Best location in the city, superb spaces for relaxing, working, meeting people, etc. Elegant, comfortable, and with staff that goes above and beyond to help with any request. An excellent restaurant too! If one wants to experience the city, this retains some of the old style of Greece's first capital. We will definitely return!

Controlling the room temperature was difficult; we had three rooms and there were issues with the air-con in all three; this has more to do with the city's strange climate -very humid, temperature dropping some nights, etc. The phone in our room was not working when we arrived, so we called reception from our mobile. Was not fixed until we left, but it did not make things difficult at all.

Central Location can't be beaten. Breakfast superb selection. Staff a delight and helpful. Room allocated was huge (in the roof space). Large bathroom with all expected facilities (small items noted below). Comfortable large bed. Excellent A/C (needed). Despite being in the centre/port area the hotel room was very quiet.

Level of lighting was low especially in bathroom. Also a Shower fixing higher would be advantageous (this may be only the room we occupied)

The hotel is Ostentatious., its designed is aristocracy, I think. The furniture in the room is full wood, not a regular thing to encounter. The breakfast was great and we even enjoyed eating there dinner. It was a great hotel to leave...

The parking is free but can be far. It is not a issue when you understand that you are at the center of things..

We loved everything about this hotel. We stayed 3 nights. It has classic charm! Everyone at the desk was kind and helpful. The cleaning staff were friendly. We had 3 wonderful breakfasts! We enjoyed the small balcony off our room where we could watch the harbor and the many people enjoying the town of Nafplio.

We have no complaints at all.

Breakfast was rather basic ( according to hotels standards). The information in the Booking.com is also not accurate . We were a family of 4 , and according to the website its has rooms for only max 3 allowed . However when we came we realized that the suite had place for 4. So actually we paid double the price for no reason. When we informed the hotel , they were not willing to discuss a reduction.

Excellent location! Wonderful view (from the balcony of junior suite) to the sea, Bourtzi and Filellinon square. Both wardrobes in the rooms were wonderfully-scented and conveniently-equipped with plenty of hangers. Useful amenities offered: toothbrushes, shoepolish, sewing-kit, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Breakfast was excellent and the staff polite, helpful and professional.

No negative comments. Perhaps a shower would have been more practical and convenient for older people,instead of a bathtub.

Lovely breakfast served in a lovely room. This hotel reflects by gone days, with lovely furnishings and decor reminiscent of the Edwardian era. The main public area with bar is beautifully furnished. The staff are professional and happy to book a private driver to the archaeological sites. The location, at the shore promenade, is beautiful.

Breakfast complete to all aspects. Position of hotelcenter of city on the promenade facing the Bourgy the castle in the sea. Parking fairly easy to the municipality free parking area. The history of the hotel very interesting. Personel and maids extemely helpfull. If again in Nafplio we will stay there

The property and room were lovely and the location was in the perfect location.

I would suggest that having tea and coffee in the rooms available so you can sit on the balcony and have coffee first thing in the morning looking at the view would be great. Also a smart tv in the room would be great.

The location was central in front of the port, which gives you easy access to the free public parking available 100 m. from the hotel. The breakfast was great with a lot of options. The room has a balcony with a nice view of the port.
