This hotel was absolutely amazing, we were spoiled by such caring and kind staff that went above and beyond. There was an issue where the ceiling fan wasn't working, and the staff had it fixed within a day. The breakfast was fulfilling and tasty, and well-worth the extra charge. The AC was great, the room was beautiful and clean, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The location was perfectly in the center of Old Town Nafplio, and the next time I'm in Napflio I will be looking to stay here again.

The wifi was slightly spotty, and it was a weak security wifi, but it did the job and worked okay.

Great little inn at the heart of the old city. We were able to hang out on the square every night and enjoy a drink while watching the kids play football. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. We had big windows that let in a lot of light (but not the best views). The staff was one wonderful woman who did everything!! She was available 9-5 and always asked if we needed anything for our room. We loved the central location!

These are not negatives, just notes: a centrally located inn may not be for everyone, as it's above the cafe and next to a bustling square where people are out until the late hours of the night. Our room was relatively quiet, but it might have been a bit noisy for people who really like their silence. Our refrigerator did not work, but I think if we had bothered to inquire for a fix, the staff would have helped us immediately (we just didn't really need it)

I was there for 3 days but only recieved 2 free bottles of water for the whole 3days.Even tho they said 2 bottles of water free daily. As the weather was very hot looking for places to buy water was a pain. If the hotel would allow you to pre order bottles of water before arriving That would go a long way for visitors to start enjoying this beautiful town right away. Instead of having to find bottles of water for their stay.(And paying the hotel for the water on arrival of course)

Beautiful, spacious room overlooking main square and Palamidi Fortress. Very comfortable bed, quality linen and furnishings. Small number of rooms only and very central location to restaurants etc. The manager Anastasia is a beautiful soul who gave us welcome recommendations on tours, activities, restaurants etc.

It is noisy because the main square is outside your window. It can be very noisy at night on weekends and when sporting events are on as everyone congregates in the square to watch big soccer games etc.

The hotel was right at the base of the ancient castle, and walking distance to the port, all the museums and churches, and also shops and restaurants. Our room was large, with an outdoor patio on the square, perfect for private refreshments and people watching. We had a large jacuzzi tub, comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of breads,fruits, meat, yogurt, fresh orange juice, eggs and Greek specialties. Anastasia, our host, was so kind and helpful. We were present for the 200th anniversary of their town’s liberation and enjoyed the festival and race day. We had a magical stay in Nafplio.

Since the hotel is in the center of the historical district, there was no on-street access to the hotel, something we didn’t realize until we arrived. We were able to drop the suitcases and park in the ample parking area close by, a short walk to the check-in. Be aware, no elevator to all rooms (all on the second floor above the café). The staff helped us with our bags, which was a very kind offer. This wasn’t a problem for us, but may be for less able-bodied guests.

What a gem of a hotel! The staff are friendly and accommodating, going over and above. The rooms were beautiful. Great to be able to sit and watch the activities in the square. The beds were so comfy too. I thought I might be disturbed by the noise in the square but once inside the room I could not hear anything from outside. The morning breakfast was delicious.. and large!!! Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, and beautiful rooms. Lady at Reception Desk was lovely, polite, and always helpful. Breakfast menu was good and staff very attentive.

The restaurant seat cushions were soiled and it was a little hard to enjoy the meal due to the bees congregating at the tables. If option is available next time I would select a room minus the breakfast.

Everything was perfect. It was one of the nicest rooms i have ever been. Perfect location with nice views, everything within short walking distance, the room is as depicted , not only aesthetic , but also comfortable. Plus points for the staff, which was very polite, helpful and assisted us at all times. Oh let s not forget the tasty breakfast.

Perfect location for leisure - great restaurants and shops. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a fabulous terrace overlooking the square. Anastasia was brilliant in helping us find good historical places to visit - a very kind and knowledgeable lady! The connected restaurant did a great breakfast and the bar was a perfect retreat during the heat of the day. All the staff were superb and incredibly helpful!
