It is in a great location. You can hear the waves from the sea. If you are a light sleeper and every noise is bothering you it's not for you. But on the other hand it calms you and this is what you wish for when you book a room with sea view. The Staff and the owner were very friendly. We always find spots for parking. Room was big enough. Not much kitchen equipment but enough to cook sometimes for us.

The A/C is old and the plastic cover making a lot of noise because it's vibrating. There were a cleaning every day but it's in the morning so if you want to stay in bed more, you need to let the staff know you didn't want cleaning. And also the cleaning is really loud from the other room so we waked up every morning durring why they cleand the room next to us.

Excellent view, within walking distance from everything, easy parking, friendly staff, spacious rooms, everything was just like in the pictures. Good value for money (we booked it for a long weekend).

Needs darker curtains/drapes because the sun wakes you up even with the shades closed. What is the point of having dark drapes on the hallway windows and not in the rooms... I woke up even earlier than I usually do (the rooms face eastward). Very uncomfortable pillows. No soundproofing. Generally quite clean but it could be better in this area.

This is my third stay at Apollon this year, I like it so much I bring friends and family here when they visit me in Greece. It’s a small family run hotel that is quiet and in a great location. The rooms are big, with fridge, kitchenette and en suite shower. Rooms are serviced every day. There is a little coffee shop in the hotel, a beach opposite and the sound of the waves lapping makes the perfect evening sleep aid. Restaurants and coffee shops a couple of minutes walk away and a lovely volcanic plunge pool in the rocks on the beach 5 minutes walk away, a midnight swim followed by a soak in the hot volcanic mineral water under the super moon this week made for another incomparable memory of time in Greece. If you’re looking for partying and nightlife this is not the place for you, if you’re looking for days exploring the locale and swimming wherever the waters temptations overwhelm you, followed by good home cooked local food, this is the place. Methana is a volcano once famed for its volcanic springs, the springs still exist on this ‘almost’ island, they are free to anyone who wants to partake, there is a crater to be hiked to, beaches dotted around, a multitude of different tavernas to try. On Vathi beach swim with the fish all morning then walk out of the water and spend hours eating fish, return to Methana and have supper in a restaurant where there’s no menu you just get taken to the kitchen where the wife of the owner proudly shows you what she’s cooked for today, and my goodness she’s a good cook. The people are friendly, the coffee is good and if there’s anything you want to know about Methana and what’s going on ask the very nice man at B&B coffee/ restaurant whilst you’re having breakfast, if he doesn’t have the answer when he takes your order, he’ll definitely have all the details by the time you pay the bill. Go see the flamingos on the wetland and watch Methanas goose family as they take the spa waters of an evening.,

Nothing, there’s nothing not to like.

The location and view are fantastic. You are right over the sea, and there are lovely views of Poros and eucalyptus trees. The room is very spacious and the fridge and kettle so useful. It’s extremely clean. The family are friendly and helpful. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach below and refreshments at the hotel. You have everything you need.

The kitchen is very basically equipped.

Love the location, across a little street from the sea, fall asleep to the waves and cicadas. Sunbeds and fixed umbrella shades on the beach, or sit under the shade of the eucalyptus trees if you prefer. Love the ambiance, a real family run studios/hotel with lovely people. The sunrise through the balcony doors whilst laying in bed is to live for. The rooms are a good size with a kitchenette, en suite shower and table & chairs. AC. The rooms are serviced every day. The town of Methana has a character all of it's own, if you like the Mykonos party vibe don't come to Methana. If you want an island atmosphere that's not quite an island, where life slows to a snail's pace, with secluded empty little beaches and plenty of places to explore just a short drive away, come to Methana.

Nothing, absolutely nothing.

the hotel is located very close to Methana port. the room is big and full of light, moreover it has pretty much everything you need to cook by yourself. the view is amazing and the beach is literally a few steps away from the facility, with free usage of the sunbeds last but not least the staff is super kind 💓 will come again for sure.

The location of the hotel is great, with a perfect view of the sea and Poros island. It is a few minutes walk out of the town center, so it was pretty quiet. There is a nice small beach right in front of the hotel, but we didn't use it in the beginning of May.

The bathroom ventilators were noisy other installations were noisy and we could hear when other guests were using it. The double bed was short.

The hotel is located in a nice area facing the sea And beach. Room was clean and even towels. Kitchen is basic but we didnt use it.

During check in no warm welcome and during the day there was no one avialable in the reception except in the evening i think the owners but they dont speak english. Bathroom need update specialy the shower when Water comes out during washing

Just to be prepared that this is an old hotel, you feel like in the 70's, but everything clean and the balcony was a perfect place to meet the sunrise and sundown. on the first floor you can cave coffee and breakfast and enjoy the see! The owner do not speak English, but we manage ! :) There is a small beach just in front of the hotel - a little stoney. Nice, place quite and there a restaurants and bars near the hotel.

Hotel is very close to the beach and is conveniently located at the end of the city of Methana. Thus, is it very quiet but provides easy access to the roads and beaches. Breakfast was fantastic: freshly prepared and so much to eat, great service! Staff very friendly; rooms and the whole hotel so clean - the place is really recommendable.
