Breakfast could be improved, felt there were too many sweets and not much food, the omelet was not looking great

Great location to Gribovo beach and not far from the main Venetian Port with restaurants and cafes also nearby as well as a supermarket. Easy to walk to the main town without a car too. Two rooms and one bathroom, also with coffee/tea making facilities and garden view balcony. We had a buffet breakfast included which was excellent and varied daily. The staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel was modern and clean and had two accessible lifts especially for taking luggage and up and down. Would definitely recommend.

The second bed was a pull out sofa bed with mattress, which was not as comfortable as the double bed in the second bedroom, but otherwise still was very good for a short stay and with family. The wifi was only good in one room and worked intermittently in the other room for some reason.

Music in elevators was absolutely unexpected and great. They serve variable breakfast. There is a free public parking just behind the hotel building. The hotel is next to a promenade with fantastic views and is in just 10 minute walk to the Castle Hill. Parmas city is not far away and you can reach it by car in less than 40 minutes crossing a bridge of rare beauty (14.70 Eur road toll one way). We recommend this place.

1/ They don't have any shelf or hooks in the bathroom to put cosmetics or hang towels. 2/ The hotel uses a public parking P8, which is very busy during the working hours, however, the good news is that it is almost empty late at night and early morning.

Not a 9 really, but just over 8.5 nonetheless. Price/quality is excellent, and the location is very good too. There is a number of restaurants just around the corner and a 10 minute walk will get you into the old town for all shops (and more restaurants 😁). Parking is free around the hotel. I can imagine it may be a bit hard to find in season, but early October there more than enough space.

You have to pay to use the airco, which is a bit strange. I don’t know how they would actually check that. But, in the end, we couldn’t use it because it was far too loud. Breakfast was OK but we have seen far better in Greece.

- Really kind and helpful staff, always smiling and happy to assist us in our queries. - Clean and meticulous room. Cosy and spacy enough for us. Also well maintained. - Quiet neighborhood which offered parking options all around the hotel. A few meters from the beach to head out and relax, yet within a few minutes walking distance to the city center, so no need to use the car at all. Also you could find all sorts of needed shops nearby.

- One of the room's (room 111) windows could not be locked so the only way to secure the window was to close and lock the aluminum shutters instead. I hope this gets fixed - A small portable apparatus on the balcony would help us dry our swimming suits and towels.

The hotel has a great location close to a rocky beach and restaurants. Also the hotel is in a walking distance from the downtown, historical center, all attractions and the fortress. The staff was very polite. We highly appreciated the fact that the sheets and towels were replaced every day. The room was clean and renovated. Although the very hot weather (several days the temperature reached 40C) the hotel was very well air-conditioned. We could park free of charge on the streets around the hotel and on a municipality parking nearby. The area around the hotel were renovating, new tiles were installing. It is allowed pets in the hotel which might be an advantage for same people.

The breakfast was undiversified even poor, almost the same every day. The only one day a fresh bred were present, there weren't poached eggs only scrambled prepared by some mix. There wasn't a wardrobe in the room just an allocated place where to hang up our clothes. It would be good the receptionists to guide the gests about the close places of interests like vesting Trisonia, Monisteraki and Hiliado.

The staff was really helpful, since I travelled with my bicycle and wanted to walk around the city they guarded all my stuff without a problem. Recommendation of dinning and lunch places was great. And the view from the balcony was wonderful.

The only thing I can mention is that the showerhead was a bit loose and the water pressure was not as great as I would have wanted. but nothing serious.

Comfy and quiet hotel with nice balconies and sea view. Nice taverns and cafes in just 5min from the hotel, free large public parking just round the corner, as well as playground. Room was very spacious, with all amenities. Very helpful staff, room service perfect and accurate. Breakfast is served with an assortment of local pastry and confectionery, so you can enjoy many delicious sweets. In general, the service of the hotel was at very high and professional level despite low season.

Location is great, room clean & spacious & staff wonderful. Crib was also provided for our newborn.

This property is labelled as a pet friendly hotel. So, we were indeed allowed to have our little cat stay with us. However, we were not allowed to leave the pet inside the room alone, which is common practice. This was great inconvenience both for us and the pet. Hope they change this rule.
