The location is great, just between the old town center and the beautiful city beach. The room is spacious and very interesting - there's an actual rock in the room, and the kids loved it. The view from the breakfast terrace is amazing - the fortress on one side, sea on the other. The hotel is very clean and quiet.

Breakfast, although tasty, was very limited in the amount of food - we arrived quite early, and refills did not happen. It was also limited in terms of selection - more variety would be good, especially for long stays. Please add feta cheese and watermelon. The bathroom needs a renovation, it is usable but dated. The lighting in the room was very weak.

Absolutely stunning views over the old town of Nafplio, across the water to Argos and the mountains beyond; handsome Ottoman period house converted in a beautiful way, with breakfast room and terrace at the top. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade preserves, and a great selection of cold and warm things to eat. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly.

As is clear from the hotel information, and in communications after booking, access to the hotel from the old town via a long flight of steps - this wasn't really a negative for me, as the views were so great, but just be aware!

For me - the best choice in Nafplio after trying several different options. The location of the hotel is perfect - right on top of the old town, only a few steps aways from it, but at the same time very quiet, ideal for a good night sleep, and with amazing views of the old town and the sea. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the open veranda. And beautiful Arvanitia beach is also extremely close.

The steep stairs of the old town small paths leading to the hotel can be challenging, but you cannot escape those if you are exploring Nafplio old town anyway.

Some rooms offer balcony overlooking the old town, really great views. Close walk (via stairs) to the centre with shops, restaurants and port area. Quiet area. Great breakfast which can be enjoyed on their terrace overlooking the town. Regret not staying longer. Nafplio is in gem.

Hotel provided good guide how to get the Hotel. There is a public car park just above the Hotel . However, to get to the Hotel its via a cobbled street/path with some small stairs in between, which may be troublesome to walk with bigger luggage.

Very kind hosts. We had a gorgeous view out over the rooftops from our balcony and enjoyed sitting out there in the morning and evening. Modern room and showers and everything was quite comfortable. I very much so enjoyed the location - it was fun to wander the upper streets and feel like I was more in a neighborhood. Everything was so gorgeous in Nafplio! Parking is quite close and a very short walk to the hotel, just not on the actual property (which will make sense once you see it!) and the hosts provided written details, a map, and a video prior to our arrival on how to get to the parking area and hotel. It was not at all complicated, but they really went the extra mile to make it easy for people! Breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options.

Breakfast was utterly delicious, included home-made products. The view over the town and beyond was wonderful (balcony)-the climb up is not for the faint-hearted-, the room big and spacious. The host was marvellous and friendly. The hotel has been newly refurbished in a beautiful way.

We liked everything, but perhaps a tea kettle and tea bags/coffee in the room would be a good addition.

The hotel is high on the hill of the steep part of the old town. While there are lots of steps, the views are lovely. Our room was very comfortable with 1 bed in an alcove. The decor is modern and pleasant. The generous breakfast on the upper verandah was lovely with a view up to the castle and down to the bay. The staff were very helpful.

We loved the location, view from our balcony, and the quiet room. We loved the staff, especially Ava who was absolutely lovely and had outstanding customer service.

The signage to the hotel was difficult to find as we drove through town. You need to park up on top and behind the building. If you walk to the building from below, it is impossible to find because there are no signs. You need to drive up to the Fortress of Akronauia and walk directly down to find this place!

fabulous location, excellent staff, very comfortable room. Amazing views from balconies and roof terrace. Convenient location just a few minutes walk to town centre, main bus stop, beach, and steps to old fortress. Whilst near to everything the hotel is in a quiet pedestrianised area. The staff were all very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Delicious home made cakes at breakfast on the roof terrace.

There was nothing we disliked. The elevated location (65 steps up from town) and no parking directly outside may not suit some but we appreciated the views and quietness. The location was not exactly as shown on apple maps- if you are walking from the bus station its best to go up Ath Fotomara and go up the second set of steps on the left, which if you follow up to the right takes you to the ground floor of the hotel ( or go up the third or forth steps and turn left to get to the top entrance).

Amazing location with incredible views. Atop old town, short walk to beach and Palamidi Fortress. Breakfast excellent on patio. The property was spotless and the staff most friendly and helpful.

We had a family room which was unique and spacious however the bed was a bit hard but we got used to it. Also could use better lighting at night. Had to be careful with 3 steps up to and down from the bed.
