It was comfortable & the wifi was excellent. The two sisters who own the hotel were welcoming & SO genuinely friendly. The house was built in 1800, but only recently converted into a hotel. Location - fantastic - but, then, that's why I booked it ! The coastal walk to the massive Karathonas Beach is absolutely beautiful.

The toilet flush was a bit slow, and the owner explained that the water pressure is not good in Nafplio. But, of course, it was manageable.

The hotel is run by two sisters who were very helpful and hospitable, helping to arrange for my clothes to be washed and dryed at a local laundry service for a reasonable fee. It was very homely and in a perfect location, a quiet street at the start of the old town, round the corner from the bus terminal, close to all the shops, restaurants and a supermarket only two minutes walk away! And Nafplio is wonderful.

Not a thing.

I hotel was in the center of the action. It was very close to the bus drop off. I was close to many nice restaurants near the water. I was greeted warmly. The lobby is like a family living room. I was given the key to come and go. Breakfast was in the pretty alley with donuts and and egg. A toasted cheese and ham sandwich seems to be a local addition. The bathroom was magnificent! It had a deep bathtub ... that I soaked in. There were interesting items on the stairs and landings. Care had been taken in the decorating. There was a nice air conditioning unit.

Lots of steep stairs. The room was fairly small. My room had a window (with effort could open out into an alley. ) (I used the air conditioning unit for fresh air)(Some I peeked into didn't). After the greeting, someone was only rarely in the lobby for questions

Amazing location in a cute street right in the old town part of the city with everything nearby: bakeries, shops and restaurants. The hotel is in a historic building and the hosts have been super nice and helpful for our whole stay. They suggested us an excellent restaurant for our first night and offered umbrellas the day it started raining. We loved it so much we extended our stay for another day. Perfect

Both of the sisters who operate the hotel were warm and welcoming, and were very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel has a fantastic location, within the historic and touristic part of Nafplion, less than a minute away from multiple shops and restaurants, but is in a slightly less busy street making it surprisingly quiet and comfortable.

We could not have asked for a more perfect introduction to Nafplio! Our hotel hostesses were charming and lovely. The room was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location to see the sights and visit local beaches. Breakfast? Generous and delicious!

Nothing!

We stayed in a rustic room with a fireplace (not in use, only for decoration) which had a nice old style furniture that absolutely fit the atmosphere of the hotel and the town, it was lovely. Bathroom has a decent size and was clean, good water pressure and provided with basic cosmetics. Room is equipped with little fridge. Location is in absolute center of the city, in more quite street in otherwise vibrant city center where you can find lots of cafeterias, restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk from the esplanade. Parking is possible at the port area where, I understood, is the general parking for all the town. It is possible to drive close to the entrance of the hotel, drop off the luggage an go to park the car, walking distance from the parking lot is approx. 10 mins. Supermarket nearby.

The room was on 1st floor (no elevator) with miniature window placed right under the ceiling (the same in the bathroom), there was absolutely no view from the room and naturally almost not fresh air could get in either. I would not mind the window issue for 1 night but the fact it was mentioned nowhere in the room description when we were booking it is quite misleading practice, when booking the room the description was stating that there is mountain view and landmark view which is absolutely not true. I would not rate this hotel as 4 star as currently seen in Booking, probably 3-stars around is more appropriate.

Everything was very comfortable. Hotel is at the perfect localisation, I was coming back to rest a bit during the day many times.

This is not hotel's fault but - If you will be during the weekend note that there maybe parties going around or just loud tourists and old windows are not that soundproof

The staff! It was a pleasure to meet the owner after about 15 years 😀. The room was spacious and very clean. Hotel is located in a historic centre, close to restaurants and shops. It is a perfect spot to start on foot trip to Palamidi Fortress. The Bus station is just round the corner.

Lots of character, pleasant little hotel in good location. The sisters running the property were friendly and very helpful.

The room was a bit dark because the window was small and quite high however it is a heritage building so it can’t be changed.
