Aktis hotel is right on the main strip of Arcaea Epidavros, a lovely small seaside village where you can experience rural life in Greece, although there are plenty of tourist resources i.e. hotels, restaurants and souvenir shops. Aktis offers great price rooms and has a restaurant. Both have a sea view and relaxed vibe. You can watch boats come in and out of the ancient harbour. There is a beach and historic infrastructure near by. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom had a steam shower that was no longer operational.

More information brochures at reception would be useful.

The room looked great and was clean. The hotel is located near restaurants, a mini market and other stores. The beach is about 10 mins away on foot. There's free public parking space nearby. The Wi-Fi, fridge and AC worked well. We recommend this hotel and we will be back in the future.

No balcony tents, no drying racks and no shower riser rail. We didn't complain to the staff, so we don't blame them, as they might have provided a solution.

This hotel is a little gem. The location on the quiet seafront of the village was lovely. The lady who checked us in was incredibly welcoming and friendly, as were the staff of the cafe downstairs. I would agree with some reviews that some of the furnishings were a little tired, but we loved our stay there so much that it did not matter at all and indeed we would love to return for a longer stay sometime.

The rooms itself is awesome! There is a lot of space, beds and couch are comfy, and overall it's very nice and relaxing place. And the balcony with little table and chairs is perfect! Good view as well.

The bathtub needs reconstruction! There are shower doors around it, but they don't work properly so they added curtains as well. But you still have to look at the rusty old shower door. Also the corners inside are turning black and need deep cleaning!

Aktis was the perfect place to stay in town! Great location in the heart overlooking the boats! We were here for a 4 day wedding staff were lovely and location perfect for getting around the local area and towns restaurants and beaches! Excellent value

A little bit noise from the cafe-bar,no good Strom,some no good job,like not easy opening the refrigerator,or the wardrobe.

Easy parking. Very comfortable room with air-conditioning. Good balcony with a lovely view over the water. Very clean and fresh. Bar fridge was handy. Comfortable bed. Great location ... close to restaurants and a stroll to a beach. Not far from Sunken Epidaurus or Little Theatre of Epidaurus.

The toilet needed repairing, but they were onto it.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, superkind staff. We got 2 interconnected rooms for our family which worked very well. One of the cleanest bathrooms we have ever encountered. We parked our car just in front of the hotel, probably because it is January and it is low season, but l guess it would not be too difficult to park in the street during the busier times of the year. We loved the location and would stay here again if we return to this area.

Perhaps they could change the shower curtains and put glass doors instead? but it is a small detail.

Mattress is not flush with bed frame and sheet was draped over sharp corners causing a little injury. Showerhead mounting needs maintenance.

Great location right on the harbour within easy reach of shops and restaurants. Lovely view of the harbour. Pretty village, great cheese pies from the bakery!

It was a shame there was no tea or coffee facilities in the room.
