The property was spacious the staff on Reception was helpful and attentive, overall we found the breakfast service for coffees etc a tad slow we waited almost 20mins everyday, The views are exceptional though.

I think my only complaints are the sofa bed which was made up in one of the rooms was not comfortable at all my daughter struggled to sleep on it we requested an extra mattress which a Topper was provided however it was still the same. The bedroom door in our room due to the wind kept banging so again never really got a good night sleep we did mention this but nothing was done. One day we got back to our apartment after it had been cleaned and I saw a worm wiggling about by the toilet brush in the shower room which was awful. We did manage to get a late checkout however this cost us and extra €250 which I felt was steep as we needed to shower etc as we had a evening flight albeit there was no water in the hotel in the morning for a few hours.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, from arrival everyone was very welcoming and helpful specially Maria, all staff was genuinely nice. every request was answered very quickly. The room was phenomenal with a breath taking view stayed there for 4 nights and every morning i appreciated the view more and more. The room was very well equipped with all types of toiletries. The breakfast was amazing with new additions everyday very well accommodating for muslims (pork free options) very close to Ornos beach and pool was great with the best view i was so sad to leave.

Fabulous hotel, fabulous view. We had an amazing room with stand-alone bath. The room was spacious and had a sizeable balcony overlooking what can only be described as an amazing view. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go.

The price of food and drink at the hotel, bottle of beer 9 euros, water 7 euros. The noise of the music from the beach all afternoon and the beat of the music every night until 5am from the restaurant (which was amazing but very expensive)

Lovely, hard working staff who go out of their way to make your stay special. The front desk team are amazing, always ready on WhatsApp or in person to give great recommendations or make bookings. Excellent buggy service down to the street. Great partnership with a local yoga teacher for private and group lessons. Beautiful pool and dining areas with surely the best views in Ornos Bay.

For a 5 star hotel, the rooms and patios can feel a little underwhelming and already tired despite the hotel being only a few years old. Everything extra is expensive, but that’s Mykonos!

A Perfect Stay in Paradise! Our stay at Once in Mykonos was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that immediately set the tone for our entire vacation. The location of the hotel is fantastic — nestled in a peaceful part of the island, yet only a short drive away from the bustling Mykonos town and beautiful beaches. One of the highlights was the incredible breakfast spread each morning. Whether you prefer traditional Greek delicacies or classic international dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It truly made for the perfect start to our day! The staff at Once in Mykonos deserve special mention for their friendliness and professionalism. Everyone we encountered went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. However, I must give a particular shout-out to Tatiana, who was absolutely exceptional. Her service was personal, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive — she truly made our stay unforgettable. Tatiana’s warmth, helpful recommendations, and attention to detail elevated our experience to a whole new level. She is a true asset to the hotel. Overall, Once in Mykonos exceeded all our expectations. The combination of the prime location, amazing breakfast, and genuinely kind staff made our time here feel magical. We can’t wait to return!

The staff was exceptional, starting with Yiannis and Tatiana at the front desk, Michalis and his magnificent team at the restaurant, and Vassilis, Panagiotis, and the bar staff. The lifeguard was attentive and always willing to help. The drivers were consistently polite, punctual, and friendly. The freshly squeezed orange juice and breakfast each morning was excellent.

The pool area had a gorgeous setup, but unfortunately, the water was too cold for a comfortable swim. The gym, though very small, served its purpose. However, the treadmill was out of service for the entire duration of our stay.

The Hotel Once in Mykonos is absolutely the best choice if you're looking to relax, standing apart from other hotels that are more focused on parties. The biggest strength of this hotel is its people. From Tatiana at the reception to Melissa at the restaurant, the staff truly makes you feel welcome. Thank you once again to everyone; we will definitely come back.

One area for improvement is the shuttle service to Mykonos. Enhancing this aspect would significantly improve the overall experience, as the drivers currently do not match the exceptional level of service provided by the hotel staff.

Once in Mykonos is beautiful. Location, view, decor, staff (especially Elsa and Harry) were amazing. We got upgraded! I can’t really fault it aesthetically and we were treated with respect and welcomed with open arms. The pool was out of this world, as was breakfast and staff.

It’s a brand new hotel and it just opened so some parts of it are still under construction. No fault of the hotel as there have been soo many global delays with materials etc. A bit dusty, our dip pool was always covered in a dusty film from wind and construction (it was cleaned daily though). The processes still need to be bedded down. I think once the hotel is fully complete, it will be a 5 star luxurious experience. For the price, it was a little much for the room size, and bathroom storage placement (even with the room upgrade). All in all however I would stay again as staff and pool made up for it!

The property is sat on a hill overlooking the Ornos bay with some simply lovely views. The customer service is top class and the food and drink options are decent and well priced (well for mykonos)

The hotel just needed a few final touches when we stayed, but it had only opened that week to be fair and their speed and committment to finishing this were fantastic.
