The best was the way that the whole place had such a GREEK SPIRIT. It is for me the best place in Nafplio to book your stay, the staff are more than nice and they will welcome you at any time of day or night! Everything is super clean and the room had a view of the Nafplio castle and some lovely trees. The location is in the center and you can go anywhere on your feet super quickly. I remember I came back to the hotel super late one night at 4 and the mister at the reception still greeted me with a smile. Even that late the hotel is in a great neighborhood and you don't feel unsafe at all. The internet was working great for me during the whole stay. Nothing more to ask for for such a good price and experience.

There is nothing bad about this hotel, it is a perfect cosy Greek style place to spend your days in Nafplio I loved it!

This place was better than I expected, the single room was renovated, provided with all needed basics, also AC and a little fridge. The staff is very nice and friendly. I would recommend this place for a couple of nights!

I must say the only bad thing is the noise that goes through the old door at night. I could hear everything going on, even walking and unlocking the doors, and some of the guests were not even trying to be in the normal or lower range of noise in the late hours, so could not sleep that well.

First of all: definitely visit Naplio, what a gem of a town. The hotel is a short walk from the seaside and the old town, but is near to a lovely bakery just down the street and across the roundabout. The staff was so helpful and gave great advice to visit the nearby sites of Mycene and Epidaurus. The room had a nifty balcony and was very comfortable.

I cannot think of anything.

1) Lovely family business. Owner is super helpful and friendly. 2) Super convenient. KTEL Bus stop is just right across the street (Yes, u don't need to go to the bus station in the city). City center is only abt 10 - 15mins away by foot. 3) Clean and renovated. Don't be fooled by the exterior building. The room inside is actually renovated. Nice bathroom tiles and flooring. Comfortable bed. Air-conditioner looks new too.

Not a big deal for me, but some ppl might not like the way they operate. When u leave ur room, u will need to leave ur keys with them at the reception. The reception is 24hrs. When u areback, u collect ur keys again at the reception.

The owners were great and friendly, the place was clean, the furniture modern and in good condition. Only the building itself is old but they are putting their money back into their business. There's also a shop right next to the entrance and it's close to the old part of the town, which is great.

The price I feel is a bit too high for what you get but I'd rather support a family owned business if I can choose. Still it would be nice to save some euros. Also the water pressure on the second floor isn't great.

It’s very well located, the room was spacious, it has Wifi access and AC, so it was great. It’s really close to the centre of the town and there are a lot of convenience stores, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Mr. Panagiotis is a great host, very kind and thoughtful, always there to help and provide advice. And I could see the Palamidi Castle from my window!

Considering the place is a 2-star hotel, I was expecting a somewhat dank room, just a bed comfortable to sleep in and a private place to wash up, old dilapidated furniture, nothing more. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to the hotel, the building was old, yes, but not in a dirty way, it had more of a worn, quaint feel to it. The room was vintage but recently re-modeled and the bathroom was in great condition for a 2-star hotel. What surprised me the most was that there was even a room cleaning service while gone, I wasn't expecting my bed to be made and new towels to be provided daily at such a budget place. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here for anyone who is solo-budget traveling.

Only thing that was a bit odd was because the rooms are not technologically updated, they still use a classic key, in order to have the rooms maintained while you are out they require you leave the key at the front desk. This made me feel a bit bad if I happened to be in and out multiple times, or later at night.

Great budget hotel in the heart of Nafplio. It felt like coming back to the 70-ies to stay here; owned by a very nice and attentive family who built the hotel themselves on top of their private house and still stays on the ground floor just like old times. Very clean and comfortable matress, new toilet and taps in sink and shower. Only a 10 min walk to the old town.

Nothing really. You get what you pay for and for 40 euros per night this is an excellent choice.

Felt very welcome in the hotel. Airconditioning works very well and is necessary. You even get 2 towels, a smaller and bigger one. Bed was really nice and soft and a bit bigger than a normal 1 persons bed. The mini fridge is very welcome with the hot weather. A lot of shops around the hotel, supermarket and an amazing crepe restaurant nextdoor.

The bathroom is really small. When showering the rest of the floor got wet. It's not very soundproof. You can hear noice from the hallway very well.

IT WAS AN ENJOYABLE STAY FOR 2 NIGHTS IN BEAUTIFUL NAFPLIO. THE HOTEL IS OPPOSITE A BUS STOP FROM ATHENS- ASK THE DRIVER AS THE FINAL STATION IS A BIT FAR. VERY CLOSE TO LIDL SUPERNMARKET AND WALKING DISTANCE TO TOWN AND ATTRACTIONS THE OWNERS WERE EXTREMELY KIND AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WS GREAT WITH A VIEW TO A LOT OF GREEN LEAVES. EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL- HAD WHAT I NEEDED FOR A GREAT STAY- NICELY DONE ROOM VERY CLEAN. I WILL RETURN EUFCHARISTO DEAR PANAGYOTIS AND FAMILY
