This is a wonderful little hotel, literally 50m from Ag. Georgios Beach. I booked the single room, and I could not ask for more: very clean, good WiFi, a balcony overlooking the bougainvilleas. The bed and pillow were comfortable, so I could sleep well. I had a reading lamp by the bed, which is a big plus for me :D. Maria is a great host, she continuously asked me if I needed anything, she was very kind and agreeable. Since she speaks very good English, we could enjoy a friendly chit-chat every now and then, she gave me tips on where to go and buy water or juice from the supermarket (there is one about 100m away) or which car rental company offers a good price. So, if you are looking for a lovely and affordable place to stay in Naxos, this is it!

I stayed in Naxos a few weeks prior and saw this hotel from outside and thought, I must stay there on my next visit, it's so inviting! Then I got to stay there for a few days on my way back to Athens! I cannot tell you how at home I felt here, Maria made me feel like an old friend, she is an incredibly wonderful host! I asked for extra blankets and a hairdryer, they provided me with that, and good Naxos advice! The place is right next to the beach, really great value for money. I would definitely come again to Naxos and stay there! The larger rooms facing the sea are amazing w/ balconies! The interior and exterior design is fantastic, really cozy and comfortable and most of all, beautiful! I only wish I could have stayed longer!

The hotel is situated in a very quiet street, 75 m from the nearest beach, 150m from restaurants and shops and 500m from the town centre. Maria( the owner ) was so hospitable from the moment I arrived, nothing was too much trouble. For example, my peculiar request for a hairdresser was dealt with in a flash and within fifteen minutes I was getting my hair cut. Maria’s local knowledge was so useful during my stay. I was offered wine or beer on arrival and coffee and cinnamon cake for the ferry when I left. A very enjoyable experience.

We loved our stay at Hotel Elizabeth. It is a charming place with an equally charming owner and the location is perfect for the beach and the town. It is quite rustic and a little eccentric, but all the better for that. If you are after hot tubs and luxury fittings, then this isn’t for you - but if you are looking for character, a high level of cleanliness and a warm welcome - all at a great price - then look no further!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Elizabeth in Naxos! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible owner, Mariah. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. Mariah was always available with a smile, ready to offer local tips, and made me feel like part of the family. Her passion for her hotel and genuine care for her guests shine through in everything she does. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Naxos, I highly recommend Hotel Elizabeth. The location is ideal, the accommodations are excellent, and Mariah’s hospitality is second to none. I can’t wait to return!

Naxos was wonderful, thanks also to Maria, our amazing host. She has a beautiful soul, always ready to give us great advice, and even upgraded us for one night to a larger room with a sea view. The room and our little garden with kitchen were just lovely, and the location was perfect: only a 10-minute walk to the center and less than 5 minutes to the nearest beach (truly beautiful). The location is great, right next to a big beach, but a 10min walk from the port, perfect for a one night stay in between ferries. Safe for female travelers alone. You will literally be greeted with open arms by the very friendly owner. The room was small but comfortable, clean and has everything you need, including a little balcony where you can dry your swimming things and sit. Quiet street, no cars passing by. Good bakeries and restaurants nearby.

The walls are a little thin for those who are super sensitive to sound but nothing that wouldn't keep me from staying again!

Everything. From the moment I stepped in the street where the hotel is located Maria welcomed me. She allocated me a room with a balcony on the front side of the hotel. It was amazing sleeping with the balcony door open and the breeze from outside. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. Bathroom is new. Location is amazing and if you have a car you can easily park close by. I only stayed for 1 night but when I visit again I will stay in this hotel throughout the entire stay. Its only 8 minutes drive to the airport.

The hostess was amazing. She was extremely helpful in giving us recommendations about the surrounding area, and was very welcoming... we felt like she welcomed us as friends... even gave us a slice of her apple cake to try after she went on a baking spree. We had a lazy couple of days in the room before we really got out and started exploring Naxos, and the cleaning crew was really communicative with us about when they'd next be back and to check in about what we might need given that. Facilities were perfectly functional, clean, and tidy. We didn't have a car or scooter but could easily walk to all the important areas in Naxos Chora, and yet the area was very quiet for sleeping and relaxing. Extremely good value for the price. If we find ourselves back in Naxos, we'll definitely be reaching out again :)

Maria, the host, is wonderful! She makes you feel at home and is happy to help any way she can. Great location, right by the beach and only minutes away from the lively town streets. The front of the property is a classic Greek experience with flowers, blue doors and cute kitties. The air conditioning was a great relief from the hot sun.

Unfortunately you can hear everything in the building, so if you’re a light sleeper be sure to use earplugs. The shower can also use an upgrade as there was no shower head mount and the very small and flimsy curtain caused it to be impossible to not get water everywhere.
