Our stay here was exceptional. I have never before stayed at a place where the hospitality was so warm and accomodating. The owners and reception staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable. Every request was attended to promptly and with a smile. We had an issue with the shower head and that same day a plumber came out and replaced the shower head. The place is spotless, immaculate! The breakfast was true home cooked delicious food. The location was one minutes walk to the beach or a 5 minute walk to the port area and old Market street. At night the place was whisper quiet. It was honestly a wonderful place to stay. We were there for 5 nights. A special shout out to Maria who was so knowledgeable, helpful and always smiled. We used all her recommendations.

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay! I felt so welcomed by everyone - Anna, Demetri and their son were so kind and welcoming. Anna made such a wonderful delicious breakfast everyone morning. Maria and Popi who worked at the front desk were so kind and helpful with any questions I had, and suggested some wonderful nearby activities and restaurants. The room was cozy and clean, and a great location that’s walking distance to beach and nearby seaside restaurants. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Naxos!

All staff were very polite welcoming and nice people. The traditional Greek breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. location perfect and everything we asked for was given to us immediately. Poppy and Sofia at the reception were very helpful and gave us good information about everything. Connected us with car rental. The view from the room was amazing and it was always clean and neat. Had a little Balcony too. Thank you Anna, Dimitri, Popy, Sofia, Jenny and Marika. If we knew it is that good we would have planned a longer stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. Our room had a wonderful balcony to relax on. The biggest plus for us was the staff. We arrived before 1pm and Poppy let us checkin early and was super welcoming and friendly. There was also an incredibly sweet Greek grandma who didn’t speak any English who was there to welcome us and see us out when we checked out. We were offered Greek loukoumi and the green naxian liqueur (kitron) when we arrived, and the Greek grandma gave us a small bag of Greek loukoumi as a parting gift when we checked out. There was also an older Greek man who’d sit by reception and always said bye to us whenever we went out for the day. Overall amazing experience, the facilities were perfect and the staff made this a place I would 100% come back to next time I’m in Naxos.

The hotel was centrally located and still away from the masses, so it was perfect for our vacation and we also almost every time had luck with parking. Room cleaning was everyday and thorough. The bed was huge and really comfortable and the room was normally sized. The breakfast was really good, new stuff every day additional to the standard ones and we got to have it on our balcony which was perfect for us! It is a family business and everyone was warm and nice to us and Mrs Anna even gave us a little goodbye present before we left. It’s not a pretentious, hipster hotel but it’s great value for money and we would totally book here again.

Only the shower was pretty small and making it kind of hard to not wet everything around you but since they were cleaning every day, it wasn’t much of an inconvenience.

This hotel is exceptional. The family that run it and the staff are amazing, their hospitality is so genuine and they make you feel taken care of and at home. Sofia helped us with planning our activities on the island, and even with making bookings for tours. She is wonderful. They serve a homemade breakfast every morning and it is delicious. They offer a laundry service that is affordable and fast. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The hotel is a step away from Saint George Beach and a short walk from the port. The lovely family that operates the hotel was always present in the lobby and greeted us with kindness and warmth. We felt cared for. This place feels peaceful, a home away from home, and most importantly, the people are the best. Thank you Kymata Hotel for your hospitality and care ❤️

The welcome was so warm and we felt very at home from the minute we walked in! We couldn't get a sea view room, so we thought it would not be too great but in reality, the room was big, light and airy and exceeded our expectations. We were always greeted for the day with warm smiles. The room was clean and cleaned well each day. The food was delicious too and we had a wonderful stay! Great location near the beach and town.

I would have liked more salad option at breakfast but that's a personal choice. There was plenty of food and it was all delicious!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding with our families and both of us are extremely happy that we found this hotel. It has absolutely amazing location with the warmest and welcoming owners and very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. Most of it was home cooked and there were few new dishes everyday. It’s located right next to the beach and it’s only 15 min walk from the center of the city that gets busy for such a small town. We didn’t even take taxi to get there from the port.

Hotel Kymata is situated close to Agios Georgios Beach and can be reached by walking around the seafront from the ferry and turning left past a yellowish school building. It is a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel with brightly-decorated rooms and a satisfying buffet breakfast (which costs 8 euros extra). The beach is close by, along with a row of tavernas. The ferry, bus station and town centre are within 5-10 minutes' walk. Management are polite and ready to offer travel advice if required.

Family run hotel in a great location. Easy walk to the ferry port, the beach, and local shops and restaurants. A little further was the Arch of Apollo, and numerous areas to watch the sunset. Breakfast was extensive, the best we had in Greece and the wine leaves, handmade from locally sourced ingredients made by the kitchen staff were the best. Beach towels are available, just ask. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the beach to the left and the waterway further to the right.

I realize an elevator could be a benefit especially on the curves of the staircase.
