The staff were very polite. We came earlier and didn't even think that we can check in, but they allowed us to check in and moreover they gave us the keys of two different rooms so we could choose which one we liked it best. The location is perfect. Everything is near, in a walking distance, the beach, the square, restaurants, shops

The parking was some 100m away, which wasn't a problem at all, but it was locked and they had only 2 keys, so in order to take the car, you had to take the key from the desk, then go to the parking to get the car, then come back to the hotel to leave the key. Same if you wanted to park the car. First, you would have to come to the hotel, take the key to the parking, then go and park, and come back to the hotel to leave the key.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mallas! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, it had plenty of storage space, and the bed was very comfortable. The parking was very useful, especially in peak season when it's super busy. It also didn't require a key, as most reviews said, which was even more convenient.

It's owned by a family (for more than 25 years) so there's a friendly and warm atmosphere. The staff was very attentive to any request that we had. We stayed in one of the bigger rooms with a big balcony that oversees the courtyard,where you'll find a small pool. The breakfast is varied and contains local delicacies. In terms of location, you're 100 meters from the beach and the centre of the village. It was clean and fresh despite the heat outside. There's a super market across the street. A lovely detail: we wanted to borrow a towel for the beach and since we were staying in one of the bigger rooms, the hotel gave us a beautiful beach bag and two towels as a gift. It's the type of establishment you want to support, we're glad that we did and hope to do so again.

The coffee could have been a bit tastier.

The location is unmatched. 2min walk from the sea, 1min walk to the main street. Breakfast, although with limited options, was always fresh, rooms are cleaned every day.

They could invest in some cheap mosquito nets. You can literally find them for 5$ in every Chinese shop. We spent the first two nights fighting mosquitoes, which were there from the previous guests (since we installed our own net the minute we entered the room).

Everything. Perfect location in the center with a private parking. Well maintained, equipped and very clean rooms with everything in function. Great breakfast with high variety of different foods and drinks. And on top of everything, the extraordinary hospitality with very high level of professionalism has made our stay wonderful. We will for sure come back again. 😊

The staff is caring and very very polite 🤗The food is amazing and almost every day is different. The location is good, close to the beach and everything else. We were having very good time and perfect experience so I would recommend it to everyone 😊

The water pressure was the only thing that we weren't satisfied with 😕 but that's not something that would give you bad time with all the good people at the hotel 😁

The hotel is in a great location, it is in the center of the city. Nearby there are shops, markets, restaurants, a park, children's playgrounds... The best thing is that the beach is a few steps from the hotel. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and even more so when you have it by the pool. You feel comfortable and relaxed next to the staff.

The parking is free, but you must always take the key from the reception and return it, you have 2-4 minutes to walk to the parking

Very good communication from the very first beginning (we asked for late check in due to our flight). The parking at the front of the hotel was easy. The breakfast was delightful and we had everything we needed.

The bathroom was a bit smaller, and the doors on from the shower cube were missing.

The location, very kind and polite staff, very rich and variety breakfast, comfy bed, good size balcony, 100 meters from the nearest beach and center of the city, private parking 100 meters from hotel.

The rain shower in the Bathroom doesn't work, but the smaller shower was OK, the plastic shelf in minibar was broken.
