The hotel is situated right in the middle of the old city which makes it unbelievably comfortable and easy to explore as you are only a few minutes away from everywhere. You might be sceptical of the noise at first since it’s so close to the center but it is very quiet. The rooms and windows are very well insulated and it’s very quiet at night. Additionally, it is extremely clean and tidy. The rooms are very pretty and have everything you need. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and nice they will make sure you are satisfied. Breakfast is very nice with fresh eggs and many choices to start your day right. We are definitely choosing it again for our next stay in Nafplion.

A beautiful renovated boutique hotel at the heart of Nafpolio. The room was spacious and with a small balcony for breezy afternoons. Breakfast is unique. A generous collection of fresh pastries, fruits, omelets, drinks, etc. The sitting area is a beautiful balcony with local charm.

You can't reach the place with a car. You can park for free at the port. About 10 minutes walk. There is a long staircase from the street level to the first floor. No lift. The receptionist that was on shift when we arrived wasn't welcoming. Nevertheless, for the rest of the stay we had a charming receptionist.

We had a delightful stay at 999 Luxury Hotel, located in the heart of the old town of Nafplio, nestled among narrow alleys filled with colorful tourist shops and restaurants. The polite receptionist greeted us warmly, making us feel welcome right away. This brand new hotel is housed in a beautifully rehabbed old building and features a modern design. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The room has a very nice balcony, which provided a charming view of the vibrant alley below. Parking is not available at the hotel. Guests need to park 5-10 minutes away, which can be a bit tricky. However, the convenience of being right in the middle of the old town more than makes up for the lack of parking. Overall, 999 Luxury Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience the charm and convenience of Nafplio's old town. We highly recommend it for its excellent location, modern comforts, and welcoming atmosphere.

There are lots of stairs in the hotel. While this was NOT a real issue for us, elders, families with heavy luggage, and people with disabilities should take it into account. Additionally, the breakfast offered a limited variety of vegetables and whole wheat bread, which could be improved for those preferring healthier options.

We have stayed there twice in recent weeks, at the beginning an end of a tour through the Peloponnese. The hotel can only be accessed by car as it is in the centre of Nafplio, but is in a very attractive location. The building has been beautifully restored and everything was immaculate. The rooms were of a very good size, both had balconies with a street view. The breakfast was one of the best we had staying in several hotels.

There is no lift and the steep staircases might be a problem for some people.

They should be clearer about the lack of lift/porter. Our party included a 77 year old and someone with a broken arm. Had to haul cases up two flights of stairs. It’s there in the info but have to look for it. Also the air con switches off automatically when any door or window is opened (sensors). This also wasn’t explained and the (young) receptionist didn’t seem to know either. Once we were over these teething problems we loved the hotel.

I loved this elegant boutique hotel. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. After a four-day stay, I felt like I was leaving my family. The location was perfect. It was on a pedestrian-only street and my family room with a balcony faced the side alley, so hanging out on the balcony during siesta time was quiet and relaxing. The hotel is also not upstairs or on steep roads like so many of them are, so it was super easy to roll my luggage to the hotel on the smooth tiled streets that lead up to it. Being in the center of the old town meant I could shop and easily just walk back to my room, drop things off, and head back out. The hotel is so much nicer in person than the pictures and the room was comfy with lots of room. Beds in Europe are normally extra firm, but this room had a nice cushy, comfy mattress. Even without the awesome private AC, my room was cool on a hot day and perfect for taking a nap in the afternoon to get out of the heat. 8-11am breakfast time was perfect for my late-rising habits. Having freshly squeezed orange juice and a cappuccino were a great start to my day. I will be back here again.

I would have liked some shelves or drawers to unpack my luggage into. There was a large armoire, but no shelves or drawers to use. I had to just keep things in my luggage and use that as a dresser. There is no lift, but that is reflected in the price. The staff helped me get my luggage up the steep flight of steps from the lobby to the room.

We loved Maria at the front desk! The location is PERFECT. We had a wonderful balcony overlooking the beautiful street. Hotel is extra safe, we had a wonderful breakfast. Room was clean, Everything was great for our family of 5 (3 children ages 5-10) and two adults. We had the family apartment with balcony. Had AC for summer. 100% recommend.

Great location right in old town with a friendly and available staff. Clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast setup!

The twin beds were combined and couldn’t be separated so we had to upgrade to a King plus a sofa bed. It could’ve been a little comfier/cozier but I slept great regardless. The rooms are also right by the common area so if you’re looking to sleep in past 8:30 it may not be the quietest.

This is a real GEM ! Situated right in the heart of the old town, it's about 150 meters / yards from the docks, where there's free parking (can't park inside the old town. The hotel is small and meticoulusly clean, great breakfast on the balcony, Maria - who runs EVRYTHING is SUPER nice and helpful. All in all - a great romantic place for a couple with / without kids.
