he place was quiet, relaxing, and clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was very peaceful, with plenty of spots to enjoy the views and just chill out. The staff was extremely helpful from the moment we made the reservation. We followed some of their suggestions for restaurants and places to visit, and everything turned out to be amazing. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to town. The property is set on a hill, so the walk is a bit steep, but we enjoyed the incredible views and took lots of great pictures. Breakfast was very nice and tasty and it gave us a great start to the rest of the day.

A Perfect Honeymoon at Villa Konstantin! My husband and I stayed at Villa Konstantin for 10 nights to celebrate our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of perfect. Even before our arrival, Sharron and her team were incredibly warm and welcoming. They arranged a seamless airport transfer for us, which ran smoothly—even though we landed an hour early. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the beauty of Villa Konstantin. It looked exactly like the photos—full of Greek charm and character. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were soon settled into holiday mode. Our Deluxe Room was beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view over the sea and the island of Syros. The loungers by the pool were incredibly comfortable, and on some days, we even had the pool all to ourselves—a peaceful luxury. Breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a wide variety of delicious options. It was well worth adding to our stay for a relaxed start to each day. The location is ideal—just a short walk into town. Although taxis are available, we enjoyed walking up and down the hill each evening. There are also some great restaurants at the top of the hill, and we really appreciated the map of recommended spots that was given to us on arrival. We can’t thank Sharron and the wonderful team enough for making our honeymoon so special. Their genuine care and attention made us feel truly looked after. We would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Konstantin to anyone visiting Mykonos—whether it’s for a few days or a couple of weeks. We only stayed here for 2 nights as part of an island-hopping trip but from start to finish we were amazed by the hospitality we received here. We were greeted by sisters Jasmine and Poppy, their mother Sharon, and another lovely young girl working there. Upon check-in, Poppy talked us through the best places to eat and drink, and best ways to get to different parts of the island. They even gave us their personal numbers to use if we needed help arranging transport etc. The room was extremely nice and included an en-suite toilet and spacious shower. There were also a nice selection of toiletries and tea/coffee provided. The pool is very clean and has a view overlooking the bay where Mykonos Town is located. The family really made us feel at home and we honestly cannot recommend Villa Konstantin highly enough. We will be back ❤️ Megan & Dulcie

There is nothing to dislike!

I cannot speak more highly of the staff, the villa or the views over Mykonos, Sharon (the owner), is formerly a Newcastle gal who clearly understands what her clientele require! The shower and bathroom in our villa (for example) were the best my wife and I have ever encountered and total comfort was the best description we would offer.

OMG, whatever you decide to do when you arrive on Mykonos - ensure that you get a taxi to Villa Konstantin. DO NOT try to do it cheaply by getting a bus or sea bus to Old Port and then walking from there! Unfortunately, we DID try this - and carrying 50 or 60 kilo's up an almost sheer incline (including around 200 steps) is NOT recommended, we can assure you!

We had a wonderful week of vacation. Everything was perfect. The welcome was excellent, with great recommendations tailored to the type of stay we were looking for. The location is ideal and Jasmine was very responsive whenever we had questions or issues. The hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely, the view was incredible and the pool was amazing, with few people or very respectful guests. The setting is so stunning that it sometimes made us want to just stay at the hotel and enjoy it !

This is an absolutely beautiful Villa at the top of the hill overlooking the sea . A short walk down the street brings you to a cafe and its 2.50 euros for a double americono . Or help yourself to their breakfast buffet for 12 euros. One day , I just had fruit and a coffee while my friend had the buffet and they didnt charge me . The pool is clean and beautiful. You can order a sandwich, snack or anything you want to drink and they will come out to you when it is ready. Its is a15 min walk down stairs to town . If you dont want to walk back up the hill, you can take a taxi for 15 euros. I would suggest that on a hot day or evening when it is dark. Be sure to wait at the taxi stand just outside the town . Its easy to spot Other taxis may charge you more . You can take the bus to any of the beaches for around 2.50. Ask at the front desk. The service was excellent with very friendly staff and I would definitely stay here again .

Not enough good loungers at the pool. The mattresses provided were hard to get up from . Free coffee should be provided in the morning .

Family run business & the service was wonderful. Location was very close to town, an easy 10 minute walk downhill but don't recommend walking back. Cab should only be 10-20€ back home. Very clean & very comfortable room.

Pool area needs more protection from the very windy conditions that are normal for the island. The outdoor area outside the rooms also need more protection. Great areas but you can't enjoy them because of the wind, a simple hard roof would make them more usable, be nice to sit outside with a bottle of wine & enjoy your surroundings.

Beautiful view, great location and friendly staff. We especially appreciated the early checkin as after a very long week of travel all we wanted was a shower and bed!

The uphill shortcut walk to the hotel, but thats the price you pay for beautiful views and honestly, the amount we ate, we needed the exercise.

Family owned and operated villa. They were very nice and helpful. It's in a nice location. My family was able to walk to the villa from the first bus-stop in Mykanos. Also, we walked to the New Port to get a high speed ferry to another island; took 15 minutes to walk to it. There is a nice restaurant just past the hotel (about 500 m), and also one across the street. Also, there is a grocery store close by if you need to purchase other items. The walk to Mykanos town was about 10 minutes at a brisk pace.

Overall, very positive and I would return to this location. It's nice a quiet and that was nice. A hot-tub (for common use) would be ideal (i.e., for use in early season periods, given that the pool was cold (in May). Overall it is really nice. The rooms were exactly as shown on the photos. WiFi worked fine/ no issues at all.

Sharon and her staff were really warm , friendly and accommodating. This is the best service we have had in any hotel. She gave us lots of information about the island on arrival , and free breakfast as we were staying for a week. This gesture we really appreciated. She also helped us with booking a transfer for the journey home. The location of the hotel was on a great spot - close to Mykonos town and the airport. We enjoyed the snacks at the pool and the drinks were lovely. Rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and experience so Thankyou to everyone at Villa Konstantin.
