The room was clean and comfortable, the building overall feels cozy and "resort-y". The food was really good. It's not often a buffet feels so well-made and offers actual variety, but there was a lot to choose from, and all of it was good. So much of the whole experience felt thoughtful, welcoming, and caring. Like someone really wants this to feel special. And nowhere is that more evident than in the staff. This was one of the best and friendliest experiences I've had in a hotel ever.

As good as the staff is, the restaurant staff was almost… too good. Like, there were maybe 10-12 waiters working there at breakfast. Which seems insane considering that it's a buffet, no foods actually needs to be served. They're all just there to remove empty plates and serve drinks, and when they're not doing that they basically stand next to the table waiting for you to finish eating. I get it, service is the name of the game, and attentive staff is wonderful. But this hits just slightly off-mark.

The food was good and varied. The breakfast and dinner buffet was really well put together and we never had the feeling of it being overcrowded. The waiters and personnel were really nice. The room was very comfortable (great beds and pillows). Shower pressure was amazing and everything worked properly (AC for example).

The drinks were not included with the food. We couldn't get tap water (although it was available for breakfast) with dinner and had no other choice for water than to buy expensive water bottles (almost 4 euros).

Nice resort style hotel right in the heart of Plakias. Lovely to be able to stroll the seawalk and town just steps from the hotel. Breakfast and dinner buffets were included, the food was good with lots to choose from and the restaurant staff were wonderful! As were the reception staff, they made sure we were happy and enjoying ourselves. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a resort type hotel.

The hotel was at full capacity so you had to sign up for specific breakfast and dinner times. It worked out alright, but not our personal style.

Everything around was walking distance. The food at the restaurant, the cocktails from the bar. All the staff were friendly but also professionals. Congratulations, we had a great time and we are looking forward to come again.

The bathroom was small even for a normal size man. The cleaning ladies changed the position for all of our stuff around the room. I don't know why they did that. After they cleaned the room, the air-condition was left at 20 degrees and the room was cold when we get back.

For the lovers of a calm vacation. Wasn’t crowded at all even in the high season. Staff of the hotel was super nice and helpful and the choice of food for breakfast and dinner was great! Delicious! I also recommend visiting their cooking class!

Doesn’t have its own beach so you would have to pay for the sun bed and umbrella which makes the convenience/price ratio worse. I do not recommend going to the closest beach across the road!!!!!!!!!! My mom went to the beach, left her clothes and personal things on the sun-bed, did not find a person to pay for the sun-bed and went for a swim. In 15 minutes she came back and didn’t find her things! Beach boy (or whoever the guy is) simply took them and went away! Later we found him and paid the money but the fact is: you are not allowed to take personal things!!! Rude and ignorant guy. No wonder the beach is empty even in the high season!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly staff, overall peaceful feeling in the whole hotel and its guests. Restaurant is awesome, both for breakfast and dinner. Bar is also pretty good. The services they offer and their flexibility with things are great as well. Location is awesome for sea enthusiasts - Plakias beach is very close by foot, and it is a particularly good beach to go with a small kid, as it is huge and sandy. Cleaning service does a phenomenal job.

Swimming pool is not really interesting because it is small and not deep. It is good for sunbathing by its side, but not much for swimming. Beds were a bit too soft.

The Hotel was in a perfect location, it had a lovely feel to it as all of the staff were so welcoming, helpful, charming and accommodating. The food was excellent, so much choice at the buffet breakfast and dinner. The whole place was very well manicured, clean and pleasing on the eye. There is even a shower room to use if your flight is later on in the day. Cant praise the place enough really. So much more pleasant to stay in a family run hotel than a massive resort hotel.

The only minor thing I could say if I have to say something is maybe put glass panels/doors in the showers rather than shower curtains! Lol

We were there for 4 days earlier in July 2023. Welcoming was great as we were taken care of right upon our arrival, making us feel very special, we sat down, got a drink and a small snack while going through how the hotel works and so on. Hotel is great, cose to the beach, quiet with a car park right behind it. Breakfast and dinner were, how can I say, simply amazing with a variety of choice, fresh food, cooked meal, healthy option too if needed, all this nicely prepared by the kitchen staff. All the staff were very nice during our entire stay, this helped us relax and felt confortable to enjoy our family vacation. The pool and the Chest game are a plus

The fact we did not book for a longest period. We stayed 4 days but this went too fast. Joke aside, nothing to comment on really, as the hotel is really oriented into customer satisfaction

A very relaxing stay with superb food and staff! Stella and Ami were so welcoming and always serving with a smile. The location is great if you are into the more tranquil beaches in the area.

The only detail that I could mention was the bathroom, which was a bit on the small side with a shower curtain that was hard to avoid while showering. Yet that didn't affect the great stay we had.

The food was absolutely fantastic, with lots of vegetarian options as well. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were well-equipped and always cleaned thoroughly.

The bathroom and wardrobe looked a bit aged and might be in need of upgrading. The bathroom was also pretty small and lacked space for storage.
