I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room and bathroom was immaculately clean and modern - I felt comfortable right away and felt relaxed while in the room. The location is perfect, and having a balcony was a big bonus. Check-in was easy and I appreciated all the recommendations from my host. She was very friendly and even provided me with a beach towel when she learned I wanted to go to the beach. She was also flexible with check-out to accommodate when my ferry was leaving, and offered her number to be of any assistance while I was on the island. I highly recommend this to anyone and if I ever come back to Naxos I'd stay here again.

Nothing - everything was fantastic.

We loved EVERYTHING!! I honestly cannot rate this property enough! We stayed in the Deluxe apartment with sea view balcony & king size bed, we were the first guests to stay here since it being newly renovated. It was everything we could have hoped & wished for and more! The most stunning room with stunning sea views (the photos on the website don’t do the views justice) you are so much closer to the sea then it looks in the photos. It is in prime central location with everything right at your feet. There are a few restaurants around the apartment but the walls are so thick you don’t hear a thing and even when you are sat on the balcony it’s just magical with the most wonderful chilled vibe! Housekeeping clean your room daily, freshly made beds and clean towels. There is a washing machine which is great for beach days! The bed is very comfortable! Castle mansion’s really have thought of everything, the room had vanity kits, sewing kits, orange juice and water in the fridge for when you arrive. The dinning table has fresh fruit and condiments and there is even washing powder for the washing machine. The two ladies on reception are so welcoming and helpful and can’t do enough for you! The restaurant that is owned by castle mansions which is “Typografio” is a must visit! The food is beautiful! My husband had the steak and said it was one of the best he’s ever had. This apartment could not be situated in a better location, you have absolutely everything at your feet and just a short walk from the port and also to the beach. It was our first time in Naxos and it has stollen our hearts. We will definitely be back!

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect!

On arrival, we were welcomed by the wonderful Evie, who help us with our luggage, showed us our accommodation and gave us suggestions about places to visit, eat and do in beautiful Naxos, arranging theatre shows at the castle, ferry trip, car hire. We cannot thank her enough, as well as Dimitri, Nathalie and everyone at Castle Mansions. Our accommodation with a balcony and views of the harbor and sea was exceptional. Excellent location, close to everything. It was home away from home. Beautifully decorated and renovated original home outside the Castle walls with very high ceilings, comfortable, with all the necessary, working appliances to make our stay a perfect stay. It was the highlight of our four week holiday in Greece. Relaxing atmosphere, great food with so many restaurants, Typografio and Metaxi mas, just to mention two, and beautiful sunsets. The hospitality of the Naxos people was amazing. It was exceptional.

The fact that we had to leave. Could have stayed forever and retired there.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The location is fantastic - nestled right in the middle of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Both the ferry port and the bus stop are within a 5-10 minute walk, making the rest of the island and even surrounding islands very accessible. The staff were accommodating and friendly. They even helped us bring our heavy bags up the steps (like in most small European towns, the cobblestones streets make it difficult to lug around heavy bags). Everything we could have possibly needed was ready for us at the apartment. We would definitely book again!

This isn't a complaint, more of a preference - would have loved to have a fan in addition to the AC unit to help with air circulation. We stayed during peak summer, so I can imagine that this would not be an issue during other times of the year.

I stayed here with my two young adult kids and we loved the accommodations, its location, and the generous and helpful staff! We stayed in a one bedroom unit but the sitting area was modified for two twin beds, which worked out wonderfully. So many things to recommend this hotel: it was exceptionally clean, it was right near two restaurants and a lovely little ice cream shop, there was a small balcony with a wonderful view, it was so very close to the shops and alleys and the water front but away from all of the activity along the waterfront. We could walk up and around the old castle walls, which I highly recommend, venture out in the evening at this already magical town of Chora is even more magical. I particularly enjoyed the slippers they provided for guests; they were free and I kept my pair to use for the rest of vacation. As a bonus, they let us keep our luggage in our room as we had a late check out. The welcome snacks were also very much appreciated!

There literally was nothing that could have been better!

Excellent location, quiet but central to everything. Natalie was amazing, she arranged transportation for us and even helped us find a bank when we messaged her at almost midnight! Her brother Dimitri was also great, not only with carrying bags and explaining the room to us but he even made several phone calls to help us locate our rental car. Room was very clean and comfortable with a sea view balcony. Nicely stocked with breakfast items. Right next to Old Town and Naxos port

Loved all of it!

The apartment was very tidy, clean and comfortable. As I was staying for 12 nights, it was extremely helpful to have a washing machine and kitchenette as well as daily coffee/milk replacements. The staff were also incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was looked after, from helping with taxi bookings/meeting me from the taxi drop-off, to even giving me a scale to way my luggage! I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Beautiful apartment - everything I needed and more! Bed so comfortable and the shower was luxury! Washing machine was much appreciated after 3 weeks of travelling. Location was perfect, close to the old market and away from the seafront so much quieter but close enough to everything I needed. Gorgeous brunch restaurant and cocktail bar( Honey and Cinnamon) around the corner and much nicer restaurants near the apartment than on the sea front anyway! Lovely lady met me on arrival and gave me info about the area and was available for any questions.

Nothing - everything perfect

Very conveniently located for everything. Located in the middle of chora with shops, restaurants and bus transportation within easy walking distance. It was a comfortable two bedroom apartment with everything you would need. Staff provided juice, coffee and basket of fruit. They were easy to contact and very accommodating. They allowed us to check out late at no charge, arranged a place to store luggage during the day and set up transportation to the airport.

We loved our stay at Castle Mansions. We rented a 2BR and a studio for our family. The 2BR was a full apartment with a kitchen and views - very nice. The studio was also very nice. All looked like the pictures. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, even when we asked for a bucket to soak my son's foot (he stepped on a sea urchin-weird). We really enjoyed being right in town and walking everywhere although we did rent a car for 2 days to explore the entire island. Naxos was amazing, we had a fabulous trip.
