Costas, Panayiota and all the staff, but especially Anna, were superb hosts. The breakfasts were out of this world and we never needed to eat lunch after such a feast. We had dinner on three occasions, all cooked by Panayiota, who is a superb cook with some interesting ideas which we enjoyed. The wines that Costas recommended were all very good. Our suite was really comfortable with fantastic views. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Yialasi which is a top rate hotel and very good value for money. We recommend a stay here.

People with mobility issues might find the slopes on which the hotel is built a challenge but we didn’t have a problem despite having spinal issues. Costas drove our car to the door of the suite and unloaded our luggage which removed a potential problem. Guests cannot ask for more. And everything was done with a smile. Costas is ready to help whenever needed so this comment should not be seen as a negative.

It was fantastic from start to finish. The pool was great and the views from the room were wonderful. The breakfasts were excellent and the same can be said of the restaurant food. We dined in the restaurant for all but one of the nights of our stay. On the night that we decided to eat in the nearby town, we struggled to get a taxi and so Kostos (the proprietor) arranged a lift for us free of charge. Nothing was too much trouble for Kostos or his staff. When we had to leave the hotel early in the morning for a trip and also on our early morning departure, a packed breakfast was provided. The hotel looked very good on paper but, in reality, it is even better. We can't wait to be back next year. Both the hotel and the restaurant are excellent value for money. The beach, with very comfortable sun beds with shade cover, is within easy walking distance and only cost between 5 to 10 euros per person per day with refreshments available to purchase. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great holiday in Greece.

We are recently home from a wonderful holiday in Greece. We started by revisiting our dream hotel, 10 years on… and we can report that our memories were entirely accurate. Yialasi is the most fabulous place to unwind. At this hotel, built with passion by the Bekas family, everything is carefully planned to be beautiful. The family are as charming and hospitable as we remembered… nothing seems to have changed. Stunning views, infinity edge pool bordered by orange & olive trees, and freshly squeezed orange juice & Greek yogurt with honey to have for breakfast with the resident cicadas! It is a very nice small hotel with an excellent swimming pool. The view from our room and the swimming pool is just fantastic. You have a great view of the bay and the islands of Agistri and Egina. We chose a family room with a small kitchen and dining area and a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed. A nice terrace with a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic sea view. Good parking is available for all guests and is very close to the rooms. A good breakfast is served in the main lobby, and they change the menu daily. Usually, we do not eat dinner at hotels. We tried ordering dinner in our room the first night, and we were very surprised by the quality and taste of the food. We did the same for the next two nights. It is highly recommended. The owners of the hotel are so nice and are willing to assist you with any request.

having an extraordinary location, the hotel is situated on a slope, in the middle of an olive and orange grove in a green oasis with a panoramic view over the Saronic gulf. The complex offers accommodation services of impeccable quality as well as a selection of food and drinks with local flavor. The staff is kind and the owners are welcoming and helpful in any situation, to whom I would like to convey our gratitude for the hospitality they offered us. A place where we would happily return anytime !

Everything about this hotel is not only excellent, but also EXTRA — the view is spectacular, the accommodations are immaculate and beautiful and tastefully curated, everything needed is provided, the food is of the highest quality and delightfully imaginative, the host is omnipresent in a good way and so kind, and the lush grounds are fragrant with the scent of orange trees and flowers. It was a special surprise to find such a stellar property, and we would love to return.

A few sentences won't do justice to how amazing this hotel is. It's run by an amazing host, with very friendly staff who will do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay. The view is impeccable: all rooms (which are huge) have a beautiful sea view, and of course the lovely pool has the same view. Everything is situated in a very well designed garden which lets you relax immediately, and where they also have olive and orange trees (and others) that produce food which they use in the kitchen. The orange juice could not be fresher! :) the included breakfast is also really tasty and they serve something new every day, and we enjoyed the (non included) dinner very much as well. Lastly, the location is also close by some very nice places to visit: within an hour drive of Epidaurus Ancient Theater, Corinth, Mykonos and Nafplion, and walking distance of the sea (5 mins) and the "Sunken City", which is an ancient villa where you can now swim through the ruins. Perfection! We will be back :)

We love this place

The interior was carefully thought through - a beautiful blend of modern pieces arranged in little areas for quiet and privacy by the small library for example. The grounds were the highlights for sure. Bushes, shrubs, Tacitus plants, lavender bushes, winding paths, green green grass - quite lovely!

So many ants! Pesky things and I’m not a fan of cats either so didn’t enjoy them lurking at breakfast. Also guess can smoke outside even at meal times, which isn’t always great for the non smokings sitting next to them. That goes for smoking on the balconies too.

All Rooms are facing the ocean and most seem to have private balconies. The grounds are very well tended and there are many areas where you can find quiet if you do not want to be poolside. The Greek-style breakfast is very good and also generous. If you don't feel like venturing out the hotel offers a very good menu of well-cooked and very healthy food. I also observed that the guests that were visiting during my stay, were of all nationalities and of the well mannered variety....;-)

Everything is perfect here. Attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. Friendly, attentive and nothing too much trouble from all the staff we encountered. No expense has been spared making this hotel top class - luxurious and stylish in decor and presentation. Very relaxing and our room had the most amazing view across to Aegina, Agistri and over to Piraeus and at night the lights on Attika were lovely. Thank you for having us and giving us beautiful memories of Epidavros.
