We loved our 5nights at Something Else hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. We had one of the budget studios, which had a lovely private seating area which overlooked the pool and well maintained gardens. The room studio was clean with a small kitchen area with table, fridge and cooking facilities. The pool area was fantastic, the pool was so clear and clean with plenty of comfortable sunbeds with umbrellas. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, with loads of great places to eat and drink nearby, as well as a number of supermarkets. The bus to and from Naxos is a short 5min walk away. We also picked up an Island day trip from outside Margaritis supermarket, as well as a fabulous boat day trip to Rina Cave & Koufonisia island from the little marina a short walk away. We loved our stay here, and would definitely stay here again.

The facilities were great and the pool was amazing. Close to all units and even though some units need to upgraded, the owners are slowly upgrading them which in a few years will be a great property to stay. Also a very short walk to the beach, cafes and supermarket.

Some outdated units needed to be upgraded and the WiFi was not the best in the units. I recommend going to their cafe at the front.

We have been staying at this hotel almost every year for a few days during our trip to the Cyclades (for the last 12 years). This speaks for itself - it is very close to the beach and opposite a supermarket. The rooms are good, the bathroom could be a bit bigger and newer but the sensational pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas makes up for it. There is a small kitchen in the rooms (breakfast or salads can be prepared). You can eat on the balcony or terrace with a pool view. There is no street noise.

The bathrom / shower could do with a renovation and is quite small (like nearly everywhere on the islands - so in the end it´s an ordinary greek hotel-bathroom)

We loved everything about Something Else. The staff were there to welcome us as soon as we drove up, we found they had upgraded our room at no additional cost, the beds were very comfortable, the pool area & loungers were very inviting, the gardens were lovely & our apartment was well cleaned. Plus it’s so close to beach, restaurants galore & supermarket. A quiet place to rest at night too. We loved it & would definitely return……certainly deserves more than 2 stars, it’s wonderful value for money.

Nice pool, good complimentary breakfast and a short stroll away from the beach, cafes/tavernas and supermarkets. The room was good, enough space for our family of 3 and also a little kitchenette and a fridge. It looked more like a resort than a hotel, with small rooms/apartments located around the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was as described, however the closet had a strong smell and we couldn't put our clothes in. A few extra items in the kitchenette (more glasses, cups, cutlery, tea towels) could have been useful.

For my first plane trip abroad this place felt like a dream celebrating my dear friends wedding. Everything was perfect from the location, place itself, the food and the staff are so kind and made us feel so welcome! Felt like a home and the kitties I will miss also! The fried eggs were beautiful for a veggie like me it was stunning! I will not stress enough that this place to stay makes you feel at ease and forget all your troubles! Will deffo be returning!

The studio suite was very good. Pool was excellent.

Breakfast was ok but not many different choices. Our studio had a bedroom and another bathroom upstairs. It was very difficult getting up and down the stairs as I’m 65. Next time I’d probably ask for a downstairs room. We also had to carry our large suitcases up the stairs on our arrival.

This sweet little hotel is just a few minutes walk from the gorgeous Agia Anna beach. We loved the easy location and the amazing beach front restaurants nearby. We chose the budget room and it was budget. Very bare bones, no shower curtain, funny little bath/shower. But it worked and was sufficient for what we needed. The pool was beautiful and the grounds were pretty and well maintained. The breakfast that was included was sufficient as well.

Family were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Said we could keep our room for late checkout until 4pm as it was not booked that night, gave us coffee on the morning we went out on early day trip. Room was 101 - basic studio. Yes it was basic but clean and very comfortable. Patio was lovely to sit out on and no insects. Pool clean and plenty of sun loungers with parasols.

Everything was great.
