazing, the staff made the trip even better: everyone was so friendly, providing advice as to where to visit and if we would be better off renting a car or taking the bus. We rented a car and it was so easy thanks to Marina and her contacts. The staff at the breakfast and bar were super lovely.

There was nothing we did not like about the property.

We had the most incredible stay at Lithos by Spyros & Flora, and it’s all thanks to the truly exceptional care and warmth shown by the owners, Marina and Marios. From the moment we booked, they went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and special. Marina gave us the most thorough and thoughtful overview of Mykonos—her insights made exploring the island so much easier and more enjoyable. She truly cared about every detail of our experience, and it showed. The rooms were not only extremely comfortable but spotlessly clean every single day. We especially loved relaxing on our balcony with its stunning view—a perfect way to start and end each day. And breakfast by the pool was a highlight: delicious, fresh, and served in such a beautiful setting. But what really made this stay unforgettable was the warmth of the entire team. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. We truly felt like part of the family, and leaving was the hardest part. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Marina and Marios, for everything

It Does Not Get Much Better Than This… My wife and I have traveled for many years including 3 trips to Greece. Lithos is one of our favorite boutique hotels. We stayed on the top floor, in a very spacious and well- equipped apartment with beautiful sea views and two balconies. Whereas so many hotels exaggerate their views, or the comforts of the apartment , Lithos does not. But what makes this place really special is the proprietor-Marios (and his team)… In an age when guests feel more and more like tourists, where the relationship with the host or manager is simply “transactional, ” Marios took us back to a time when travelers to Greece were treated like welcome guests our friends. I’m giving this hotel 5 stars out of 5 or 10 out of 10… ◦

The only possible negative is that it is a bit far from some of the more famous beaches. But there is a small beach within walking distance.

A gorgeous hotel with exceptional and very attentive staff. We felt welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. Marios, Marina and Fahaad were incredible and they made our stay there one of the best experiences we’ve had in Mykonos. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean. Their Greek salad is the best we’ve ever had in Greece and we loved that they provided free water whenever you were sitting outside. A very nice touch. Over all an amazing stay and we will definitely be back again!

The hosts are amazing. Welcoming and friendly. Even though we have been to Mykonos before and are familiar with the island, they took the time to provide suggestions on where to eat and what to see which we appreciated. Our family especially our teenagers thoroughly enjoyed the water taxi to the beaches of Mykonos. The location and view were fantastic. The bus stop was outside the hotel which took you into town. The hotel and rooms are cleaned to a very high standard and the breakfast was hearty and filling. Would happily stay here again.

It was just what we were after, the standard of the accommodation was way beyond our expectations. It was in a quiet area of Mykonos about a 20 minute drive from the airport and the town. There were few restaurants and beach within a simple walk. There was a bus stop right outside the property to take us into the hustle and bustle of Mykonos town, though we were glad to get back to the calm! It’s a relatively small hotel so there were never too many people around or in the pool so we could always get a sun bed looking out at the view ( which was stunning). We were met on our arrival with a cool glass of water and given a run through of what there is to do on the Island which was really helpful. The breakfast and the pool snacks were really good too and reasonably priced.

Can’t think of anything…
