Everything was great - the location, the staff friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is old and beautiful, especially the small garden where you have breakfast. It was clean and spacious, comfortable bed with a firm matrass (just how we like it). Checking in and out was smooth, and the breakfast is simple but somehow sufficient.

The only thing that we noticed was a non-existent sound isolation - if you are sound sensitive, keep that in mind. However, this is a hotel for families and couples, so no shouting throughout the night, just the regular noises like sneezing and maybe loud talking. Our room faced the wall of the building next to the hotel, but we didnt care much

The staff were very welcoming and friendly! We even received complimentary bottle of local wine. The entire building is very charming and the room was was spacious and extremely clean. Our room entered into the beautiful garden where we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. There is a beautiful garden opposite the hotel and you have views of the Paladimi Fortress. The hotel is a short walking distance from the old town and beautiful walking paths.

Absolutely perfect. Lovely small hotel with home feel. Rooms were a great size and ac was perfect in the heat. Staff were so find and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional and always looked forward to sitting out in the courtyard in the morning. Cleaning staff were lovely and were like ninjas with sorting the room every day. Super quick walk to old town as well as new town, close to market, short walk to bus station and short walk to beach and path to other beaches. Can't wait to return to this lovely hotel.

The location is good and parking is actually possible in the streets nearby. The hotel is kind of old-fashioned, but in the correct way, with high ceilings and fine furniture. The breakfast is not superb, but good and varied enough.

The info below applies to our room only. The showerhead was heavily leaking. The size of the room is really too small (in fact the room's height is bigger than its width). The TV is mounted within a large mirror (for reasons of clean design), but the result is ridiculous. The TV image gets dimmer and darker, there are reflections of all items inside and outside of the room. That is hardly an issue in fact, because channel selection is almost useless to non-Greek guests (this is a common problem in almost all hotels in Greece).

Beautiful hotel with amazing historic features and a nice cosy feel. The room was nicely set up with antique furniture and had everything you need. The staff were absolutely outstanding - really friendly and helpful with advising on where to go and things to see and always making you feel at home. The breakfast was great too - lots of excellent options. The price of the room was also very reasonable and i would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you :)

The location is great. The hotel is near the old town. The yard area is lovely. The room is nice and clean. Our balcony/back entrace has a lemon tree. I really like to look at it. The staff were nice, especially the one at the check-out. She offered us more water to take on the way.

- Breakfast was small. Mainly pastries and no hot food. - No sound proof as the building is old. Earplugs recommended. The floor creaks a bit. On our first morning, some people started singing loudly at around 7.30.

Good breakfast on a continental basis which consisted of a range of cold meats, cheese, bread rolls, Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit etc. staff always happy and helpful- nothing was too much for them. Location is great as it’s only about 10 minutes walk from centre of old town. Parking isn’t on site but lots of street parking. Personally I used the port parking as it’s free and less chance of someone hitting your hire car.

Nothing really- the tv had a number of different channels and I was kicking myself for not bringing my usb stick with films loaded on it, it could have easily been used instead of using standard tv channels. We ended up using a tablet to access the excellent WiFi there to watch Netflix on my tablet. We probably stayed too long in Nafplio as you can see it all in 3 days but a lovely hotel.

I really liked the overall feel of the property — it was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The room was absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and very comfortable. What stood out the most was the staff — they were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience feel even more special. It truly felt like a place where guests are valued and well cared for.

Great location: 2 minutes (even less) to the city center yet away from crowds. Lots of restaurants and cafe' nerby, with lots of locals. Decent breakfast with choice of cakes and fresh fruit, served in the courtyard. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is in an old building full of charme (mind though the access to rooms and entrance is only by stairs).

The bathroom had no windows so not ideal.

Everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel is centrally located, and its atmosphere beautifully evokes the elegance of the Renaissance era. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. However, I would suggest serving it in a different area to enhance the overall experience. Despite that small detail, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
