The Townhouse Hotel in Mykonos is a charming gem, perfectly situated right in the heart of the old town. The traditional whitewashed architecture blends beautifully with its vibrant surroundings, making it feel both authentic and stylish. I appreciated the warm and friendly service from the staff—especially the helpful baggage assistance and well-organised transfers that made arrival and departure smooth. The breakfast was also a highlight, with generous portions and a lovely setting to start the day.

The room felt quite cramped, which might be expected in a central location but did impact overall comfort. Additionally, the service at the Skybar was noticeably slow, especially during peak hours, which slightly took away from the rooftop experience.

Beautiful property located in the center of Mykonos town, with all the restaurants, nightlife and shopping only a few minutes away on foot. The staff were extremely nice, accommodating, friendly and helpful. We stayed at the room with the outdoor jacuzzi and both the room and the view were just breathtaking.

The only downside if I have to mention any is that the Skybar of the hotel is located in the building next door at the same level as the terrace of the room, so the bar patrons can see you and there is people and loud music until around midnight. More privacy would have been welcome.

The Townhouse Mykonos offers an exceptional stay thanks to its convenient location and outstanding service. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed by their recommendations for local restaurants, which turned out to be culinary gems. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is simply delicious – a perfect way to start the day. The added bonus of a private transfer service was a lifesaver for our group of seven, eliminating any transportation worries. Overall, My Townhouse Mykonos provides a comfortable and memorable stay. If I have the opportunity to return, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The A La Carte breakfast was delicious and tailored to suit you each morning which we liked a lot (much nicer than the American style buffet in most hotels). The staff were all amazing, superb in accommodating our needs and requests; we would specifically like to highlight Ms Esmeralda who catered to our every need from start to finish; from recommendations to reservations, she really couldn’t do enough for us, such a beautiful, friendly person. Irene was also such a delight to see each morning, she was so kind and accommodating, with such a warm persona. The rooftop bar was incredible with a great view of the sunset (when a cruise ship isn’t blocking it!!)

We requested an upgrade two days into our stay as the room we had originally booked was a lot smaller than expected - we moved into the suite which I would highly recommend; certainly worth the extra money if you like your space. The wardrobe space was the same in all rooms, very limited!, especially for two people which was a frustration for us as we struggle to relax if we’re living out of a suitcase; I would also expect a hotel of this standard to have more hanging / storage space for clothes.

This has been by far the best hotel with the finest customer service I have ever experienced. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, it offers easy access to numerous nearby restaurants. Pantelis and Esmeralda provided an exceptional check-in experience, sharing valuable tips on local attractions and activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious, with Valeria being a fantastic host! The hotel’s SkyBar boasts an amazing view and first-class cocktails. Linnea and the SkyBar Manager, and the entire staff were extremely friendly. We would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything in this hotel was beyond perfect The staff were very helpful and extra nice and provided us with very interesting recommendations and serviced us with welcoming drinks when we arrived and helped us with our luggage all the way. The room was very nicely decorated, well equipped,so clean and spacious. The location is perfect too , it’s very close to all attractions and restaurants . The view in the hotel rooftop during the sunset is breathtaking. You really don’t want to miss it . I really believe we had the best experience in Mykonos because of this amazing accommodation I would really stay in this hotel whenever I am back to Mykonos

Absolutely nothing

When looking for a place to stay in Mykonos, we knew there were a lot of choices. Being first time visitors we thought staying in Mykonos Town would be our best option. We chose The TownHouse Mykonos based on location and the look and feel the hotel have off from pictures. We made a GREAT choice. We chose the Mykonian Suite and it was fabulous. You are overlooking the water and the sunset view you get from this unit is great. The room itself was cute. Decorated with a chic theme and very clean. Having two floors of space really gave you the extra room to spread things out a bit. The entire hotel (dining areas, bars, etc.) were very nicely designed, too. But, what made this stay stand out was the service we got from everyone that worked there. Everyone was so friendly and VERY helpful. They were able to help us with anything we needed from local dining choices to help with renting a car and sharing all the best places to visit around the island. The location was great. You could walk to tons of shops and restaurants. If you are looking to stay right in Mykonos Town but also want to be able to go back to your room and feel like your away from it all, The TownHouse Mykonos is the place to be!

For anyone who is looking for the perfect Mykonos hotel, you can stop looking - this is it! The property is gorgeous and centrally located, the roof top bar is top notch, the breakfast is amazing, the air conditioning is excellent and the rooms are comfortable. While this hotel ticks all the boxes, it is the team who really made our stay here and this was experienced even before we travelled with welcoming communication pre-stay. They make sure that everything is flawless and runs smoothly, organizing transport, things to do, suggested itinerary. We truly felt like we were guests in their home and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We got the feeling that this is just in their nature - the welcoming hospitality really was beyond expectations! Thanks guys :)

I should have known that this was the best hotel in Mykonos when they greeted me with CHAMPAGNE on arrival!! Hallelujah!!! The Accommodation and Staff were 11/10! Valerya was my favourite face to see when I came out to the terrace and has already convinced me to come back in September for round 2 of Mykonos at TownHouse!! and Esmeralda you are a ray of sunshine, thank you for always responding to my questions immediately and always being a smiling face at the front desk when you walk in
