The staff were very welcoming and friendly! We even received complimentary bottle of local wine. The entire building is very charming and the room was was spacious and extremely clean. Our room entered into the beautiful garden where we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. There is a beautiful garden opposite the hotel and you have views of the Paladimi Fortress. The hotel is a short walking distance from the old town and beautiful walking paths.

The location is good and parking is actually possible in the streets nearby. The hotel is kind of old-fashioned, but in the correct way, with high ceilings and fine furniture. The breakfast is not superb, but good and varied enough.

The info below applies to our room only. The showerhead was heavily leaking. The size of the room is really too small (in fact the room's height is bigger than its width). The TV is mounted within a large mirror (for reasons of clean design), but the result is ridiculous. The TV image gets dimmer and darker, there are reflections of all items inside and outside of the room. That is hardly an issue in fact, because channel selection is almost useless to non-Greek guests (this is a common problem in almost all hotels in Greece).

Beautiful hotel with amazing historic features and a nice cosy feel. The room was nicely set up with antique furniture and had everything you need. The staff were absolutely outstanding - really friendly and helpful with advising on where to go and things to see and always making you feel at home. The breakfast was great too - lots of excellent options. The price of the room was also very reasonable and i would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you :)

The location is great. The hotel is near the old town. The yard area is lovely. The room is nice and clean. Our balcony/back entrace has a lemon tree. I really like to look at it. The staff were nice, especially the one at the check-out. She offered us more water to take on the way.

- Breakfast was small. Mainly pastries and no hot food. - No sound proof as the building is old. Earplugs recommended. The floor creaks a bit. On our first morning, some people started singing loudly at around 7.30.

Good breakfast on a continental basis which consisted of a range of cold meats, cheese, bread rolls, Greek yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit etc. staff always happy and helpful- nothing was too much for them. Location is great as it’s only about 10 minutes walk from centre of old town. Parking isn’t on site but lots of street parking. Personally I used the port parking as it’s free and less chance of someone hitting your hire car.

Nothing really- the tv had a number of different channels and I was kicking myself for not bringing my usb stick with films loaded on it, it could have easily been used instead of using standard tv channels. We ended up using a tablet to access the excellent WiFi there to watch Netflix on my tablet. We probably stayed too long in Nafplio as you can see it all in 3 days but a lovely hotel.

The property oozes CHARM… transported to the essence of charming Nafplio. Excellent location very near heart of town, yet quiet as the gorgeous front garden insulates guests from street bustle. Great self serve breakfast included, quaint bar, loved sipping in the garden. Well located compared to other options for its sanctuary vibe. Easy walk to all, including the waterfront promenade. Very relaxing property with exceptional, caring and responsive staff. Our top choice for Nafplio and won’t hesitate to make a point to return here. We stayed three nights.

Parking may be a challenge on holidays and summer weekends, recommend unloading luggage before parking.

Very nice accommodation in the heart of town. Parking close-by and the city center is in 2-3 minutes walking distance. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The room clean and nice, they even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge! The breakfast itself is also a highlight, with a lot of different fresh options. Staff is there and eager to explain you all the little delicacies they have for the guests. Would always come back!

Right in front of the hotel there´s construction going on in the park; at the time we wanted to enjoy breakfast, there was caterpillars and other heavy machinery in use which somehow ruined the breakfast in the front-facing garden. Hardly the fault of the hotel but important to be aware of.

Beautiful building, very helpful staff, the cleaning was excellent and everything smelled so fresh always 🥰🧼 Location right beside nature walks and old town, perfect. Breakfast was simple but tasty and satisfying. Bed very comfortable. Great value for money, thank you!

Rooms were big and very clean and quiet. Great location to walk to everywhere. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Maria was wonderful. The rooms were always clean. Breakfast was great and a good selection. Meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, juices, fruit, coffee, specialty coffees. Views from courtyard of the fortress and lovely park across the street. Super value. Ac worked very well.

Lovely hotel and a friendly welcome from staff. The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated, in keeping with the period property. Continental breakfast provided was plentiful. Close to the local attractions, parking (free), restaurants and town centre.

A little pricey for 2 nights, but we did have a Superior room.
