Very clean, everything new and tidy with extremely polite and smiley staff exhibiting interest to accommodate all our needs. The location is at the heart of Nafplio city making it easy to enjoy the city at every hour of the day!

The idea of preselecting from the previous evening your breakfast options seemed very good at first to avoid food waste however I would prefer to be able to chose on same day based on appetite. I didn’t check if they can accommodate any change on short notice to be able to tell on their flexibility. However as a principle I find it very sustainable.

The hospitality at Epoch House is truly exceptional with extremely friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to take care of guests. The property itself is cute little BnB, newly furnished, neat and spotless. The room has all the standard amenities of a hotel and a selection of wines (for extra charge) which is a nice touch. Breakfast choices are vast although geared more to continental style with the option of a boiled egg, cold cuts, meats, fruit, pies, cakes and more served either in-room or at a common lounge on the first floor. The presence of an elevator is a bonus for elderly guests. It is very strategically located in the heart of town on a flat, accessible site which can be serviced by taxis if required and a short walk away from the marina and promenade. Despite its central location, it had a peaceful and quiet ambience. Rear facing balconies don't have great views but the luxury of being able to sit outside and have a bit of privacy is still very nice. The property also sells local produce - marmalade, jams, wine and olive oil which are top class. Highly recommend and once again a big thank you to the staff!

Our room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. With the windows closed it was very quiet and the AC worked very well. Breakfast was excellent with a huge set of options and delivered to the room every day. Location was very convenient to everything in the old town. Special shout out to the excellent bath products!

Our room was of a good size, but could be more functional. For example, there was only place for one suitcase. A luggage rack would have been great. It would also have been nice to have a bigger table to have the great breakfast. It rained while we were there so we were not able to have it out on the balcony.

Great location, beautiful rooms and facility. Staff was kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything is modern, well designed and well maintained.

Having to pre-order every single breakfast item the evening before, including the drinks- i didn’t love it, but i guess there’s no kitchen on site. Having to also commit to a specific time for breakfast was taking it too far in my “book of vacation freedoms”. While the breakfast itself was good, in retrospect i would just book without it, if possible.

Very nice room, beautiful aesthetics, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is in the heart of Nafplio and still the room was very quiet! The personnel was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very rich and the idea of choosing what you want from the previous night and have it delivered to your door was nice. Overall a great experience - would definately recommend it.

Breakfast could be a bit upgraded and have more traditional ingredients. It was very good - but could be improved!

The rooms were very clean and well furnished and the location could not have been better the staff could not have done anything more to make the stay better , the breakfast served in the room was very good both in quantity and quality

The only thing that was an issue was the construction site next door but we do understand the hotel can do nothing about that it did not directly affect our stay it was just a great shame about the view. Hopefully it will be completed soon and restore the hotels city view.

This small hotel is part of a shop selling quality drinks, but this is not a problem. More so, fresh orange juice and dry fruit for breakfast were wonderful. The rooms are recently renovated and well appointed in the minimalist style. Location can not be better. It is practically on the central square of close everything in Nadplion. Being surrounded by pedestrian streets it is lively at day and extremely quiet at night. We had a roomy balcony to enjoy the rich breakfast on fresh air. Highly recommended place to stay at this resort town full of history of Greece (Capodistria)

The only downside is parking Guests need to park the car on the huge public space on the embankment and carry bags some hundreds meters, depending how far you were lucky to park there. Do not come on weekends since it seems that all residents of Athens rush to Napflion to enjoy th we town and to show off

This beautiful stylish adult only property, blends the modern features of today comfortably within its historic surrounding. We loved the location, situated just off the corner of Syndagma Square. The locally sourced breakfast, served in the room was almost worth the visit alone. The absolutely fresh and delicious greek products made us feel that we were staying somewhere special. That coupled with a beautifully appointed room, large balcony and just delightful staff, made our visit to Nafplio one remember. We would stay at the Epoch House & Orange Shop again without hesitation and look forward to our next visit.

Nothing to say … just perfect!

It is my 2nd time in this hotel. Its location is excellent, right at the center of Nafplio, yet only 5 minutes walk from the public (free) parking at the port. The rooms are new, modern, and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is served on a small veranda or in the room. If you want to have it at a certain time on the veranda, you should make a reservation on the evening before, especially at weekends.

Amazing hotel in the heart of the old city. Very friendly staff ready to cover all our needs. We requested breakfast in the room, which is an amazing option to have. Even though it is located in a very busy area, the room was almost completely soundproof from outside noise. Excellent bed and everything was super clean. An awesome feature was the huge TV screen and the tablet which controls the lights and the air conditioning. The shop on the ground floor had many local delicacies, and I strongly recommend getting a jar of strong flavoured oak honey, which has a unique taste.
