The villa is located in the perfect position, up from the main road and overlooks the water. You see the sunrise in the morning and the sunset at the back of the property. We were travelling with our 3 young kids and they loved it. It was peaceful as no other properties surrounded the group of villas. The pool was large and was perfect for us to spend the mornings around the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable, lots of pillow options too. Our villa (number 11) had a dining table inside and out which was great as there were 6 of us. Our hosts were easy to contact, kindly making our restaurant and beach reservations.

We didn't realise that the villa was over three levels with one level in the basement (3/4rds underground) that had two of the rooms. We found the kitchen didn't have enough plates, glasses and cutlery or any cleaning supplies which would have been great as we stayed for 8 nights. Also the TV in the lounge area was mounted to the wall that didn't face the seating area.

The villa is comfortable and quiet, having a private pool is awesome and what makes it is the team. From the manager ( George) to the housekeeping team and the Pets ( fifi the pooch and mai the cat) everyone works as a team to just make the place a wow. The other residents were super lovely and we had communal drinks a couple of nights at our pool. The villa can easily organise a car if you need a pick up or drop off to hikes etc and it was super reasonable. We also had recommendations on wines ( George is a qualified sommelier) and restaurants. There’s a washing machine and a line and a dishwasher. I cooked a couple of meals which is always super convenient. I also did a couple of walks on the area one down to the beach which was lovely.

I would like to see filtered water instead of bottled water and big refillable containers of shampoo and conditioner

We had the best time at Acron Villas. Property is a 10/10 and service from the Acron team other 10/10. We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 small children and found the villa really comfortable: super comfy beds! Great distribution of the property with bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs! Good size swimming pool! And full functioning kitchen to cook at the Villa from time to time! The Acron team was super helpful and provided lot of recommendations. They were truly accommodating and made us feel like home. Views are amazing and will definitely miss them every morning. Downside to them is that the Villa is up in a hill so a car is highly recommended!! We rented one and found everything really easy but for those not willing to drive this will be a consideration when looking into Acron. Nice beaches nearby with and without beach clubs and family friendly (or not depending on what you look for!). Naousa a 10-15 min drive and great to visit and for drinks / dinner. Would definitely recommend and come back! Great for couples / families and friends! Thanks Acron!

The villas are in a fantastic location above Kolymphres beach, Naousa. The hosts, George, Athanasia, Thomas were fantastic. Great tips on where to go, eat, lots of very local knowledge. Only a WhatsApp away and responded within minutes if we had a question/ query. The private pools are a joy and the villas are very spacious with quite amazing views. There is even a lounge at the sea port which you can use free of charge if you are waiting for a ferry connection (with air conditioning)

Everything was perfect. Would recommend a car hire if you’re there for a few days. It’s on the hill, so a good 15 min walk to the main road, 5 min car drive.

5 stars across the board! As a group of 7 friends we hired the 5 bedroom Villa. We could not recommend this Villa and Acron more highly. From checkin we knew we were in for a special stay, the welcome was amazing and the staff at Acron are some of the nicest, most hospitable people I’ve come across during my travels. The accommodation itself was beautiful and all the bedding and bathroom amenities were top quality. The staff were so helpful in organising transfers, food deliveries, birthday delivery, specific cleaning/ bedding practices (a person is very allergic to certain products) - nothing was too hard for them. I look forward to visiting the beautiful villas again and seeing the outstanding staff (including the puppy Fifi) in future!

Athanasia welcomed us with a wonderful smile and a fresh drink, we could not have dreamt of a better start to our stay! She was very clear with the instructions, a very kind person. We had a perfect holiday, the villa was amazing, so quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need and is perfectly located minutes away from Naoussa, restaurants, little boutiques and nightlife. The communication via WhatsApp is very convenient and the recommendations were spot on! We highly encourage Paros visitors to choose Acron Villas. We will definitely be back!

Everything was absolutely amazing! The villa, the view of the sea, the private pool, the staff. We had such a good time that after we departed to a different hotel in Paros we decided to cancel it and come back for a few more days. The staff was very helpful and assisted with every request or question we had. Do yourself a favor and go stay there.

There is nothing to dislike. Be prepared for a bumpy and steep road coming to the villas (as in many places in Paros)

When we arrived we were greeted by the hosts, I forget his name, with a very tasty homemade tea and a wealth of knowledge. He sat down with us to go over a map of Paros and give us his local knowledge of the area. Once at our villa he gave us a very in depth tour explaining every aspect of the villa. Also when I ordered a bottle of wine, which they happened to be out of, the manager provided us with a bottle of his own for the inconvenience. I do not have one bad thing to say about our visit.

The style and size of the villa was beautiful. It is about a 12-15 min drive into Naousa town though, and getting a taxi can be a painfully long wait during the busy seasons. If you’re not bothered by that, then this is the place for you! The staff are super helpful too - they even ordered a coffee to be delivered to my villa!

The only thing I ‘didn’t’ like is that they don’t clean the villa everyday. We were a family of 6 staying in one of the villas and were there for 5 nights and they charged us extra 30 euros to have the house cleaned (beds made, bins changed and fresh towels). The outside area also had lots of ants and the shrubs/plants in the garden area were unkept and unruly which made it somewhat difficult to walk to the pool. But it is lovely!!
