I don't want to spoiler, but they don't mention at all that you will have your breakfast in one of the best spot in Naxos, literally in front of the sea! This, on its own, is enough to make it worth, but you will also really enjoy the well cleaned and renovated room with its refined taste and its attention to finishes, supplies and furnishings, the comfy bed and the silent environment, including the elegant ceiling fan as well as the kitchenette with the necessary to cook, all new and clean. I also appreciated the atmospheric room lighting. Worth to mention the friendly and professional staff. Truly and highly recommended if you want to indulge in a relaxing and thoughtless vacation in Naxos.

The design of the room and the view from the bed out over the balcony into some palm trees and behind there the sea... perfect, calm. I was instantly relaxed. It was 100% what we were searching for and we enjoyed every second. There are many restaurants in walking distance and a bus station around the corner which brings u to the main town, so we had mostly no reason to use the car which was also perfect for us.

Recenlty renovated rooms, nice bathroom. The location is great few steps from the beach!

Could use a bit more attention to details. They provided coffee in the room which was great but no sugar or milk. When asked for some sugar at the reception, they told us that it is not included in the amenities...

Beautiful room, good location, daily cleaning of the room, nice and helpful staff, breakfast by the sea.

The breakfast pictures on booking are misleading. We expected handmade pastries and breads, mixed fruits and good quality products in general. Everything is industrial and basic quality. For the price we paid (and the pictures we saw), we were expecting more. The coffee is horrible and the last day the machine wasn’t working and they told us that we had to pay to get a proper coffee… after complaining we managed to have an americano. PS The breakfast is 500m from hotel in a nice beach bar. We enjoyed it, but it’s quite a walk under the sun.

We were satisfied and felt like home. Everyone we met from the staff was super nice, check in was smooth and host was helpful - we got some useful tips from them on how to get around island and what is worth to see. Location of the hotel is good, it is a short 10 minutes walk to a nearby beaches and less than 5 minutes to the closest supermarket. We enjoyed breakfast as well and we would like to specially appreciate girl at the reception at breakfast place, who is your first contact when you reach the place, I think she is really trying to make everyone's day better. Very kind person. Thanks to the whole staff

There is a nespresso coffee machine in the room but it's not possible to buy any nespresso capsules in nearby supermarkets. Maybe you can buy it in the hotel but I haven't asked, so this comment might be irrelevant. There were four capsules when we checked in but anyway, one or two capsules a day would be nice to have during your stay.

We were there for more than a week and everything was absolutely perfect . The room was so comfortable and clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the beach and has everything close by. It's quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was provided at a very close beach restaurant with lots of foods to choose from and the view was breathtaking .And the team from the reception , Konstantinos and Theano were absolutely amazing. The were so present and helpful with everything and gave us so many recommendations about what to do and where to go on the island. Besides being very professional they were so so friendly, sweet and kind . We Can't thank them enough really! We will definitely come back .

Can't complain about anything

The unit was in the perfect location: 3 minute walk to the beach which has a boardwalk dotted with wonderful restaurants. Each with a 'resident' cat ;) We ate at just about every restaurant, and they are all fabulous and offer something special. If you are planning a day cruise (which I highly recommend, with Jason) it leaves from the beach port, again makong Agia Anna Living a brilliant location, as you can relax with no transport admin. We hired a car, and the accommodation offered safe and comfortable off-street parking, which was great. Our unit (comfy) was brilliant and was exactly how the pictures looked in the Ad. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the other furnishings certainly gave a luxury beach holiday feel. Having the minibar fridge was perfect for chilling our waters and wine (you are advised not to drink the tap water). The small porch was a wonderful afternoon sundowner spot before heading back to the beach for dinner. There is also a very handy washing line for hanging up costumes and towels! We absolutely loved it here and will certainly return to AAL with no hesitations. Tip: by water at the supermarkets to save some moolah. The unit doesn't provide beach towels; you can purchase lovely ones (take them home as 'souvenirs' from the little store down the road).

The bathroom sink wasn't cleaned properly on arrival, other than that, everything was extremely clean!

Our family holiday in Greece was unforgettable, thanks to our stay at Aggia Anna Living in Naxos. The hotel had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The beach was a short walk away, perfect for our boys, aged 8 and 10, to enjoy daily. Shops, including a supermarket, were also nearby, making everything convenient. Breakfast, served at a different location within walking distance, was worth it for its delicious variety and stunning views—a fantastic start to our days. Aggia Anna Living’s top-notch service, excellent amenities, and prime location made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for families seeking a perfect holiday retreat in Naxos. Beautiful suite and the terrace with the private pool were the cherry on top! It looked refurbished recently and the pictures do make it justice. The Wifi connection was very good also for remote working (video calls) and the smart TV was a good addition. Breakfast is served in Santana bar on the beach ...7-minute walk but it's all worth it. The staff was very nice and they were also kind enough to allow early check in which was very much appreciated. Location was great - beach was close, Agia Anna port as well, bus station too. Our suite is in the back of the property so even if on a busy road, you couldn't hear the traffic.

Late in the night you could hear a washing machine but besides that, it was all very peaceful.

The location is perfect if you want to be close to the sea, in 2 minutes you can reach the seaside. The property has its own parking area, which was very comfortable and the staff was very kind. The free breakfast is not only convenient, if you don’t want to search for brunch places, but has a best feature: beautiful seaside view. It is a short walking distance from Agia Anna Living. You have to pay separately for better coffee, in the price only the black coffee is included.

The room we booked was a bit small, was not easy to find the position to open the luggage, but not a real issue.
