The host was gracious and welcoming. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Bathroom was fine. Clean. Nice balcony with spectacular view of Nafplion town, harbor and fortress. Our request for 2 'close together rooms' was accommodated.

Directions were not clear. We ended up in a parking lot with a view of the large hotel sign, but no idea how to get to the hotel. Eventually (stairs up and down) we found it, but no one was there. Fortunately we had the phone number, and the host answered and came to meet us in 5 minutes. He was wonderful, but we had a few nervous moments that more advance information for the next guests will prevent.

We had the room with the sea view and it was just perfect to have our coffee there in the morning. The room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. It was always easy to find parking by the church behind Vista del Mare. The neighbourhood is quiet yet it takes only 15 minutes walk to reach the town center. Communication with owner was good. Upon our arrival, I messaged them on booking and someone was there within 5 minutes to let us in. We would definitely go back to Vista del mare.

Spacious and quiet. Only a 15 minute walk to the centre. The host was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious as well as the bathroom. We had a big balcony with chairs and a table.

I was lucky to travel with someone who spoke greek, so the check in and check out went smoothly. I can see how it might be a little bit more difficult if you are only english speaking. Not accessible for someone who can't walk stairs.

Great place to stay and explore Nafplion and it's surroundings. Owner is very kind and they view from the room is great! There is parking on a little square just behind the hotel, which had plenty of space every time I came and went. Place is clean and the bathroom is nice and spacious.

Very comfortable room, clean, with enough electric devices to prepare something quick. Nice balcony with great view to the city and Palamidi fortress. Quiet neighbourhood, parking very close. We had an issue with the room and the staff was so friendly and took care of it as soon as possible. Very value for money.

Location was good, everything was reachable on foot. The sea view from the room was very beautiful in the evenings. Free car parking.

Everything was very good value-wise, except for the bed — it was very uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard, uncomfortable, and it creaked.

The owner responded to all requests quickly, within minutes, and provided the access code as soon as we arrived, even though we did not provide our arrival time in advance. I forgot a couple of things in the room; they sent them to me by courier. It was an excellent stay!

No breakfast which is fine. Location is good and view is great but signage was tiny and took us a while to find it.

Signage bigger; a sort of hideaway location. Direction to park opposite church and find steps to left of parking would have helped.

Friendly owners. Attentive. Beautiful location slightly out of the central bustle. Good parking. Great spot for Nafplion if you don't mind a 5-10-minute walk to the center.

The only thing I would have liked that wasn't there was somewhere to hang a few clothes on the balcony.

Me and my family stayed in Nafplio for two nights, in Vista del mare rooms. Room was very clean and comfortable. easy to reach to the center by walking. Room has great view on the sea and town. Parking is very close by the apartment.
