Very spacious room, well equipped, clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. The owner was very helpful, picked us up from the port, gave us a small tour, and made sure there was a cold bottle of water in the fridge for us. If you do not have a vehicle, it is quite a walk uphill with many stairs, but the view is worth it.
The bathroom is on the small side, but compared to the rest, I did not focus on that.

Great location and wonderful views. The manager was really helpful and even collected us from Poros Town. The studio had all the facilities we needed, and the linen was changed every 2 days; the towels were luxurious!
The wonderful views come at the cost of quite a few steps to climb to get to the studios, although there is a lift within the building. There is parking by the building so we hired a quad bike to explore the island and this made it easier to access the building from the main road

The host was very friendly. He offered to pick us up from the port and give us a small toure. The rooms are located on a high cliff so keep in mind there are many stairs, but the view is excellent. The center is 15’ away by foot. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. There is a nice beach near by in a walking distance and a selection of restaurants
The rooms weren’t as near to the center as we expected. If you move on foot, the access from the stairs was exhausting. It’s better to rent a atv or an electrical bike.

property has great view on island,huge balcony with umbrella and chairs, it was big room plenty of space, host was nice and he meet me at the port on my arrival and also took me back when i was leaving. Poros port is about 15 min walking from this place, but there are beaches just in 5 min distance. be prepared for walking up stairs, because beachfront houses are all on the hills some of the facilities needed little bit of repairing

Ac not cool enough -old ac equipment- need a new one Tv not working properly due to lack of antenna Road access to the studios was difficult to drive- uphills and very narrow road

Emanuel was incredibly helpful, picking us up from the port and giving us a tour of useful places on the way to the apartment (including the best gelateria ever...). The view from Rania is stunning and the apartment has everything you need.

The owners were very helpful and polite The room was clean, comfortable and with great view The location was adequate for strolls to near beach of Askeli and Poro's town The accomodation is pet friendly which is a bonus (my dog loved it too)

The host is very friendly ,he took us from the port to the studio. The view is marvelous from our balscony. It is in the center of the island.
