We really liked the friendly and comforting nature of all the staff at the hotel. Especially the young girl at reception named Christina. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. Very informative, friendly and accomodating to our requests and needs as a guest. Location is exceptional as it’s not n the heart of the city close to all our needs and wants while on holidays. This is our second time here and would definitely come again and recommend the hotel to all our family and friends.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Lovely rooms, exceptional and friendly staff. This hotel feels cozy and luxurious at the same time. It is perfectly situated in Nafplio - easy walking to everything you would want. The design of the room we stayed in was perfect and gave us room to spread out with our young daughter. The breakfast is quite enjoyable and you have options to get it in your room, in the lobby of the hotel, or in a nearby cafe. We would absolutely return in a heartbeat.

The process of ordering room service is a little clunky and the offerings are somewhat limited.

Extremely comfortable and spotless, with beautiful decor and excellent use of interior space. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, and we especially want to thank Xristina for her outstanding service. She was extremely attentive and thoughtful, making sure every little detail was taken care of so that we felt truly at home. Thanks to her kindness and dedication, our stay was even more special. We would definitely love to come back!

Everything was perfect!

Clean room, rooms felt pretty recently remodeled. Exceptionally well located, close to main square. Good free breakfast.

Room was small and walls were very thin (it was easy to hear next door neighbors and gave a sense of compromised privacy). No gym access.

We only stayed the one night and we wished it were more! Our room was beautifully appointed in this nice small boutique hotel. Our breakfast was served in our room and we enjoyed it on our small balcony overlooking the square below. The bed and bedding were unbelievably comfortable and the room exceptionally quiet with the windows closed despite festivities outside continuing long into the night! The hotel is well located, with many shops and restaurants only a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel very highly.

What didn't we like? Our mistake by not staying another day or two longer!

The breakfast was excellent and the service impeccable. the location was perfect and the service in the hotel was also impeccable. Will certainly suggest your hotel to all our friends and relations.

The only thing that could have been better is the "protection" of breakfast from the bees and wasps. I could suggest the very efficient tiny "umbrellas" from transparent tissue that cover and protect platters and dishes from insects. In this way you might probably be the first to offer such a protection.

The rooms were exceptionally stylish and spacious with balconies overlooking the central plaza. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is small and quiet. We had two rooms, the pricier of which was not reachable by elevator and the bathroom, though aesthetically designed, was much too small with only one tiny sink in the toilet cubicle (none other available for brushing teeth). The cheaper room though was absolutely awesome!

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights and it was difficult to leave. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city and very quiet. The staff are super friendly, responsive and cooperative. The Junior suite room was clean, specious including small balcony, well equipped, free cold water bottles and a complementary bottle of wine. Upon arrival you may drop the luggage at the back of the hotel, “Vasilisis amalias St.” and then park for free at the port parking area.

Perfect location in the center of town but close to the sea. The room was comfortable and the staff were fantastic. Great breakfast included which we had the choice to enjoy in our room, in the hotel lobby or at the nearby restaurant. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful from the desk clerks to the housekeepers.

As advertised parking is not available at the hotel but is available in nearby public lot. It would have been great to have more clear directions to drive car to hotel to drop off bags

The shower was nice, the AC was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was modern and attractive. The breakfast was offered either in room, in lobby or at a restaurant just outside the hotel on the square. We ate each morning at the restaurant in the square. The breakfast was adequate - not particularly special - but just fine to start the day.

The lobby in the hotel had a baby powder smell and wasn't that inviting.
