Rooms are beautifully decorated, and the hotel has a lovely interior and street appeal. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast was basic but nice. The location is excellent and very close to many restaurants, shops, and sightseeing.

There is no lift, so you have to carry your heavy suitcases up and down the stairs. The bathroom is small with no hooks, and there is no shower screen, so the water goes everywhere (no matter how careful you are!). Would have been terrific if the hotel provided a laundry service as there were no laundrymats within walking distance. .

The location was amazing, perfectly situated to see a lot of the area. The breakfast was very tasty, a classic European breakfast offering. The balcony was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the TV had smart internet options like Netflix and YouTube. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was not a dedicated loading and pickup area for luggage, and parking was a bit challenging because the only available options are at the port (it’s free but often very full and at least a 5 min walk) or street parking which was rarely available. The shower was beautiful but made a bit of a mess on the floor because it was very open.

The location was fabulous!! The room was really nice, great size, great air conditioning. The breakfast was very nice! Staff was very nice and helpful. Big bathroom with nice amenities.

We had a beautiful view from our room on the street side, but it was very noisey with motorcycle and car traffic. Although, it didn't go too late. We were convinced it was one guy on a motorcycle doing laps around the block. Probably not a frequent occurance.

The location is perfect! Near the water and walkable to the old town. Our room was very comfortable and large with a large bathroom. We had a nice view of the water and marina area. Breakfast was very good and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was great. No elevator, so pack light. We were street side, so it was a little noisy with one crazy motorcycle over and over, but he went home finally!

The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the city centre. Our room view was idyllic (we could clearly see both Bourtzi and Palamidi). If you visit this hotel opt for room 31 as it sits on its own on the hotel roof and has these gorgeous views. The breakfast was very nice (even though the pies could be a little better) with the highlight being the fleshly squeezed orange juice and freshly cooked eggs. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Great location and a room that looked like something out of Architectural Digest! Really a gorgeous suite! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and you can even order your eggs the way you like them. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent as well. We had a car and were able to park within about an 8 minute walk in the parking area near the port where there were plenty of spaces. We dropped off our luggage at the hotel before going to the parking area.

The suite could use some more hooks for hanging towels, etc, but that wasn't a big issue. The only real negative, and I'm sure it has been mentioned before was the shower. The shower itself is fantastic and stylish and very large, BUT you have to walk through the shower to get to the toilet, so we had to dry a path with a towel after we showered. If it weren't for the strange shower issue this place would be a strong 10 in all other respects. We would gladly stay here again!!

Beautiful restored old Venetian mansion. Breakfast was included and terrific. It’s family run. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bonus was it was a 5 min walk to a lovely tidal swimming pool..

Stairs. Almost all rooms are up stairs, to first and second floors. There is no lift. Staff very very helpful carrying suitcases to and from rooms. A couple rooms on ground level - ask staff about them in advance as they’re hard to get.

A beautiful old building housing an elegant hotel in picturesque Nafplion. The hotel is located in the old town, with walking distance to whatever you need or want to explore, yet very peaceful. We stayed in a junior suite and it was spacious, modern and nicely decorated. It also had a lovely balcony where you could enjoy the shade and view. Daily cleaning service and a varied breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs etcetera.

We were greeted by the most helpful gentleman, Taki, who checked us in, and let us park our car out front in order to unload our bags easily. He made sure we were happy with our rooms before settling us in, and even tried to relocate our kids to the same floor as us (hotel was sold out so not possible but ok as our kids are old enough). He had to carry our heavy bags up the stairs and didn't complain once. The hotel is located very central in old town Nafplio but at the quiet end of the area so the busy night time activity doesn't bother you, It is also two minutes walk to the waterfront so very convenient. The daily included breakfast was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was always kindly available to assist with any request, the breakfast really delicious with fresh orange juice, a variety of fruits, pies and lots of goods! The location is a big advantage as in 2 minutes walk you are either in front of the sea or in front of all the historical spots of the town.
