The view from the room, ability to park my car, the location to the town and the breakfast. I must say that the young lady, unfortunately I can't remember her name, who worked during the morning and day was wonderful. I had a minor accident in the foyer which due to blood thinners resulted in considerable bleeding, she could not have been more kind and helpful. I am extremely grateful for the way she helped me. We only stayed for 3 nights before moving on and we'll almost certainly do the same next year.

The room was small and the bathroom was very small.

We stayed on the top floor in a wonderful three-room suite with a kitchenette that included a washing machine, dishwasher, and even a capsule coffee machine. The suite was very cozy, with a lovely balcony offering a fantastic view of the sea. Each room had air conditioning, which was very effective and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with something new every day. The staff was beyond praise, very welcoming and friendly.

It would have been good to improve the ventilation in the bathroom, as there was a smell of pipes and it was very humid. We really missed having a glass partition separating the bathtub from the rest of the bathroom. Every time we took a shower, the entire floor was covered with water.

All the rooms seem to face the seat and have a balcony. Sitting on the balcony watching the sea was such a beautiful experience. Walking back from the dinner allowed us to meet the many cats who sit on the rocky shore.There are 6 hotel parking spaces although street parking is not difficult.

The shower was a bit small due to placement of the controls on a different wall to the soap holder. The fridge worked ok for drinks although the hotel staff told us it was just a cool-box not a fridge.

The view from the room was spectacular overlooking the sea. Ideally placed for catching the ferry, which was important to us as we were walking the Samaria Gorge from there. Staff exceptional, always happy to chat and give useful information. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the tiles in the bathroom were beautiful We loved it

This is a 2-star hotel with some appealing features. Very good for a few days’ stay. The room and bathroom are small but adequate. The small balcony overlooking the water and mountains is a real bonus. There is a large, very comfortably furnished terrace outside the front of the hotel with the same view. 3 minutes walk from the downtown restaurants make the location quiet in the evening. 7 minutes walk to the sandy beach on the west side of town. Breakfast is good and makes for excellent value overall.

The property was in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the town. We had a loft apartment and the view from the balcony was fabulous. The apartment was stylish clean comfortable and very well equipped.

Our only criticism was the shower was under the eaves which made it difficult to stand up and without any shower screen or curtain it was difficult not to make a mess.

Good breakfast with cold meats/ cheese; eggs and bacon; breads; pastries; cereals and yoghurt; juice; fresh fruit; and hot drinks. Good central location and all rooms have sea view.

Fridge in the room could have been bigger and no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, although this would probably be unusual for a hotel in Crete as opposed to a studio / apartment. All the balconies face East so no evening sun, a shame in the Autumn but maybe good in Summer?

A superb location as it was a 3 minute walk to a small beach which had the cleanest water I’ve ever experienced in my global travels. A 5 minute walk the other direction and you are in the middle of a multitude of dining options. Our room had full sea view. The complimentary breakfast was the best computed breakfast we had=ve experienced in 20 hotel stays in Greece. Front desk staff were very helpful

Leaving

Stayed for 3 nights in early October. Room was good with all the facilities including a balcony with view of the sea. It had a safe. It was quiet.. Bathroom and shower were small but good. Breakfast was very good with plenty of everything including fruit and cooked breakfast. Breakfast was outdoors with lovely view of the sea.

The hotel was as described and exceeded my expectations. The location, the view, the room, facilities and breakfast were very good. It was so good we asked to and stayed and extra night. The two receptionists and the other staff we met could not have been more accommodating and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like.
