We just completed a truly memorable week with our son, loving the high-end boutique hotel vibe, which we found very pleasant and relaxing. Everything overlooks the sea in the distance, so we could watch the ships go by. We strolled each day to the centre of Mykonos' old town. The room with private pool was absolutely lovely and cleaned very well every day. The breakfasts were of a very high quality (and actually they could probably do slightly smaller portions if they wanted to - certainly not a problem though!). Our son loved his lunches at the hotel. Everything about the place was fantastic. Now the best bit... the staff are all absolutely wonderful. Firstly they are incredible at their job - specifically, they all work incredibly hard, and are always smiling, friendly and helpful. Secondly, they are simply just the most lovely people ever. Villy and Denisa on the front desk were both so caring, helpful and friendly. The cleaner and pool guy seemed very pleasant. And special mention should go to Aggeliki and Valia in the restaurant and pool area. We genuinely can't speak highly enough about them. Any employer anywhere would be absolutely honoured to have either one of these two working for them. If I could give them a job and double their pay and time off, I would - but I can't, so they'll have to settle for the most glowing review I've ever written. We just wish them every happiness and success in life.

Everything.. atmosphere, the team there, positive vibes, and location is far from the city noise . Its very quiet which we need after spending long day outside. The breakfast is superrrr.. so so yummy and fresh .. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiful .. i loved everything about the hotel and the environment. Den from the reception was amazing.. she helped us alot in so many things .. such as places, reservations.. etc.. and also the hotel operation manager, shes super.. Both made our vacation more than what we were expecting.. becuz ot them, our vacation was super.. many thanks to both of them. Hotel is 25 mins walk from the down town which this was Ok for me and my friend. Taxies were too expensive .. this thing to be highlighted especially we were using private transportation for the whole week.. almost everyday. We will consider to rent a car if we decideded to visit Greece ;) again in future!

The staff at Arocaria are second to none. Extremely friendly and helpful. Several staff members took the time to find out what we were interested in and made suggestions for good places to go and how to get there. The food is great, the rooms are great.

This is not about Arocaria. It's a Myconos issue. Traveling around the island can be difficult, and it gets expensive. Renting a moped is probably the best way to handle getting around, but driving there is difficult. Taxis are expensive and inconsistent from town to the hotel. Most places can be reached by bus with a stop just down the road from the hotel.

The hotel is truly beautiful, from the aesthetics and interior design, to the views it offers of mykonos and the aegean sea. We had a private pool which was really intimate, however the main pool was often very quiet anyway, and the beds are very comfortable so either room option would be great! 😊 The staff are accommodating to every need and always have a smile on their face. All staff were happy to offer recommendations for restaurants etc and it made the stay so relaxing. Our room was cleaned daily even when we didn’t request, the service was exceptional. The breakfast options are great and all the food is fresh.

Everything was amazing.

The property was clean and the food was great. We were so warmly welcomed at reception on arrival and the welcome drink of home made lemonade was much appreciated. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a private pool. Awesome!!! The staff were very attentive to our needs and were also on the ready to answer any questions or to give us advice about the area.

We ate breakfast everyday at the property and dinner on 3 occasions. Each and every time the food took more than 45 mins and sometimes over an hour to come out. We were a large group of 8 but we were never able to eat a single meal together. Sometimes at breakfast after waiting 1.5 hours for items ordered we gave up and left as we had to be some place else hat morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff who reacted to every request extremely quickly..greeted on arrival and given a personal tour of the facilities..bedrooms and facilities very modern with the most comfortable beds out of the three locations stayed in on the trip..room service available or eat at the hotel restaurant area which over looks the pool..food extremely good in the hotel. Pool area nicely designed to lounge and relax beside the hotel bar with great views into the harbour watching the cruise liners come in/out of the port. Hotel reception desk staff 24/7 to assit with all requests throughout stay.

Not a reflection on the hotel standards but located a 20min walk from Mykonos Town so if planning to visit Mykonos Town each day/evening be prepared for the walk into town (downhill) and back (uphill) as to avoid paying taxis who are set between €30-35 even for the shortest transfer on the island. Only a suggestion but for hotel guests perhaps the hotel might consider a complementary transfer into Mykonos Town in the evening between a set hour (7pm-8pm) for those guests who want to dine in Mykonos Town for the evening.

One of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever been to. Completely blown away by the impeccable service, the kind and always smiling staff, the gorgeous, clean and stylish rooms and brilliant food (breakfast and lunch , we didn’t try dinner here.) Our room had its own pool and I HIGHLY recommend this as it was perfect, break-taking in fact. We spent the entire trip here because it was too perfect to want to go anywhere else. Thank you Arocaria for exceeding all our expectations and making our trip so perfect.

Nothing, it’s incredible!

We loved everything about this hotel! The room was great - large, super comfortable and clean - and we loved our patio with the plunge pool that had terrific views of the water. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast every day and a couple of times for dinner and the food was delicious. The best part was the staff - especially Valia - who took such great care of us every day!!

Staff incredibly friendly and very helpful, absolutely nothing was too much to ask. Helping book taxis, make bookings and general recommendations. Waiter staff are very attentive and welcoming. Room is very large and spacious, great view from balcony and hotel pool. General hotel is maintained to very high standards and clean facilities.

Incredibly steep hill to access property. No convince shops near by.
