Wonderfully cozy and very homey atmosphere with a touch of tasteful old-world charm. Everything exudes history. It is a beautiful old building, robustly built and nicely maintained without losing the yesteryear feel. Lots of levels and pleasant corners to sit and relax. With a wonderful rooftop veranda with beautiful views. Excellent staff - warm, friendly, generous and helpful. Also the location is perfect!
The lights in our room were quite strong and harsh, both the main one and the bed lamps. Would be much more comfortable not to have to stare at exposed light bulbs.

Very nice location and pretty building. It felt a bit like a Mexican hacienda.
The bathroom was very basic and, if you forgot to turn on the hot water, we’ll, you took a cold shower. At some point the room had a lot of water on the floor, not clear if from the balcony after a torrential rai. Or from the fridge.

The guy at the reception was super nice, and he took the time to tell us his favourites local restaurants and places, as well as a suggestion of what to do everyday. Thank you for make the stay special!
The curtain of the shower was too inside the shower, it was getting sticked all the time

My wife and I were delighted with our four-night stay in a suite at the Aeginitikon Arhontikon Stylish Boutique Hotel. Our suite was large with high ceilings and generous windows. It clearly reflected the style of an early 20th century townhouse with polished wood floors, elaborately painted ceilings and colourful walls. We found it both very attractive and very comfortable. There were sufficient shelves and cabinets for all our things. Almost as important is the rest of the building, which features delightful courtyards and remarkably attractive public areas. The location is great, as it was very quiet in the evening and at night but convenient in all respects. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The "breakfast boxes" which the hotel made available at a very reasonable price suited us very well, especially as in the public areas of the hotel there were great places to sit and enjoy our breakfast.
The bathroom rather lacks the charm, comfort and convenience of the rest of the suite, but it does provide all the usual facilities (though some extra patience may be called for). In that respect it is encouraging that the hotel is to be renovated. Let us hope, however, that the renovation will result neither in the loss of the hotel's charm nor in massive increases in the prices that hotel guests are expected to pay.

Beautiful historic building with lots of character, plenty of space in the junior suite and the lounges and courtyard. Very friendly and welcoming staff and a nice local breakfast with a selection of pastries, bread and spreads and freshly made coffee. And a good location just a few streets back from the main part of the harbour.
The bathroom in the junior suite was a bit small and difficult to access for my elderly parent. But it’s an old property so it’s to be expected that amenities are not ideal. And the single bed in the same room was a bit hard and uncomfortable. It could do with a softer layer on top.

This is a very nice hotel with character. The location is very central, next to a church - which rings its bells in the morning on the hour -, the breakfast is excellent, served in boxes with a selection of yochurt, pastries -sweet and savoury- and good coffee. There are a couple of small courtyards to sit and a pleasant roof terrace. The staff is extremely helpful! Rooms were cleaned daily by a very hard working lady. The bed was comfortable, the air-co sufficient. The wifi good.
The room we had was small and the shower was tiny. It was all doable but could have been better. The sliding door between the shower and the room made a lot of noise, which must have been disturbing for the neighbouring guests.

The place is really beautiful and charming. I loved the inner gardens where you can sit an have a coffee and the tea room is absolutely cute. They also offered us free Greek coffee in the morning, which is also nice. And the location is great: with views to a church and a supermarket 1 min away.
I didn't like the bathroom at all. The window was very small, so, the smells wouldn't go easily. The shower was kind of an improvised shower, so, every time we had a shower there was a lot of water coming into the room.

The property is a short walk to the port and the main town (about 2/3 minutes). The property is beautiful, with classical architecture, gorgeous balconies and outdoor seating areas full of plants and flowers. The owner and staff were incredible, they gave us great recommendations for beaches, sight-seeing, restaurants and bars. Owner and staff were very hospitable and kind, offering complementary coffees in the morning and breakfast boxes for 7 euros (affordable and filling). We really enjoyed our stay and when we go back to Aegina island will definitely be booking here again!
Everything was great!

The room was airy and thoughtfully furnished. The public rooms were absolutely charming - it felt like stepping into a private Greek home at least a hundred years ago, with antique furniture, stained glass panels in the windows, even the ceilings painted with scenes from classical times. The courtyard and other open areas were also delightful, with plants and seating. And the staff were particularly helpful and pleasant.
