I don't want to spoiler, but they don't mention at all that you will have your breakfast in one of the best spot in Naxos, literally in front of the sea! This, on its own, is enough to make it worth, but you will also really enjoy the well cleaned and renovated room with its refined taste and its attention to finishes, supplies and furnishings, the comfy bed and the silent environment, including the elegant ceiling fan as well as the kitchenette with the necessary to cook, all new and clean. I also appreciated the atmospheric room lighting. Worth to mention the friendly and professional staff. Truly and highly recommended if you want to indulge in a relaxing and thoughtless vacation in Naxos.

The design of the room and the view from the bed out over the balcony into some palm trees and behind there the sea... perfect, calm. I was instantly relaxed. It was 100% what we were searching for and we enjoyed every second. There are many restaurants in walking distance and a bus station around the corner which brings u to the main town, so we had mostly no reason to use the car which was also perfect for us.

Our stay at Agia Anna Living was very pleasant and nothing short of amazing. The hosts were super helpful and welcoming , the rooms were spacious and very well maintained and they were serviced everyday. Altogether it was a stellar experience and we would definitely stay here again. There are quite a few low rated reviews on google about the accommodation but I believe they are quite old, and the management has renovated the property quite extensively and none of those stand true anymore. Definite recommendation.

Could use a bit more attention to details. They provided coffee in the room which was great but no sugar or milk. When asked for some sugar at the reception, they told us that it is not included in the amenities...

We had a fantastic stay at Agia Anna Living in Naxos! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond—waiting for us to check in even after reception hours. They were always warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on where to eat and what to explore around the island. The rooms were spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully decorated to reflect the charm of a Greek island. It really felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights for our family was having our own private pool—our kids absolutely loved it! The location is also perfect—peaceful, yet close enough to everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naxos!

Everything was perfect!!

Beautiful room, good location, daily cleaning of the room, nice and helpful staff, breakfast by the sea.

The breakfast pictures on booking are misleading. We expected handmade pastries and breads, mixed fruits and good quality products in general. Everything is industrial and basic quality. For the price we paid (and the pictures we saw), we were expecting more. The coffee is horrible and the last day the machine wasn’t working and they told us that we had to pay to get a proper coffee… after complaining we managed to have an americano. PS The breakfast is 500m from hotel in a nice beach bar. We enjoyed it, but it’s quite a walk under the sun.

Everything was as presented - the room was modern and nice. Excellent and helpful staff. Located near one of the most famous beaches of the island. Free parking spot.

One needs a car to reach the apartment either from the port or from the airport. The rooms offered a ride from the port at a very high price (40€), we rented a car instead. The price was nevertheless very high for a room that didn't have direct access to the beach (one has to walk on the car-road for 5-10 mins which is unpleasant, and doesn't offer a view (it overlooks the other apartments of the complex). Overall I would expect a lower price rather than 150€ per night for a no view/no direct access to the beach room. It was though as presented-no surprises there.

The apatrtment is very nice, modern, stylish, properly equipped. The receptionist were very kind and helpful. The garden is well kept. We enjoyed the private jakuzzi on the terrace. The apartment is pretty easy to reach, it is only a short, 2 minute walk from the bus stop, from the nearest cafes, bars, shop.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to the quality of the apartment. The sortiment is pretty basic and does not change at all from day to day. The wifi was not the best inside the apartment.

We were satisfied and felt like home. Everyone we met from the staff was super nice, check in was smooth and host was helpful - we got some useful tips from them on how to get around island and what is worth to see. Location of the hotel is good, it is a short 10 minutes walk to a nearby beaches and less than 5 minutes to the closest supermarket. We enjoyed breakfast as well and we would like to specially appreciate girl at the reception at breakfast place, who is your first contact when you reach the place, I think she is really trying to make everyone's day better. Very kind person. Thanks to the whole staff

There is a nespresso coffee machine in the room but it's not possible to buy any nespresso capsules in nearby supermarkets. Maybe you can buy it in the hotel but I haven't asked, so this comment might be irrelevant. There were four capsules when we checked in but anyway, one or two capsules a day would be nice to have during your stay.

We were there for more than a week and everything was absolutely perfect . The room was so comfortable and clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the beach and has everything close by. It's quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was provided at a very close beach restaurant with lots of foods to choose from and the view was breathtaking .And the team from the reception , Konstantinos and Theano were absolutely amazing. The were so present and helpful with everything and gave us so many recommendations about what to do and where to go on the island. Besides being very professional they were so so friendly, sweet and kind . We Can't thank them enough really! We will definitely come back .
