Saga Hotel is amazing! Family run hotel so take pride in everything they do. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble. The location is excellent! Over the bridge from the main town 10-15 min walk it is very quiet and only a few minutes to fantastic beach (Kanali) minimart, and great souva shop! The breakfast is good, dinner good and rooftop bar/restaurant is the highlight with the best views and beautifully decorated. They are putting the breakfast area up there in the near future. Lovely pool area with trees around you. We hired a quad and exploded the island which was very easy. The beach chairs are 10euro for 2 so very reasonable for Greece. Poros is such a lovely place to visit, not as touristy, mountains around you and lovely harbour area with lots of great restaurants, especially on the beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely family-run hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean and staff were all welcoming and friendly. The pool was clean, a good size, and had a beautiful bourgainvillea tree one end with plenty of comfortable sun loungers. The rooftop bar had a gorgeous view over the sea and was perfect for sunset cocktails which were well-made and well-priced. It was only a 2 minute walk from Kaneli beach which had a lovely atmosphere and calm waters. There are some gorgeous beaches surrounded by pine trees around 2-2.5km away. The hotel was in a tranquil area but only a 15 min walk to the harbour for dinner.

Such a great stay! We arrived in this hotel and felt like home. The pool is simply amazing, peaceful and well organized, clean. The sea view from the room and the Rooftop bar are literally the best in Poros. Also they serve great cocktail! Location is very good, near the center and all beaches by foot. Food also was amazing delicious, the hotel clean and well mantained. I truly recommend this hotel, family that owns it is great, very client oriented.

The location was very good, easy to walk along to other nice beaches as well as having a beach very nearby. There were also 2 good restaurants and a bar nearby. The room was large and clean and provided with some tea and coffee as well as a kettle. Lots of lovely flowers in the garden.

The one problem I had was that the wifi signal was very poor in my room. As a result I ended up using my own data too much and ran out of data. I think the problem was due to the location of my room, in a corner on the ground floor.

Great location. Kanali beach very close by and Askelli beach only 10-15min walk. Main town a short 10 min walk. Apartment was spacious,comfortable, very clean with great views of the main town and harbor. Breakfast was good. Home cooked meals at the property were great. The boys ran from Askelli beach when they realised lunch time meal service was almost finished in order to get back in time to have the pasta. Of course lovely home cooked meals can only come from a caring family run hotel which Zefi, Taki and family do beautifully. Always on hand to help, answer your queries and for a friendly chat, even Freddy the parrot has a lovely word or two to say!! Pool is great too.

A little dated in the fittings but this does not detract from the quality of your stay and if in Poros again would definitely book at Saga Hotel again.

We fell in love with this property last year. So we knew where we were going. It was even better. They opened rooftop cafe with magnificent view on island, with delicious Greek and western cuisine and very reasonable process. They even had a curry day in the kitchen. The port is very close to walk and Canali beach just few steps away. Supermarket and everything for a good rest.

I loved everything and plan to go back.

The pool was amazing! Great sunbeds and extremely clean. Quiet location. Our room was large, clean and overlooking the pool and sea… nice balcony too! The new Sky Bar is fantastic… what a great way to end your day than with a lovely meal watching the sun go down on a fabulous view! A real winner!! But best of all are the family who own/run the hotel… they make you so welcome! Thank you Zefi, George and Titus

The hotel and pool area and the sunbeds were kept immaculately clean. The view from the balcony of our room was lovely and the rift top bar/ restaurant was amazing. We really enjoyed having a drink and meal up there watching the sunset.

The breakfast didn’t have much choice and compared to everything thing else being excellent I thought it was a little disappointing.

Already high standards but still looking to improve. This will end up being a very sought after hotel in Poros. Only a few minutes walk from the Port.

The breakfast area is the darkest area but this is being moved to the rooftop in the next couple of weeks, which we were shown and will be amazing. We will have to return. Guests this year will be blown away. See the photos of the views from the new rooftop area. Its an amazing job.

Saga Hotel was perfect. The owners were exceptional people, the staff was perfect. The food was amazing and the rooftop bar and restaurant is beautiful. The pool and room were very clean. I have nothing bad to say everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing to not like. Everything was fantastic
