The room was beautiful, and much more private than I had expected, with our own steps up , and very close to the pool. I also hadn't realised that the apartment would be serviced, so it was a nice bonus to have our beds made for us every day, and the room cleaned. I hadn't realised that there was a hotel as part of the complex, or that breakfast in the hotel was an option. It was a really nice aspect as far as I was concerned - I always felt safe, with friendly and helpful staff members close at hand if I needed anything.

It would have been great if the pool had been available a little bit earlier in the morning, say 0800 rather than 1000, but I do understand that this was probably to keep things quiet and peaceful for other guests. and also maybe partly from the safety aspect to ensure that people weren't unsupervised when using the pool. The cooking facilities were a little bit restricted - just the two ring hob,and not many cooking utensils, but I didn't need much persuasion to not bother cooking at all, and just enjoyed eating outI It was great to have a fridge for keeping drinks cool, yoghurts and snacks.

Really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. Handy location, walkable from the ferry port (took 15 mins whilst dragging a case) and only 2 mins walk down to the beach. Lots of supermarkets nearby and so many restaurants to choose from. Our room was very nice, spacious and comfy beds. Bathroom was good with a nice shower. Soap and shampoo provided was also v good quality which was nice surprise. Staff v friendly and our rooms were cleaned daily which was nice. The pool was nice, pretty deep though. Not an awful lot of space around the pool but guests were v considerate and nobody 'hogged' sun loungers/chairs and people came and went throughout the day meaning it was never an issue for us.

The wifi was very weak/pretty much non-existent in our apartment but we'd just go and sit in reception when we needed a decent connection. It wasn't too much of an issue for us but just something to be aware of.

We stayed for two nights in a nice decent-size room directly overlooking the pool. The pool is large and deep (not good for children who cannot swim) and was not crowded. Good location next to the beach and in the direction of Naxos town, easy walk from the chora and port. Lots of minimarkets, tavernas and cafes nearby. Hotel on a quiet side street. The price we paid was cheaper than other similar places (there are no so many hotels with pools close to city center), and it was good value for money.

It's a typical hotel in the area, which means a small bathroom and (some, not much -- it's a small hotel) noise from neighbors leaving early. The hotel is in a densely built-up area, so there is not much space around the surprisingly large pool. In my opinion, a good choice to favor pool area over the courtyard.

It is a typical small greek hotel. Sheets only on the beds and basic rooms. However, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water with great pressure. We had a triple room and I appreciated that there were three single beds rather than a roll-away so all three of us slept well. I used the laundry service which was reasonably priced. The service was quick and the clothes came back clean and smelling great. We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. It is not the Hilton but a great option for those looking for accommodation on a budget.

The location was great - literally 30 seconds walk to the beach. We arrived before the room was ready and the lady at the sister hotel allowed us to leave our bags at the reception and head to the beach. The beach is perfect for children - turn left as you leave the hotel and Agios Georgios is a 30 second stroll away. The most northernly part of the beach is very sheltered and perfect for children as it slopes very gently out to deeper water.

The room could have been a bit larger, but it was correctly advertised and had a sofa bed for our son.

Hotel Aegeon - which is connected to Hotel Iliovasilema - is a homey little apartment-style hotel near Agios Georgios Beach. It is in a quiet semi-residental area about 1km from the port. Walk a block down Kiprou and you're on the beach. There are two supermarkets nearby where you can buy food and beverages if you want to self-cater. I had a small 2-bed room with a balcony overlooking Apiranthou. My room wasn't stylish or modern, but it was impeccably clean. (I worked as a chambermaid for a couple of years, so I know clean!) The pool, though - the pool was fantastic! It is large enough to do laps. The shallow end is around 1m and the deep end is around 3m. Honestly, if you like swimming, you should book either Hotel Aegeon or Hotel Iliovasilema just for the pool! I would absolutely stay there again.

This isn't the fault of the hotel, but I stayed there in April and most of the nearby restaurants were still closed for the season. Most restaurants in the area don't open until the first week of May. I have mobility problems so walking back and forth to the port for meals was difficult. There were two restaurants that were open nearby that I can recommend - Chocolat Cafe Creperie (good for breakfast and lunch) and Scirocco Cafe (good for lunch and dinner). They are both on the main street, Aristidi Protopapadaki, within 4 blocks of the hotel. I also did a bit of self-catering (sandwiches, fruit, etc.). The rooms have a small kitchenette with a 2-burner stovetop and pots and pans, so it is possible to cook simple hot meals in your room.

Sea, restaurants, small supermarket within 50 metres. A very short walk to town centre and the ferry. Terrific swimming pool. Useful kitchenette. The hotel was ideal for our requirements and the staff were great.

Nothing really it was as good as it gets for the price.

Photos did not do the place justice. Very lovely rooms with all the amenities and a huge roof terrace that was great for a sunset drink. Location is also exceptional with the Agio Georgios beach a 2 min walk max. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

My only complaint would be the lack of space for guests round the pool, we found it was often crowded but no big issue as beach was close.

We absolutely loved our 5 days here. We had two rooms; one double on the top floor with a huge balcony and one twin room on the ground floor. Echo what others have said. Location was fantastic, with the sandy beach and town centre very close. Very comfortable, great showers and great AC and plenty of supplies in the kitchen.

Super location, extremely helpful staff. Couldn't fault anything about the accommodation. Would fully recommend anyone to consider this apartment/ hotel . The bonus was the Oasis Taverna directly next door an added plus .
