We stayed at a small, intimate adults-only hotel in the heart of Agistri. It’s quiet, peaceful, tastefully designed, and has exactly the right vibe. The location is super convenient – just a few minutes' walk from the beach, the village center, the ferry, and the local bus. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the whole atmosphere is relaxing. It’s not a big hotel – and honestly, that’s part of the charm. Kalliopi, the owner, cooks fresh and delicious breakfasts every morning, with help in the kitchen and one super sweet and kind waitress. Beyond the food, Kalliopi is simply an amazing human being – she was so generous and accommodating. The staff was great – helped us with laundry, taxi bookings, whatever we needed – always with a smile and no fuss. As for transportation – you don’t have to rent a car unless you want to explore the more remote beaches like Dragonera or Aponisos. A regular or electric scooter is more than enough to get around the island. Bottom line – this place has soul, style, clean, it’s full of love and feels like home. We’d absolutely come back.

For my partner’s opinion the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

I only can sing praises about Kalliopi and her team. We had a spectacular stay in this comfortable, friendly hotel. The room was extremely comfortable with black out windows and reliable temperature control with the air conditioning. The bed was also firm and easy to sleep on. Each morning the team serves a unique breakfast and then also asks to make something for you if you have a special request. One morning we had to leave early to catch a boat and they gave us very tasty spanakopita to takeaway. I can’t wait to return.

I really have nothing negative to say about this stay. I’d just note that the rooms don’t really have a sea view although the hotel is steps away from multiple beaches. This was not a problem for us at all.

We loved everything from the moment we entered. First of all, the location of the hotel is great, very easy to find, a walking distance from Skala port, and located at the center just in front of the church. Then Kalliopi welcomed us with her hurt open and her big smile. The hotel is pretty, peaceful, and allows you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The breakfast that Kalliopi cooked with love and Tallent is authentic Greek cuisine all so beautifully served and delicious. It is a preveldge to start your day with this perfect breakfast. my daughter and I fell in love with Kalliopi and her friendly staff, with the beautiful Island of Agistri .and we wish we will be able to visit her hotel again in the future.

That we had to leave 😪 because our vacation ended.

I never thought I would have such a sweet accommodation experience. First of all, I would like to thank them all for the sweet gesture of changing my garden floor room to a room with a view on the upper floor. The breakfast, the guests, all the staff were excellent. Considering the proximity of the hotel to everywhere, the positive aura and the service, the price performance is very normal. I will definitely come again.

There was nothing bad.

The decor of this hotel was beautiful, so stylish in Boho Greek-chic style. The hotel was spotlessly clean and it smelled lovely in all indoor areas. The breakfast included in the price was outstanding . You were served a selection of Greek pastries, homemade breads & jams and you could choose eggs anyway served with salad , also freshly squeezed OJ & the most delicious coffees. Location was fabulous , just 5 minutes from the beach and opposite the beautiful blue doomed village church.

There wasn’t much to dislike at all, it was practically perfect . The staff team were lovely from the smiley cleaners to the lovely girl who served breakfast. The young man on reception didn’t seem as happy as the other staff members but when asked he was helpful with any queries. Maybe one recommendation for guests having to leave for an early ferry would be for the hotel to possibly offer a take-away sandwich or snack in lieu of the breakfast they’d already paid for but unfortunately miss out on because having to leave before breakfast is served. All in all though though we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend staying at Saronis , it is a beautiful place.

Lovely room, tastefully furnished and whilst not huge had everything one could want with a large, comfortable bed and reasonably sized balcony. We were in room 10 which we liked, a nice view through the archway to the passersby and the restaurant but with the large canopy for shade it felt very private. There are other areas to sit and relax and a selection of books to borrow. The breakfasts were fabulous, lots of different dishes beautifully presented, mostly fresh and homemade. Served in the pretty, private courtyard. Eggs were an option but you could also have Greek salad or delicious Greek yoghurt with fresh fruit and honey. Freshly squeezed orange juice was a highlight and also the coffee (second cups are charged extra). We liked the location, convenient for the town centre, restaurants and main beach but very peaceful. There is also a beach within a few metres and the bus stop opposite. We walked from Skala port (about 10 mins) but if you arrive at Myli you would need transport, it's only about a mile or so but with little shade and scorching sun it would be challenging if you have more than a rucksack.

They do not offer the full range of rooms online, there are larger bedrooms and some maisonettes; these have a lower floor bathroom and steep spiral staircase to the bedroom. Booking.com also state Adults only but there were children staying when we were there. It's not particularly attractive to children since there is no swimming pool so I guess that limits the number of children there.

Wonderful hotel, extremely clean and cozy. Kalliopi the owner is so friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect as was the balcony. And the breakfast - OMG! Every day there was a fresh savory dish and fresh pastries, eggs made to perfection or a bowl of yogurt with fresh fruit nuts and honey, smiles and great coffee. We'll definitely return!

Not really a problem but should note that the hotel doesn't have a private beach or beach view. However we walked 2 minutes to the beach every day and also viewed the sunset from the roof. Also - ask for a mop and rugs for the bathroom because there's no shower curtain.

Pretty much everything. Calliope the host and all of the staff and family in there were very kind and accommodating. The clean room that waited for us had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed, a balcony and a nice shower ( no curtains, don't worry, it dries quick) The place is beautiful to the last details with good taste and a very personal touch. The location was perfect for us. A couple of minutes walk to the port, a few steps from the beach and close to the main shops and restaurants in skala. The BREAKFAST was not only generous, it was made with love, care and skills. We loved our stay in Saronis and are looking forward to coming back soon x

This is an incredibly beautiful and lovingly decorated place! Very beautiful inner garden, clean and cozy. The owners of the hotel are very responsive, pleasant, help with any issue. Home atmosphere and a sense of celebration every day. Breakfasts are very tasty, everything is homemade and fresh. The hotel is conveniently located, next to the pier, where ferries and boats from Athens come, the beach and many restaurants and shops. Near the hotel there is a bus stop that takes you to any part of the island. Wonderful hotel, I recommend with love.

The location is ideal - close to the bay, and close to the other smaller beaches. The hotel space itself is a small respite that is tastefully appointed. Rooms that face the Main Street have great double paned doors that block the occasional day traffic. There is no night traffic. The breakfast is outstanding and one you will compare all future breakfasts against, for every future hotel stay anywhere!! Calliopi, the proprietress, is the wizard in the kitchen…every morning. She’s also friendly, and happy to make your acquaintance. Where else do empty coffee mugs come to your table heated, awaiting the first pour from your own French press (many other coffee choices, too)? It’s a multi-course home cooked breakfast that is different every day and well served by Jessica. Ersi is the resource at the reception area; he’s very welcoming and knowledgeable. It’s our second stay and I still can’t say enough great things about Saronis. Love that it’s adults only, too.
