Everything about our stay was perfection. The staff are so attentive and extremely friendly, helpful, informative and always happy. It was great to know if we needed anything at all, we could just ask without any judgement and that we would have help immediately. From the moment we entered until we checked out we felt at home and the staff were a massive part of that. The location is perfect, located on the end of the old town not too close to the night life but a simple one minute walk to the square is ideal for exploring the town. We had a good laugh trying to park as close as possible to the hotel, there are a number of small car parks which are free and within a five minute radius. The room was fantastic, the pictures do not do it justice, clean, light and spacious. It had everything we needed and more! The Aircon was great, slight worry of ours as it was hot in the evening, but probably one of the best air-conditioning units I have seen in a hotel room. There are other features but I don't want to take the magic away from future guests. The balcony was fantastic, amazing views of both castles and the sunset was simply unbelievable. Breakfast was always great, the wide range of food and drinks enabled us to try new things each morning and start the day with a solid amount of food and refreshments. We will definitely be coming back!

I didn't mind it personally but the balcony was shared, unsure if this is written in the description but it might be worthwhile adding or making clear. We didn't mind it at all, it is more just to be aware.

This was one of the most lovely hotels that we have ever stayed in. It is so well run with attention to detail and a genuine desire from all the staff to make guests welcome and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generous breakfasts that can be taken inside or outside by the pool. The rooms are really well furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept very well indeed . It is in an excellent location in a pretty street and within walking distance of everything. It was straight forward to unload our car outside and then to park it for the full 4 days at the harbour which is free and a short walk away. Thank you to Hotel Ippoliti for making our stay so enjoyable.

Nafplio is a busy place so there was some noise at night but generally it is in a quiet location.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and very tasty. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our itinerary only allowed us to stay one night, but we would have gladly stayed longer.

There's not parking at the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault. Their location is just such that there's no room to park at it. You need to park in one of the many free locations to park at and then walk to the hotel.

We loved Hotel Ippoliti! Wonderful location, so many shops, restaurants, and places to walk to. At first I was a little stressed about getting there because it's in kind of a pedestrian only area, but we found out it was okay to drive down the very narrow streets to drop our luggage off, and then we could park for free at the harbor area, where there was plenty of space. They had a really nice breakfast and it was pleasant sitting at tables out by the pool. My kids were really amazed by the mirror in the room that turned into the TV!

Brilliant location near to sea and old town and all the shops and restaurants. Lovely staff who welcomed you as you came in and out each day. Genuine family run feel. Breakfast was very good. A really stylish, but Inividual feel to the hotel. Saw the corner UK Foreign Secretary at Breakfast so if he chose it so should you!!

We loved this little hotel. So comfortable and in the center of everything but tucked away down one of the quieter streets. Extremely comfortable beds and sheets. Air conditioning worked well. TVs hidden behind mirrors was a cool trick that fascinated the kids, and thank you for Netflix. Overall just extremely charming and the coziest little retreat right in the middle of the old town.

Although all rooms were non-smoking, the balconies aren’t considered in this (likely Greek law). Our neighbours were chain-smokers, but the staff happily and promptly relocated us upon request - minor inconvenience but the hotel knew how to handle this well

The place was beautiful and the staff was exceptional. The hotel is in a great location- close to the water, restaurants and museums. The room is well equipped- spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee exceptional. The staff were so kind and incredibly helpful- making our stay that much more pleasant. It was nice to stay in an historic building with such high quality furnishings and amenities. We would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

Nothing was wrong with this property.

The breakfast buffet was generous and offered great savoury and sweet options. The staff were very helpful and knowledgable with regard to all sorts of travel queries.

In our room, the mirrored television was difficult to see (too much reflection) I also felt that the bathrooms were slightly dated in regard to the fixtures/fittings. The shower in particular was very small.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was great, there was a good selection of hot and cold foods.

The only downside was the rooms were not very soundproof, which is typical of older buildings, but this didn’t impact our stay.
