Costas, Panayiota and all the staff, but especially Anna, were superb hosts. The breakfasts were out of this world and we never needed to eat lunch after such a feast. We had dinner on three occasions, all cooked by Panayiota, who is a superb cook with some interesting ideas which we enjoyed. The wines that Costas recommended were all very good. Our suite was really comfortable with fantastic views. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Yialasi which is a top rate hotel and very good value for money. We recommend a stay here.

People with mobility issues might find the slopes on which the hotel is built a challenge but we didn’t have a problem despite having spinal issues. Costas drove our car to the door of the suite and unloaded our luggage which removed a potential problem. Guests cannot ask for more. And everything was done with a smile. Costas is ready to help whenever needed so this comment should not be seen as a negative.

This hotel is exceptionally excellent, in many ways it feels like a mini personalized resort. The rooms are spread across several building so that you each have an excellent sea view with your own private balcony. The bed was very comfy and the furnishings are new and modern, including coffee machine, kettle, fridge, and smart TV. The attention to planning and landscaping is beautiful; flowers, fruit trees and olives line the paths and common areas. The pool and patio deck is always available and provides both sun and shade with lounge chairs. You can reach the beach by walking and the nearby city by bikes or car. The breakfast was full of fresh produce along with eggs, toast, and pastry. The coffees were the best we had in all of Greece. The dinner menu and wines were equally interesting and excellent. The staff were always available and helpful. We will plan to come back and spend more time here.

It was fantastic from start to finish. The pool was great and the views from the room were wonderful. The breakfasts were excellent and the same can be said of the restaurant food. We dined in the restaurant for all but one of the nights of our stay. On the night that we decided to eat in the nearby town, we struggled to get a taxi and so Kostos (the proprietor) arranged a lift for us free of charge. Nothing was too much trouble for Kostos or his staff. When we had to leave the hotel early in the morning for a trip and also on our early morning departure, a packed breakfast was provided. The hotel looked very good on paper but, in reality, it is even better. We can't wait to be back next year. Both the hotel and the restaurant are excellent value for money. The beach, with very comfortable sun beds with shade cover, is within easy walking distance and only cost between 5 to 10 euros per person per day with refreshments available to purchase. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great holiday in Greece.

We are recently home from a wonderful holiday in Greece. We started by revisiting our dream hotel, 10 years on… and we can report that our memories were entirely accurate. Yialasi is the most fabulous place to unwind. At this hotel, built with passion by the Bekas family, everything is carefully planned to be beautiful. The family are as charming and hospitable as we remembered… nothing seems to have changed. Stunning views, infinity edge pool bordered by orange & olive trees, and freshly squeezed orange juice & Greek yogurt with honey to have for breakfast with the resident cicadas! It is a very nice small hotel with an excellent swimming pool. The view from our room and the swimming pool is just fantastic. You have a great view of the bay and the islands of Agistri and Egina. We chose a family room with a small kitchen and dining area and a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed. A nice terrace with a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the fantastic sea view. Good parking is available for all guests and is very close to the rooms. A good breakfast is served in the main lobby, and they change the menu daily. Usually, we do not eat dinner at hotels. We tried ordering dinner in our room the first night, and we were very surprised by the quality and taste of the food. We did the same for the next two nights. It is highly recommended. The owners of the hotel are so nice and are willing to assist you with any request.

having an extraordinary location, the hotel is situated on a slope, in the middle of an olive and orange grove in a green oasis with a panoramic view over the Saronic gulf. The complex offers accommodation services of impeccable quality as well as a selection of food and drinks with local flavor. The staff is kind and the owners are welcoming and helpful in any situation, to whom I would like to convey our gratitude for the hospitality they offered us. A place where we would happily return anytime !

Everything about this hotel is not only excellent, but also EXTRA — the view is spectacular, the accommodations are immaculate and beautiful and tastefully curated, everything needed is provided, the food is of the highest quality and delightfully imaginative, the host is omnipresent in a good way and so kind, and the lush grounds are fragrant with the scent of orange trees and flowers. It was a special surprise to find such a stellar property, and we would love to return.

We loved everything about the property. The beautiful gardens, the decor, the stunning views, the incredibly amazing breakfasts and dinners. Most importantly the incredible people .Kosta and Panayiota and their amazing staff have created a beautiful oasis.

There is so much to like at this beautiful hotel. Great breakfast, wonderful staff and beautifully decorated. Just a short walk to the beach the pool. Meals in their restaurant were so good and sitting outside with the stunning view and wonderful meals was special.

We really like these special boutique hotels, this is one of those hotels that exceeded all our expectations. It is clean and calm, beautifully decorated, has an amazing pool, a spectacular view, a varied and special breakfast, smiling and gracious staff that is always helpful. It is highly recommended to reach this area by car.
