Host was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. She arranged taxis for us and was knowledgable about the area so could provide recommendations. Room was very good with perfect balcony sea view (pity the 30 mile an hour winds didn’t allow us to use the balcony). Excellent breakfast.

Minor things but these could soon be fixed - Shutter fasteners need oiling. Door lock was difficult to operate.

A nice quiet location just outside of Mykonos Town, therefore away from the crowds. The hotel terrasse overlooks the sea and all the activities taking place around the cruise ships. The furniture outside is just perfect with good tables and chairs and soft seating. We also had a good area to Park our car and bicycles. All staff were pleasant and attentive. Our room was very nice and suited us perfectly. I recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing break.

Excellent Location, 8 min walk to downtown old port, 18 min walk to Little Venice, terrasse is spacious and wonderful sea view , sunset right in front of our room, immense terrasse. Regardless the size of the room, we loved our stay in Spanelis, the spacious terrasse compensated the small room, we spended more time at the terrasse than in the room. Strongly recommanded this hôtel

Perfect sea view, sunset, so much peace & quiet, clean, lovely place! Price / performance is awesome considering the most expensive hotels are in the same area.

Nothing bad about it. It is kinda close to city center which I always walked, but Just consider having a vehicle ( car or motorcycle) if you are not happy with 18-20 min walk with partially incline.

Very nice place but not possible to get there on foot from the port which is what I planned to do. Don't believe everything google maps tells you. And if you are late arriving in there will be no bus and potentially no taxis either. I had no data or sim card to call one so it was very stressful. The hotel itself is in a good location once you know where you are. It's pleasant, clean and affordable. I had a great view from my balcony.

A very charming hotel with a spacious terrace where you can relax and enjoy a breathtaking view. Amazing staff and extremely helpful. A delicious breakfast . A great location which is easy reach to Mykonos Town and the New port. There is also a car park which is very helpful if you rent a car and explore the island and the beaches.The hotel and our room were extremely clean. I highly recommend this charming hotel.

So much to like: The breakfast was exceptional The view from the deck area was beautiful while you enjoyed your breakfast It was quiet being just out of town The walk back from town took about 10-15 mins— great for the fitness as slightly uphill going back to the property. Maybe less appealing for those who are not as mobile? Very clean and tidy property Helen was a lovely host

I loved my room. It was comfortable, clean, great bed and fantastic shower. It is away from the noise of the center. The owner Helen was so kind to let me stay in my room until 8:00 at night before catching my ferry without any additional charge. She also recommended me to some restaurants that had excellent food and service. While my stay did not include breakfast I ended up eating for five days of my stay. There were all I wanted in a breakfast and great service. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend if one needs a great place with a great value.

The balcony terrace area of the hotel has beautiful views. They have chairs and beanbags, so you can sit on the terrace and take in the stunning views of the sea. The hotel is really good value for money. The staff are very friendly and really welcoming. Mykonos has a lot of bars and clubs - this hotel is a great location as it's close to the city centre (walking distance) but is in a peaceful area (I travelled in May so it was peaceful during that month). It was ideal for what I was looking for. The room itself was quite simple/basic, but it has everything you need. It's a VERY GOOD hotel for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel

Very clean and comfortable. The room was large and had everything we needed. The balcony has a tremendous view. Nice modern cot and very quiet too. The lady at reception was very nice.

The location is on top of the hill, so walking up here with bags is a bit of a challenge. You need a taxi unless you are travelling light. There are also stairs inside the hotel and nobody could help us with the bags.
