The room was very clean and lovely furnished. Kitchenette has lots of simple supplies, makes it convenient to make breakfast. High quality bed linen, very soft towels. The hotel staff was very nice, responsive and helpful in all situations. Location is very nice: 1 min to a convenience store, ~3 minutes to a beach, and plenty of food options around.

The bathroom, I hope they'll fix it. The bigger problem we had (until we was advised with a solution) was with the toilet. As some other reviews already mentioned, you can't flush your poop, because of the weak water flow. This is so bad, I spent maybe 20 minutes before I gave up (yes, I was unable to do it finally, had to ask staff for help, imagine my shame). Another problem annoys me quite often in hotels, and this place was not an exception -- is a poor sound insulation of doors. You can clearly hear what happens outside, and if you wake up easily because of sounds, that could be a problem.

Lovely room close to everything. We had a nice big room, with fridge, kettle, sandwich toaster (we never used this) utensils and dishes. The staff were lovely when we wanted to come back for a night before our ferry. The balcony was just right for sitting and drying clothes. The bathroom was a usual sort of wet room, but loads of hot water, and the beds and AC were brilliant. Would totally recommend 😁

Would have like bug screens on the window.l, but it wouldn't put us off visiting again.

The room exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We were very comfortable in the triple. Slippers, bath towels, extra pillows and blankets were provided. We had an early ferry and were able to store our luggage for several hours. We even got a message when our room was ready a few hours before check in. The room was also in a perfect location!

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment and it was perfect for our family - it is near the beach, supermarket, city center and bus stops. It is exceptionally clean and cleaning is done everyday and the apartment has all the facilities we need. Good area for breakfast and drying clothes

Unfortunately there was electricity/aircon and water problem during our stay but they managed to fix it in the end

They upgraded the room for us on arrival, which was a great surprise! The little balcony space was also a huge plus, but the absolute best part was being a 3min walk away from Agios Georgios Beach. They were also great about keeping our luggage after checkout until the ferry came.

It would be nice to have a better shower curtain / edge of shower so that the floor doesn't get so wet.

Near to beach and Naxos town. We had a 2 room apartment, ideal as there were 4 of us so we had a bit of privacy.Facilities to make tea/ coffee etc. Large balcony with large table and 4 chairs. Apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Good communication with hosts and good Wi-fi.

I didn’t like the bathroom because the shower curtain kept sticking to me when I was trying to wash myself . Air conditioner sounds like it might need servicing as was making funny noises

The room was cleaned everyday. Picking up the keys was extremely easy. It is very well located, walking distance to the ferry, a couple minute walk to a small beach, lots of restaurants, cafes, and a great grocery store just up the street!

I prefer showers with walls instead of curtains but it was a very small detail.

Clean, spacious rooms on a great location in Chora between the port and Ag. Georgios beach. Excellent value for money. I would recommend it to friends, and I plan to return when I come back to the island.

The location, closeness to restaurants and the beach, the beds and the air conditioning!

Sometimes the toilets wouldnt flush properly, even though we didn’t throw any paper in there and flushed multiple times. The internet was also really slow from time to time. And from the bottom floor the sounds from outside are sometimes loud but it was still a pretty calm street.
