Super clean, good location, everyone super kind, good recommendations. And remember you can take the bus to the airport. The stop isjust a couple of blocks away.

They could have towel hangers in the room. There was only one for the sink towel.

I had my best trip so far! And Mykonos was the ONE! I can assure you that the Hotel Madalena was the top of the cherry! The attention to detail from Sakis ( Manager) was spectacular. He will help you, guide you, and provide the best accommodation in his power. The staff is AMAZING, starting with the BEST BREAKFAST I have eaten done by the best Chef Eleni. The rooms had the best ocean views; I had a king and a single bed, and everything was clean and neat. The bathroom was spacious and perfect. You are a 6-minute walk to the town, where you can visit from the Old Port to the Kato Milli Windmills. Sakis helped us rent a scooter brought to the Hotel and gave us the best spot tips. I also want to acknowledge Antonio and Mira, who are a fantastic part of the staff. I recommend this Hotel 100% and definitely will go back soon. Thank you, Sakis, Eleni, Antonio, and Mira! Our stay at the hotel was perfect. Dora and Tsakis were terrific hosts, incredibly friendly and helpful with everything from enabling us to charge a device we had forgotten our charger for, to providing tips and hints about the island, possible tours, how to get around, and brilliant restaurant recommendations. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and the hotel breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and something different every day. The hotel is located about 5-7 minutes walk from the edge of the main town and harbour. You have to climb a hill to get back in the evening but that was a small price to pay for the great views, exceptional accommodation and great breakfast.

A 3-star hotel that deserves 5. Wonderful stay, service, and atmosphere. Sakis is outstanding, THE BEST. His attention to detail, personalized service, and recommendations are truly amazing. The rest of the staff is just as great. The location is excellent, with stunning sunset views. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the center of Mykonos, which is very convenient. Breakfast was spectacular—delicious and varied, perfect for starting the day right. The room was beautiful, well-equipped with the essentials, and the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Madalena. We stayed for 2 nights. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options (rice, eggs, bread, yogurt, fruits, cereals, etc.). The room was very comfortable, with air-conditioning, and a bathroom equipped with everything (soap, shampoo, even toothbrushes), and good Wi-Fi. The staff was very helpful and supportive, our luggage was even carried for us. Mr. Saki gave us excellent tips on places to visit in Mykonos given our short amount of time. Our ferry departing Mykonos was at 8:45 PM on check-out day, but we were allowed to leave our luggage and stay at the hotel premises after check-out (12 PM) on our final day, we are very grateful for this. The location is really good, a mere 10 walk from the Old Port (12 minutes uphill with luggage), and the view from the hotel is great. I also liked that we could borrow hotel towels to go to the beach. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Hotel Madalena and we will definitely stay there again when coming back to Mykonos.

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic views. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is a short walk into town, which is uphill on the way back but the walk did us good! The pool area is small but it was never busy while we were there. Breakfast was amazing...so much choice. The room was large and comfortable and whilst I did book an economy room so didn't have a Seaview, and no balcony/outside seating area, there were other places you could go and sit.

Lots of steps which were slippy if you had wet feet/shoes. We did see one chap have a nasty tumble.

This hotel had the best customer service I have ever experienced. There is someone to walk your bags up to your room on arrival/checkout. They sit down with you when you first arrive, and give you a map/recs for places to go around the town. Short and easy walk down the hill to the town. Has a lovely pool and the breakfast selection had an enormous variety. There is also someone there to make you coffee and bring to your table. Room was updated and very clean. They came in everyday and cleaned it while we were out. They gave us a fresh water bottle everyday in our room as well.

The hotel was amazing. Fantastic views of Mykonos Bay and the Ferry/Cruise port. We loved the pool and the breakfast was something else!! I can't imagine anyone not being impressed with the variety and quality of food served at breakfast. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. You can walk into Mykonos Town easily. We went on a sunset cruise which was almost opposite and walked to San Stefanos beach. I have visited before (5 years ago) and was over the moon that we managed to get in there again. You will not be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️

We were 6 friends on this trip. The hotel staff was courteous and went out of the way to help us, be it with recommendations, transport or luggage. All of Sakis' recommendations were spot on - he gave us a detailed walk-through of the town - charting out what we could do, where we could eat specific dishes and how to end up there. The walk into the town is just 10-15minutes (given the terrain, the walk back to the hotel from the city is slightly uphill - but definitely not a negative factor). The rooms were extremely spacious for 2 people, luxurious, comfortable and clean. The view from the room was great for sunsets too. Breakfast was sumptuous for meat eaters and the open spaces, overlooking the sea was soothing. The hotel had arranged for transfers from and to the ferry terminal as well.

For the sake of being picky, would have loved for more options for vegetarians during breakfast.
