Everything ! A beautifully appointed, intimate hotel in a romantic setting surrounded by sea views . Above all the whole staff team were friendly and took great pride in providing exceptional service from cleanliness to assisting with trips. Breakfasts were outstanding with varied fresh home cooked local delicacies and carefully selected ingredients to suit all tastes . Snacks and drinks available all day by the pool and excellent cocktails at sunset . The Spa was a lovely way to add to relaxation . It was a short walk to the pretty beach of Agia Anna where there is a selection of good local restaurants .

We were immediately welcomed upon arriving at the hotel with a lovely ocean view and comfortable, quaint rooms. We appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel was and that we could easily walk to Agia Anna in 8 mins! The staff was so friendly and helpful! Paris & Kyriaki were very attentive—always ready to answer questions, arrange transportation, give us tips to navigate the island, and provide recommendations for places to eat. Paris even called Agios Nikodemos to confirm what time church started. Elisavet’s homemade breakfasts were delicious! We loved the variety each day and enjoyed trying the local island recipes. Also, the pool was pristine—perfect for lounging. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the beautiful island of Naxos!

The location is abslutely tops! Just a short walk to a fabulous beach which is ringed by umbrella and beds and a variety of restaurants. So convenient. No crowds. Sandiest beach we found in all the islands. The room was lovely overlooking from above the terrific pool. The staff were so helpful, thankyou Paris. Short ride to the town which had wonderful shops, sightseeing and restaurants.

The room decor was excellent but my husband kept hitting his head on the lovely low hanging wood light. Just needs to be raised. The bathroom can only fit one person at a time but was perfectly clean and manageable.

My family and I recently stayed at the Cycladic Islands Hotel & Spa in Naxos, Greece, and it was unforgettable. From our warm welcome to impeccable service, Paris, the wonderful manager, ensured our stay was perfect. The hotel's design blends traditional Cycladic architecture with modern luxury. Our spacious room had breathtaking views from the private balcony, ideal for unwinding. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh local produce, homemade pastries, and Greek specialties prepared with care by Elsa. The spa facilities were exceptional, leaving my wife and daughter feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The outdoor pool area was serene and comfortable. The location is ideal, with easy access to beautiful beaches and the main town of Naxos. Exploring the island was a joy, and returning to the hotel's tranquility was always a pleasure. The receptionst, Paris was outstanding from the very first minute we stepped in the hotel. She welcomed us warmly and made our stay simply perfect. She organized us a rental car so we can explore the island. The cleaning staff was very friendly, smiling and always available. Spotless rooms and facilities. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops. We will definitely come back. Thank you Paris and thank you Naxos for the beautiful time. :)

The breakfast was very lean. The choice was limited, as there was almost no fruit or vegetables served. The rest was okay.

The rooms were lovely and it was worth having a room with balcony for the view. They were cleaned and serviced daily and the staff worked hard at this. The pool was clean and just big enough and pool and garden area was well maintained. The spa facility was an added bonus and services well priced. The location was good as it was our preference to be away from the main beaches, shops etc but within easy walking distance. The outstanding gem this hotel has is their breakfast cook, Elizabeth. She took great care to prepare a delicious breakfast each morning with plenty of choice and special Greek treats to enjoy which she made by hand. She greeted guests and was a real credit to the hotel.

If you have small children this is not the place for you. The pool is not for little ones and the walk to beaches is along a very busy road, no pathway as such and so not suitable for buggies/toddlers. This did not affect our family group at all as we were parents with adult children but I just thought I’d mention it here for others looking.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations and turned out to be a hidden gem! The best part was the amazing breakfast made by Elsa every morning. She was genuinely friendly and her food was delicious, varied and local. She added a personal touch that made our stay truly special. The hotel room and common areas were nicely designed and always clean. The staff took care of our room while we were having breakfast, which was really convenient. We loved spending time at the pool, and the fact that it stayed open until 9 pm. The views from our balcony and the dining/pool area were great. The nearby Agia Anna beach was fantastic. The sand was soft, the water clear, and there were comfy sunbeds and nice cafes. We went in late September - the weather was perfect for the beach and all local venues (restaurants, cafes, and shops) were still open for business, but the area wasn't crowded. Our stay at this hotel was like a dream. Everyone was so friendly, the place was beautiful, and it was in a great location. We'd love to go back one day!

The best thing that we liked were the people that work here- especially Elizabeth ( the cook). She was beyond friendly, always greeted us with a smile, her food was AMAZING, better than at any restaurant. She personally presented each one of the dishes, and made new dishes every day. She included international food and also Greek cuisine. We travel a lot, this was the best breakfast selection hands down in the last 5 years of our travels.

We had a wonderful check in with the reception staff. We had a welcome shot from a local producer. Our room was as lovely and spacious and as e had a welcome basket with wine due to it being our engagement trip. The pool is lovely and relaxed. It is a stroll the the beach area and ideal for anyone who wants to be in the centre but not in the Main Street.

We really had to think hard to find any fault with this property. Only one thing came to mind the chef is wonderful and friendly but she is a little judge if you don’t finish everything on your plate which was a little awkward. But she was very nice and welcoming.
