Wonderful hotel with the best value for money that can be found! As soon as we arrived, they gave us a free room upgrade! The pool area is absolutely incredible, with an exceptional view and excellent sun loungers...the breakfast is very complete and they even let us take a shower in the changing room after we checked out, when we had returned from the beach. It is a 15 minute walk to the center and the old port. Thank you very much Jana and Zanis for everything! We spent some wonderful days! 😍🫶

Only there is no plug in the bathroom...something minor next to all the excellent things they have!

For the first time the pictures of the hotel does no justice to the place itself. It was beautiful, the room was great with big terrace and gorgeous view. The breakfast was also good with amazing views again. The pool was also a nice surprise, really comfy sunbeds and quiet and calm atmosphere. Also, we had a little accident with our son, but the staff were really helpful and I'm grateful to all of them

Such a cute little hotel! I can't believe it's only 2*! The room was pretty spacious and had a big wide balcony, the views from which were amazing - you could see toward the New Port one way and the old town and even the windmills in the distance the other way. There was an issue with the balcony door when I arrived but it was fixed straightaway. Everything was spotlessly clean too. The pool area was beautiful - so clean and well maintained, I would say more than some 5* hotels I've stayed in! Also amazing views from here - you can't beat lying on a sunbed, with Rose in hand, reading your book overlooking the Mediterranean sea! The first couple days I was there it was very windy but it felt pretty sheltered from it. There was a bar as well by the pool serving drinks and some snacks, which was very handy. It's a bit of walk to the old town but not as bad as I thought it was going to be, going by some other reviews - about 10 mins to the Old Port and then another 5 or so to the edge of the old town. And I always felt safe on my own. I arranged transfers from the Port and to the airport with the hotel which were fairly reasonably priced (especially compared to the other islands I went to) and they were very flexible. Also I arrived at the hotel about 11am and as my room was ready they let me check in early, which I was very grateful for!

Only a few very minor quibbles. The shower only had a screen on one side - it was only a regular sized shower, so you couldn't help getting the floor all wet in the bathroom. They never seemed to have regular tea (English breakfast) at breakfast, luckily I had my own teabags so it didn't really matter, but if I hadn't I would have been rather disappointed. Nothing to do with the hotel itself but the road to the Old Port/Town was narrow and sometimes a little hairy but at least is was pretty quiet - it's not a main road.

The property was beautiful. Stunning views and very friendly stuff. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport. The breakfast was provided for us as well. The property is managed by a family and the business apparently had run since 1987. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The swimming poor overviews the sea and the sunset is magical. The propert is a 10 minute walk from the town centre. It is quiet and peaceful but minutes away from a busy mycanos town where you can party your night away.

The location is brilliant. 10 minute (safe) walk into the old town and only a slow incline on the way home! The pool area and balconies have stunning views over the sea and perfect sunset views. The staff are all so kind and couldn’t do enough for you. The pool bar has a great selection of drinks and snacks at a reasonable price too! Also, the transfer service to and from the airport is a life saver! The owner gave us recommendations for bars, food and beaches and they were all amazing! Stay at Hotel Gorgona, you will not be disappointed!! Thank you!

Good vicinity to the town, accurate estimate of 10 min walk to edge of the bay of restaurants and shops. Fabulous choice of hot and cold options at breakfast. Fabulous facilities with lovely pool, bar serving food (we were well looked after by the owners for lunch snacks) and brand new changing facilities. Spectacular views of Agean Sea from room and pool. Felt like a luxury. Can't wait to go back.

Fairly steep hill from town to back to hotel but sort of liked it, feeling like I'd exercised well. Not much food wise nearby so you'd have to venture out for food.

This hotel is superb. It is not less then 4 stars. The room we had was a room with a view witch it is fantastic. You see all the day beatyful croasier ships and pools from the cavo tapo. The room services was 5 star. They literly changes our towels every day and the bed sheets every 2 day. Each day when we were at the breakfast the cleaning lady was doing our room. All the hotel employees are very warm and are willing to help you, solving any question you may have. The breakfast was very good quality, 2 type of fresh juice, fruits, watermelon, café, pastry, meat and cheese. The good thing is this hotel is an oasis of calm and peace in the hectic Mykonos. The view pool, pool and the sun beds are gorgeous. I fully recomand this hotel which should be ranked 4stars. We had aerport transfer for 25e/2pers and they wait for us cuz the flight had some delay. Next to the hotel there is renting car, with very good prices and good quality vehiculs and they are also very helpful and friendly.

The bathtoom has everything you may need but is very compact.

Hotel Gorgona was perfect in every way. This family owned hotel was attentive to every need. The location was excellent and close to the main town but far enough away to be able to have a quiet and relaxing time. The view was breathtaking from our balcony! Breakfasts were excellent! Highly recommend!

We could have used a coffee maker in the room for those early morning wake ups. Very minor but it would have helped.

Very kind and helpful staff, helped us around Mykonos even without us asking. Efficient, fast pick up from the airport. Clean rooms, beautiful sea view and marvelous sunsets from the balcony. Breakfast was simple but very tasy. Location is perfect - walking distance from the main town.

We loooved it there! The view is amazing and perfect to watch the sunset every night. Literally breathtaking. We could even watch the view and the sunset from our bed, since the door of our room could be open fully to the terrasse. The location is fabulous as well, you can easily walk to the old town, and also to the old port and new port, while the area of the hotel is extremely quiet!! The staff was super nice, welcoming and very helpful with everything. The pool was amazing as well, with the most beautiful view and very comfortable sunbeds. We highly recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely go back. :))

The bed mattress was not that comfortable, we had a little backache. But it was manageable.
