Our stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is not only beautifully and modernly furnished, but also perfectly maintained - the rooms were cleaned daily and there was absolute cleanliness everywhere. The location is absolutely ideal - a few steps to the sea and the city centre, yet the hotel has a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoyed delicious and varied food every day. The rooms are well equipped - water and coffee (capsules) were replenished every day, which we really appreciated. Also the fast and stable wifi throughout the hotel was a big plus. Parking in the underground garage is possible (for a fee), which is very convenient. The pool was always clean and pleasant. Overall there was an atmosphere of peace and quiet. We felt at home - or rather better than at home. 😊 Honestly - the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, the lifeguard was amazing with the kids and very service aurianted. We loved the boutique feel of the hotel, and the location of the rooms.the rooms were very clean and well organized. The hotel was very generous with water The food was nice and fresh but not enough variated especially for vegans. The hotel is much nicer and exclusive then shown in the Google pictures.

One out of 5 rooms had a very uncomfortable shower with no shower head and no wall in the bath which fludede the whole bathroom. The bath experience in these rooms was very disappointing. Another thing was the payment on the jacuzzi which was also very disappointing considering the high price of the hotel. The pool was very nice, very clean. But both of our children had a harsh reaction in the skin because of the chlorine in the pool, one of them even bled and couldn't go in the pool for the rest of the day. The parking was an issue, there was no parking for our 4 cars. We had to rethink every time we wanted to go out. The small parking lot in the hotel couldn't contain all the cars and had a 15 euro payment per day

The hotel is a beautiful, new, modern, the best in Polychrono. Rooms clean, swimming pool good and clean ,food was good. The location was also very nice near to the sea around 5 minutes’ walk. Very friendly and professional staff especially for rating with 10/10 for Denis from restaurant, he is the most professional that ever I meet. Definitely we will visit again this hotel. Recommend it as vacancy place for families and couples.

The breakfast and dinner are good, but needs to be more varied and to have more sea food

The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff is very polite. Pool is the great. Mini bar with free coca cola, fanta, sprite and water every day is so fantastic. Room is modern and comfortable.

We stay here 10 nights and we have breakfast and dinner. I am disapointed with food because all day is the same, especially for breakfast, dinner is the better but also very poor.

I liked that it had everything you needed in a holiday with hotel perks: pool, breakfast and dining, cleaning. Breakfast options are nice. Near the beach. The facilities are clean and staff is friendly. Towels are available in the open. Convenient entrance to the pool from the balcony. Compact room for family of 4.

Just a suggestion: to add option with hot water tank for people who would like to drink tea, also would be nice to add that option for evening. Also more halal dish options in the evening would be nice.

It is very new modern hotel with super nice facilities For example some automatic services in the room, new furniture, everything was very clean! Staff was also very kind and nice. You get the robe, some coffees in the room, wine as a welcome gift, everyday drinking water. We really liked staying there, it’s like a luxury island among that coast mess😅

We had breakfast and dinner included. It was always served nicely, but I would suggest to keep the dishes hot as when you just put it on the plate, it’s hardly warm. Fish was maybe 2-3 times in one week but it wasn’t good. It’s not the food of a 4 star hotel for sure, but they tried their best. The continental Greece seems to be different then Crete for example. So forget the diversity you got somewhere on Greek islands. Still quality was okay, we were never hungry for sure. Beach: it is disaster! It’s dirty, full of people, no place to walk between the sun beds, very loud and water not as beautiful. Good that we had a car and we went to around every single day to a new beach and that was beautiful!

Its the latest hotel in Polychrono and its very good. Rooms are big enough and well designed. Pool is also with nice size and clean. Staff is very friendly. Also underground parking is nice touch (and sadly very rare in Greece, even the shade parking spots are rare so definitely big plus especially for Polychrono!). Overall I don't have anything I didn't like in the room. Also was nice touch the minibar with daily refresh on water / sodas.

Only downside for me in the hotel is the food. Overall in Greece the food in the hotels is nothing extraordinary but for 4* the breakfast was pretty "budget". E.g. forget about pancakes or juices. It consist of 4 kinds of bakery products, some fruits and usual eggs + ham/cheese/bacon, bad coffee and tea (which was really good BTW) that's all folks :) Dinner looked the same so my suggestions for such great hotel would be - to improve the breakfast and for lunch/dinner -> just go out to some great restaurants in Polychrono and enjoy proper greek cuisine like grilled octopus, shrimps & fish which you will not see in any hotel with dinner included anyway :)

It's been our third summer in a row in this hotel and it's wonderful. Confortable and clean, the hotel made us feel right at home. The staff are very amiable and professional, which makes for a good overall atmosphere. Loved the happy hour at the pool bar! We had a very pleasant holiday, especially this year! We had most interaction with the staff working at the restaurant and around the pool, which we would like to thank. PS: special thanks to Viki, Dimitra, Riccardo, Saola and Pantelis.

We usually take Half Board and the food was good. However, there could have been more choice for dinner (salads and desserts), compared to previous years.

I really dont know where to start, would that be the Room (Cosy, Comfort, Clean, NEW), would that be the Location, would that be the structure it self I mean literrary perfect in every possible way, but what made the perfect stay there even better is the Receptionist Katerina, smiling friendly fast reliable you name it, and also the rest of the Waiters and Watressess, BUT MY NUMBER 1 Employee to my whole FAM is the Life Guard PANTELIS, I mean this guy is something that you barely see these days an Employee who loves his Job and who would give his trully 1000% effort to make your stay so comfort, always smilling, always around when you need something, I mean litterarry he was everything to the HOTEL what ever you need he is there, trying to speak multpile languages perfect in English, I mean litterary all the EE`s are selected as every Hotel should select their EE`s but here in this Hotel the exceeded that like every EE was with an Academy of Tourisam, we had a three nights stay and it was great I mean just Perfectly Great. THe Dinner the variety of Food whould be a bit more as the Choice is very Limited.

The breakfast was average, possibly due to our visit during a quiet period, as it remained the same each morning. However, everything else was fantastic, especially the staff, who were always happy to accommodate our needs. The location is excellent, and having a parking spot made our stay even more convenient.

While I understand that the pool closes when the lifeguard is off duty, I suggest keeping it open with appropriate signage. Signs should indicate that the pool is unmonitored after certain hours, swimmers swim at their own risk, and children must always be accompanied by an adult. Including this in your terms and conditions would ensure that the resort holds no public liability.
