This charming small boutique hotel is perfectly situated in the old Venetian Port. My room was nice as for the solo traveler, who don't neet big space. With a lovely, tranquil design and a balcony offering stunning side view of the harbor. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Although it was a cold weather, the room was quite warm. As I visited out of season, the town was quiet, ensuring peaceful nights. However, given the central location and proximity to bars, it might be livelier in the summer. The hotel also has its own Cafe Bar, offering a wide selection of drinks, and with a very nice staff.

It has the picture postcard view. While there is a lot of activity in the location, there are double glazed windows that make it ok. I still used ear plugs and heard nothing. The breakfast offered was delicious and so plentiful that I was unable to do it justice. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the linens lovely. Georgia communicated very well. Would recommend without hesitation.

It would be great if there was a bracket to hold the hand shower, but it isn't a deal breaker

Well situated for being in the centre of the lively port with plenty of cafés bars and taverna's. The rooms were very well appointed and very clean. Lovely view over the port.

The downside, the staircase maybe challenging for some, the bathrooms are tiny and the noise from the cafés and bars along with road traffic spoils any sleep you might be expecting, if you can cope with the negatives and hungry for night life, Spon is a central and ideal place to stay.

In terms of the location and view directly on the old Venetian harbor, I think we had the best room in the whole town! The old harbor is not large, and the small hotel/cafe is directly on the main street. AND, much to our delight, our room was the only one directly facing the water. We always ask for "the best view possible," and in this case we definitely got not only the best view as this hotel, but the best view in the town. With a small balcony off our room, we could soak up the scenery and "people watch" while we relaxed and dined. Also, the breakfast was truly exceptional --- a delicious selection of breakfast offerings, served at your table downstairs, with choice of coffees and wonderful wait-staff.

The room itself was what we expected --- not huge, but comfortable enough. And noise from the street below (including the cafe/bar on the ground floor) was to be expected as well - and not obnoxious - but the view of the old harbor made it all more than worth it.

The BEST location in town .. inside the picturesque harbor … close to everything and right on the start of the climb to the citadel. Comfortable bed, clean, and a cute balcony with a view to the harbor (surely the Governor enjoyed that, back in the day)!!! Very hospitable and kind Landlady.

The room was just enough for a couple and I think it was a bit overrated for the amenities it offered.

Only drawback is noise from bars below. I was fine as used to using earplugs, but if you’re a light sleeper and/or don’t use earplugs could be an issue

I liked the place of the hotel few meters from the port, only few steps to a variety of restaurants, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and exactly what we needed to start the day, the building itself is well maintained and very quiet. for our purposes it was satisfying and worth the money.

The bathroom is too small and dense. The air-condition need maintenance. The wi-fi had very weak signal.

Beautiful location right in harbour. Great for people watching and walking everywhere. It was loud in Friday night as expected.

Small shower, our AC wasn’t working properly all night. Just started working in the am before we left. Breakfast only from 900am so we missed it we needed to leave for airport at 830am.

Superbly located in the heart of Nafpaktos, opposite the old harbour. We had a big room with a balcony overlooking the harbour and the bustling street below, though I don't think the other two rooms have balconies. Lovely views over the Gulf of Corinth. Just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Spacious and comfortable room, plenty of hot water, decent wifi and TV reception, efficient air conditioning. Double glazing kept out most of the noise from the street. Friendly and helpful staff. Generous breakfast served at your table in the cafe downstairs.

You should be aware that there is a fairly steep staircase up to the rooms and no lift (elevator).

Killer view, worth going to this hotel for

No hot water in the shower. Tried to call staff, but didn't get through. Place could use some TLC to do its amazing location justice
