Room and location are both great. Bonus of a pool area on the roof. Good shower & nice to have plenty of towels & toiletries to use. Very close to the centre of the Old Port, 3 mins walk to restaurants & shops but quiet at night. The check in person was excellent, carried our bags up the stairs to our room and was very friendly. When leaving they helped us book a transfer to the New Port to catch the ferry.

The location is down a small alley and taxis cannot drop off at the door. When arriving we were dropped at the top of the alley, on a very busy road. It was not far to walk but very bumpy with luggage. Breakfast options were quite limited but the courtyard area was nice to eat in.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The décor is beautiful—everything is white, so the hotel feels bright, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. My room was spotless and very functional. The location was fantastic: about 5 minutes’ walk to the main area and around 7–9 minutes to Little Venice and the windmills. It was great to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy walking distance of all the bars, restaurants, main spots in Mykonos and clubs. The staff were genuinely amazing—so friendly and helpful, and they really made my stay special. They honestly went above and beyond at every opportunity and were so warm. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent, with a cooked hot option I really appreciated. The rooftop view was stunning! I also thought the hotel’s transfer service was excellent value for money and appeared to be cheaper than the options at other hotels from what my family told me. They picked me up from the port, helped with my luggage right from the port into my room. Another highlight was access to their sister hotel Beach Resort, which is absolutely gorgeous. The daily free return shuttle made it so convenient to spend the day relaxing by the beach or in the spa. After checkout, they even let me use the spa and pool before my evening flight and arranged my transfer to the airport from there. It was such a thoughtful touch and made my last day really enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

My room was a tiny bit smaller than I would have liked - because I was island hopping I got used to bigger rooms in Greece so not their fault at all- it wasn’t an issue though , it was like a normal hotel size room - The size was still very comfortable and I had space to get ready comfortably

Everything was beautiful from the beginning, the transfer service worked, arriving at the hotel I got an upgrade tax free to the beach resort unit, the recepcionist both at petasos and at the arrival at the resort were very kind, gave me a map with spot places and important clues to discover the island. The room was great, with a very confortable bed and a rich selection of pillows. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was more than ok! The pool and beach areas provides you great seaviews and nice relaxing moments! The location also provides you easy transportation to all places within the local buses or by private drivers and Uber (more expensive).

I have an hearing impairment and sometimes I could not quite understand what some (not all) of the staff were saying and some of then were not educated or kind to hell me understand. This only happened at the breakfast and with some waitresses at the pool area. The recepcionists were always helpful and kind.

· All the staff were very friendly. We used the shuttle service from the port to the hotel. The hotel driver, Mr. Dimitris, has lived in Mykonos for many years and kindly recommended some great restaurants. He was a truly wonderful and friendly driver. The car was also of high quality and very comfortable. it is very difficult to walk from the port to the hotel with suitcases, so we were glad we used the shuttle service. Mr. Nikos, who handled our check-in, warmly welcomed us and provided us with very helpful information. We had a wonderful time at the restaurant “Baboulas Ouzeri”, which they recommended. This hotel is fantastic in every way—the staff, breakfast, and room ambiance are all excellent. While this hotel does not have a pool, you can use the fantastic private beach and pool at the partner hotel. A shuttle service is available from this hotel to the partner hotel, and another shuttle service is available from the partner hotel to the port. If we ever have the opportunity to visit Mykonos again, we would definitely like to stay at this hotel.

Great position but highlight were the staff especially Lefteris and nikos who did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable. They gave us rooms close to each other with my sister and friends and helped us with luggage to and from hotel. We hope lefteris & Nikos will still be working at the hotel when we return to Mykonos. They made our stay such a memorable one. The rooms were clean and well sized. The entire hotel was clean & tidy all the time

The hotel was a bit noisy especially in early morning with other hotel guests talking in hallways or cleaners being a bit noisy early morning. The mattress felt like it was worn and needs to be changed

The staff at the hotel truly made our stay exceptional. Lefteris and Nikos were particularly outstanding, always going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our visit was perfect. Their warmth and attentiveness were evident in everything they did, from arranging transfers and making bookings to offering excellent recommendations and general support. Their genuine smiles and dedication made our experience unforgettable. The location of the hotel was great and very central. The hotel is clean and well equipped.

Our only negative feedback is the rooms don’t have blackout curtains (just a white linen one). It’s very bright sun from early morning which in Mykonos you often are wanting to sleep in after a late night. Would be a 10/10 if it had those but it did impact our sleep

Excellent location and super friendly staff and great customer service. Especially Nikos at front desk/reception was always very helpful and arranged everything we needed.

A bit noisy during the night but when in Mykonos you don’t need to sleep!

The location was brilliant as you are within walking distance of everything but dont get any noise from the evening activities. Loved the terrace which overlooked the entire town during sunset. Seems like a very new hotel.

You could sometimes hear the guests return late in the evening. However, this is not the fault of the hotel of the personal.

The staff there is excellent - All people are very helpful and smiley - top receptionists, Lefteris and Nikos. They even made us free cocktails, always book a taxi for us and very helpful at any time with anything! The hotel is renovated so it’s new, clean, nice design, relaxing atmosphere and very close to the Chora, but in a quiet neighborhood.

Nothing to say maybe a little more variety of breakfast would made it excellent
