We had a truly pleasant stay, with everything meeting our standards. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the poolside bar offered amazing sunset views and very tasty cocktails, made by the best team of bartenders! The staff were all very friendly, contributing to an overall great experience.

one small detail I didn't quite like was the transfer service. Before our arrival, I was informed that a shared ride from the airport costs €50 and a private ride €100. For a hotel of this caliber and given the room prices, this service should be complimentary, especially considering the airport is less than a 10minute drive.

One of the best experiences of my life! The hotel, the rooftop and our room was out of this world! We traveled to 5 countries in the past 4 weeks and this is by far my favorite!

I believe the quality of the food options at the restaurant should match the high standards of the hotel and the service provided. The food was not as memorable as everything else.

Top hotel, nice pool area, Meraki restaurant on a high level as always. Clean, fantastic atmosphere and good staff. From the moment you enter and feel the parfum in the air - you know its Cavo Tagoo!

Too much walking to the room + two elevators :/ Some of the staff can be a little bit more polite (reffering to men gender; ladies are fantastic). E.g. at the dinner sommelier Juan was so pushy for the wines that it led to irritate the whole table - whatever we asked, he offered the most expensive and after we say no - he kept going on and on, insisted and insisted - no need for this guys, we spent a lot of money anyway.

gym can be little better and modern . they should upgrade the cardio machines

Room decoration was amazing, breakfast was amazing.

The room that we booked had a private pool but there was not any wall between other room's pool. So if both rooms decided to swim at the same time you can basically see them very closely. Room was very close to the road, we could be seen from busses or long cars

I like the staff. The rooms. The pool. The bar. The bathroom was interesting. The restaurant was amazing. The restaurant all day was filled with good food, good staff, and nice views. Overall I love the hotel. I will highly recommend it to everyone. Also I love how we could walk to ZUMA from our hotel.

I didn't like the price and some of the quality of the room service. I mean I've stayed here twice before but the prices are even higher now. $50 for a poke bowl that's filled with mostly rice is not ok. At least if it was good I will still not mind. Also I didn't like the glass shower and bathroom doors. We got a one bedroom suite with my daughter and that was not convenient for a family. I had to upgrade to a two bedroom villa for some privacy and two bathrooms. Also the elevator not operating some days was not good. Also the cruise ships covering our view sometimes. But it's ok.

When we checked in, it wasn’t that welcoming. Not much information was provided to us other than to wait in lounge/pool area til 2pm when our room may be ready. We arrived at 12pm. We decided to venture into town, no one told us they provided us courtesy vans to Mykonos town until AFTER our room was ready and we checked in again. We walked in the heat to get there and back.
