Great location. Nice hotel ambience. The staff were very nice and helpful. Lena/manager was awesome!

I overlooked the room size as I was under the impression all the rooms had a similar look per Booking.com Ad, but there were no pictures of the small room in the Ad. The room was quite small for the two of us, and glad we packed light other wise it would be more cramped. Breakfast was good except that its a set menu that you don't get to select what you want to eat. One day its Wraps, the next Omelets. I'm not much of a Wrap person and only eat a certain type of Omelet, which is not often. I guess I could of said something but the food was already prepared. Nice yogurt bowls!

It was comfortable, clean, good location (walking distance to restaurants, shops, main square, beaches and sightseeing) and reasonably quiet for the location and age of the building. The breakfast was great and the coffee was strong which was greatly appreciated by us! Lena and her staff were very welcoming and friendly! Lena went out of her way to greet everyone in the morning and introduce fellow travelers to each other creating a convivial and warm environment. Great communication from beginning to end making remote check in very easy! If we find ourselves in Nafplio down the road we would definitely stay here again!

I had a truly wonderful stay! The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a lovely view of the Palamidi Fortress. Our delightful hostess, Lena, was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Each morning, she prepared a different and delicious breakfast, which I enjoyed on the charming outdoor terrace. The hotel’s central location was perfect—everything worth seeing was just a 5 to 10-minute walk away. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The location was perfect. The room was spacious full of old worldly charm. Cute little balcony that overlooked the terrace below. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was surprised how good the shower was. The towels were very soft. Conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were friendly and Lena made sure she talked to everyone and made everyone feel welcomed.

I would prefer a continental breakfast where I could choose what I liked to eat. Having to reconnect to the wifi

Breakfast was good and served in the beautiful courtyard. The host graciously packed breakfast for us the day we had to depart before breakfast time. 8:30 breakfast time is late especially when coffee is not available before that time (packets of instant coffee in the room do not qualify as coffee) Had some communication issues with the host and got fussed at about it. I responded to her messages on booking.com but the email turned out to be Do Not Reply which I didn't know until later.

No real coffee before 8:30.

This was our second stay there. We chose this accommodation again based on our previous experience. The building is very historic and has its very special character. Lena deserves our highest appreciation as she is the one who gives this heritage guesthouse its character. Lena was friendly even when guests behaved rudely. She goes out of her way to please all guests, even when some guests treated her disparagingly in front of us. We recommend this accommodation to anyone who values ​​comfort, charm and character.

Excellent location—close enough to the center of action yet just far enough away to give the inn a quiet and peaceful vibe. Rooms are quaint and comfortable. We had the place to ourselves so it was very quiet but I understand that when the inn is full, you will hear noise from the other guests, which is inevitable in these old buildings. The owner, Lena, is wonderful and goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if our travels ever bring us back to Nafplio!

This is a beautiful 1800’s guesthouse. Many rooms ( all?) have their own balcony. My room had a balcony AND a private patio! I loved the decor, beautiful antique beds. It’s in the old part of town. It’s near EVERYTHING! Great restaurants, shops all a short walk away. The wonderful Host, Lena, is super friendly and full of knowledge. Delicious huge breakfast served in the beautiful dining room or on the garden patio.

Everything about our stay was excellent! Location, room, breakfast, and setting were all outstanding. However, the most impressive thing about our stay was Lena. She was amazingly friendly and resposnives to any question. She also helped me when I had an issue with my the next place we were staying on trip. It was a pleasure to get to know here a little and am thankful for her kindness and excellent customer service.

A great bed and breakfast at the heart of the old city of Nafplio. We were a group of 8 girls and we booked 3 rooms. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a nice little balcony. The guest house maintains its traditional character - the rooms are old-school but super comfortable. There is also a beautiful backyard where we took our breakfast. The breakfast was great: coffee and juice, yogurt with fruits, cakes, biscuits, and savoury wraps prepared on the spot. The host was super friendly and happy to accommodate any dietary requirements.
