Our stay at Hoyle Palatia was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so warm and friendly, always ready with a smile and helpful advice. Breakfast was a real treat — the yogurt with fresh fruit was simply delicious and the perfect start to the day. The view from our room was breathtaking, we could have spent hours just enjoying it. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we can’t wait to come back!

The only minor downside was that the button to flush the toilet was a bit loose, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

It was spotless clean. Very close to the beach so very convenient to walk for 2 minutes to be on the beach. 7-10 minutes walk to the downtown.

Breakfast is for extra charge, and there are much better options available around with similar price. Coffee can be much better, as only American coffee available and it’s not strong and tasteless. The bed cover is very small it barely covers the bed so while sleeping it definitely doesn’t cover well you while sleeping and putting the A/C on The overall room feels old but it’s spotless clean.

The hotel is literally on the beach. Takes about 10 secs to reach the Agios Georgios beach from where we watched some beautiful sunsets. We were in a sea facing room and hence the stay was all the more pleasant. Extremely courteous and sweet staff. House keeping was done diligently. The location is great - just 10 mins away from both the town square and the port.

2 points that would be a game changer - 1. The bathroom is extremely small. It would be great if extended a little more 2. The WiFi speed was extremely weak

Very bright, clean, & cozy rooms, nice view over the seafront from the room as well as from the balcony. Very warm welcome from the owner Manos, who carried our suitcases up to the second floor, there being no elevator. Daily cleaning & towels change, bed linen changed on alternate days, cheerful & helpful staff. Breakfast available. Nice restaurants very nearby, and a couple of cafés where one can leave one's beach bag and enjoy a swim. Beach beds also available. Very good restaurants, Meltemi & Oasis, 120 metres away, both recommended by Manos. 10 minutes walk to the Naxos Town seafront road, where there are plenty of restaurants & cafes, also snacks & pastry shops. Walkable distance to the harbour, even with suitcases.

Very minor niggles... No elevator. Steps slightly difficult for seniors (72 & 79). Shower area rather small.

Very minor minor inconvenience was 2 single beds pushing apart during the night. Maybe having king sheets could help keep beds together. Again very slight issue!

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. The room was very clean and tastefully furnished, offering a comfortable space to relax. We especially enjoyed the cozy, slightly shaded terrace, where we spent a lot of time while recovering from illness. It provided a peaceful, relaxing environment. The accommodation is also right by the beach, which was a great bonus. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and location made our stay very enjoyable.

The only downside is that the property is located behind restaurants, so there was noise late into the night and again early in the morning. However, closing the windows helped with that.

Location, view, cleaness, staff The owner was amazing,very helpfull with everything we needed, and when we left to the airport on the last day, he surprised us and came to bring us 2 shirts my son forgot in the room.

The shower is a little small, and the amenities are a little basic, but it worked for us anyway.....the simplicity of the place and the Greek atmosphere

The owner and staff were magnificent. we had breakfast at the hotel a few times - exceptional and good value for money. The room was cleaned to perfection every day with fresh towels and sheets provided daily. The hotel was conveniently located to Chris old town and lovely restaurants and bars. We caught the bus to the beaches around the island (though there is a beach 1 min from the hotel), and hired a car and scooter around the corner form the hotel for trips further afield.

Wonderful hotel! Location is 1 minute walk to a lovely long beach with restaurants on the beach open all day. Beautiful modern hotel room with doors opening to lovely balcony. Very quiet and peaceful. We were on top level of hotel - loved the direct view of the beach and hearing the sea. Main town/port where many restaurants, tavernas and shops located only 5 minute walk from hotel. Manoli, Katerina and all staff super nice and helpful

The owner and staff were perfect!! We were asked what we wanted for breakfast (menu options given) and it was cooked to order and delivered promptly. The owner gave us valuable information/suggestions on transportation options (ATVs, ferries) and places to go on the island as well as making suggestions when he heard our ferry was cancelled due to weather. The location was perfect -- close to everything -- the port, restaurants, beach, ATV rentals, etc. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had daily housekeeping.

We loved EVERYTHING! We had an upstairs room with a balcony and a table with 2 chairs. The room itself and the bathroom were VERY small but we had a closet and a safe as well as a small desk. Our two sons & their spouses, on the other hand, had very large bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. One of their rooms had an outdoor sitting area with a view of the walkway. It had seating for (I believe) 4 and a coffee table. The other son had a room with a patio and a clothes line for drying clothing and enough space to sit as well but had no view.
