Fabulous place, very clean and tidy and beautifully presented. The apartments were will appointed and very clean. The hosts are extremely nice and friendly and cannot do enough for you, they treated us like vip’s. They do not bother you and leave you to your own space. Respect should be shown to these nice people! There is a lovely swimming pool and sun bed area. The views are gorgeous and there are 2 supermarkets about 25 meters away and 2 good restaurants right on the the gorgeous beach again about 20 meters away down a track. A taxi ride to/fro Poros port is €5 each way and a good service

Nothing really However a word of caution there are many steps as the accommodation is built on a hillside and not good for the less mobile or very old or with walking / heart problems. Also there is no car parking but there is a quad/ motorcycle / bicycle shop right across the road for you to hire.

We had a lovely stay in September. Owners are friendly, helpful, and can always be found if you need them. Apartment had a great view and we were lucky to have one with a balcony that had shade for most of the morning, and the late afternoon onwards. We embraced the many stairs (how else do you get the views, and lose the extra holiday calories!). The pool was the best temperature - just cold enough to be refreshing late afternoon without making us hesitant to go in - and super-clean. There are two supermarkets within 5 mins walk which are both good value, one of which had fresh still-warm bread every morning, and apart from the two tavernas on the beach 3 mins walk away, there are also tavernas 10 minutes walk away in both coastal directions, with the main town a little further, but still walkable, so it was an ideal location. Finally, there was a 'book swap table' in the Reception area which was a bonus for us.

Location is a 10 minute walk from the port. Studio was no frills but perfectly adequate. Pool was the best we experienced on our Greek adventure. Giannis and Miranda are hospitality professionals and could not be more welcoming and helpful. The Steps ? Yes it’s 80+ to the rooms with the best view. We had a lower one only 38! We enjoyed the Beach at Askeli 8mins walk in the opposite direction to the port and found the food and service in the New Aegli Hotel restaurant @ Askeli really good and if anything slightly better value than in the port. Tip Giannis likes his soccer remember the number one team in Greece is AEK Athens!!

Nothing really hoping to revisit in 2025/

It was what we expected and we had a great week. It was comfortable and a good location, had lovely views and is run by a lovely husband and wife team who are very attentive. Good value for money with air con, private en-suite bathroom and a small kitchen including fridge and use of a lovely looking pool. It is no frills but was perfect for us for the week.

It was as we expected and it didn’t disappoint. If you have mobility issues there are a lot of steps so it wouldn’t be ideal.

Well, it's all been said in other reviews but worth saying again. Great hosts, there if you want them, in the background otherwise. Spotlessly clean apartment with fabulous sea views. Lovely pool, cleaned every day. Now to the elephant in the room,the dreaded steps. I have some mobility issues but I was able to climb the 60 odd steps without too much trouble. The pay off...sensational views.

The location and size of the apartment. 15 min walk to the port in one direction and 15 min walk to Askeli beach in the other direction. Ideal. Supermarkets close by, fuel station and quad bike hire on the doorstep. Fabulous views from the hotel

Air con system went off every time patio door was opened, so during the eve I couldn’t sit out once daughter was in bed as the apartment just got too hot and unbearable. Bit of a pain. The pool area opened 10am-7pm. We couldn’t enjoy an early morning swim before going out exploring the island, and often we got back at 7pm when pool was closed. So sadly we didn’t get to experience much of the pool due to the opening times. Such a shame, it’s always nice to have an early morning dip and then jump into the pool after a long day in the sun exploring.

A nice property just outside Poros town proper, walkable distance from the ferry-port. Hotel has a well kept surrounding, nice pool area, plenty sunbeds and umbrella and a deep pool (2.50m). However, as others also mentioned, there are some 'house rules' to obey which was fine for us so all guest can feel good and also enjoy the peace at nighttime when you sip your drink on the balcony watching sunset! We stayed in a duplex room, which was actually pretty nice. Large balcony too, with great views! Also nice that the staff checks the room daily and refills soap/shampoo and empty the bins. It's small details, but don't go unnoticed!

The duplex room has a bedroom downstairs. Exactly this area is less/ more difficult to cool with the aircon. So it got pretty warm at night. Maybe it's an idea to invest in a secondary airco-unit or combine a set-up with 2 units on 1 remote, so the whole duplex room can cool accordingly. Otherwise then this, all was ok here!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. They were available from 7 till 7 everyday but unobtrusive. The accommodation was comfortable, spacious, very clean and excellent value for money. The views from both studio balconies were amazing. My husband and I would definitely return.

We travelled with my 80 year old father and the walking distance to Poros Town and the steps were a bit too much for him at times. Although he did insist on walking when taxis were readily available and suggested!

Wonderful week-long stay at KTM. Great location near the military base on the edge of Poros Town. Clean and hospitable with amazing view from my balcony.

Just a warning that there are a lot of stairs to get from the street to the rooms. My room was at the top and it.was 95 stairs up. Good exercise each day!
